Objective To develop a filed multi-functional sampling incubator to meet the requirements of anti-bioterrorism warfare.Methods The incubator integrated sampling device,refrigeration device,infrared heating device,semi-conductor cooling device,air conditioning unit and solar energy supply device into a box.Results The incubator was gifted with the functions of sampling,refrigeration and intelligent control.Conclusion The multi-functioned sampling incubator is suitable for field operation use for its probability,being self-contained and low power consumption.
Objective To design a kind of detecting Robot used for epidemic prevention to detect places with nuclear, chemical or biological hazards and look for wounded soldiers in NBC medical relief. Methods Using the specific devices like sensors that the Robot carried, nuclear, biological or chemical hazards could be detected quantitatively and qualitatively with location determined and samples collected. Results Using the Robot for epidemic detection and prevention could effectively avoid nuclear, biological or chemical threats. Conclusion The Robot can be used for NBC Medical Defense and hazards detection in other dangerous areas.
监测一个地区的鼠种类、鼠密度,了解其活动分布和繁殖规律,监测鼠携带病菌和传播疾病情况,以及监测灭鼠效果,是每年爱国卫生运动的一项重要活动.同时,鼠作为生物战剂主要媒介动物传播者,成为恐怖分子实施生物袭击的有效工具和最佳方式.鼠的活动范围就是战剂污染区,也是疫区范围.通过采用数字传感器监控、微波等先进的网络图像电子监控信息系统,对鼠种类、鼠密度实施全方位、远距离、大范围的无人监测并捕捉和击杀.这样可以达到准确、直观、清楚地知晓该地区的鼠种类、鼠密度、鼠的大小、重量、活动方向、次数、活动时间等具体的活动规律,有效提高侦检的工作效率.
部队野外驻训卫勤保障的重点在于卫生防疫保障工作展开和落实,此将直接关系指战员的身体健康和驻训任务的完成.本文基于笔者随某集团军装甲部分队于2002年6~8月份赴内蒙古训练基地进行驻训部队卫勤保障协调管理工作的基础上,针对驻训部队的实际情况和特点,结合驻训部队卫生防疫保障工作的难点和重点问题,借鉴集约化管理理论,采用区域卫生防疫保障的方法和方式对部队实施卫生防疫联合保障,确保了部队驻训官兵免于自然疫源性疾病的侵害.
