通过对军贸产品质量监督工作的总结,阐述了当前军贸产品质量监督工作存在的主要问题,提出了军贸产品质量监督的基本要求、基本类型、方法和主要内容的建议,以有效提升军贸产品质量监督的有效性.
This paper describes design and implementation of an 8-channel 12 bit SAR ADC.Multi-switch circuit and parallel-to-serial data register are integrated in the circuit to realize multi-channel and serial interface.An unique configuration of equal-valued polysilicon resistors and rationed capacitors is adopted in D/A converter implementation.Simulation has been carried out in a 0.6 μm BiCMOS process by HSPICE.With low-power consumption design,the total operation current is decreased to 2.8 mA.The conversion speed of digital data serial output is 133 ksps,conversion time is 7.5 μs and the die area is 2.5×2.2 mm2.
A multi-channel 12-bit SAR A/D converter is designed and implemented.Multi-switch circuit and parallel-to-serial data register are integrated in the circuit to realize multi-channel and serial interface.A unique configuration of equal-valued polysilicon resistors and rationed capacitors is adopted for D/A converter.The circuit is simulated using Hspice based on 0.5 μm CMOS process.With consideration of low-power design,the total operating current is decreased to 2.48 mA.The digital data serial output has a conversion rate of 133 ksps and conversion time of 7.5 μs.The chip occupies an area of 2.4 mm×2.3 mm.Test results show that the design specification has been achieved.
