针对虾类产品传统干制方法的局限性,设计了真空干燥机对虾类产品进行干燥处理,通过该真空干燥机不仅可以提高虾干产品的生产效率,而且极大地保证了虾干的营养成分和增加产品的保质期,从而为虾类的真空干燥技术的发展及其控制系统的研究提供了技术支持.
针对当前毛竹采伐存在的劳动效率低、成本高等问题,提出了一种新型毛竹采伐装置的设计方案,对采伐装置的推顶机构、锯切机构和行走机构进行了设计研究.运用SolidWorks Simulation对推顶机构的推板进行了有限元静应力分析,并对行走机构的最大爬坡能力进行了计算分析,可为毛竹采伐装置的优化设计提供参考.
6.红外脱壳法红外脱壳法即利用红外辐射破坏闭壳肌与贝壳之间的胶原连接,但这使得部分贝肉被熟制.因此对于红外辐射温度的控制是关键.红外辐射加热具有节能、加热效果好、容易控制等优点.根据贻贝加热时仅破坏闭壳肌的胶原蛋白而不蒸熟贻贝肉的要求,从红外吸收定律出发,结合试验测试,选择辐射源的最佳工作波段、工作温度、辐射时间和辐射距离.红外辐射技术应用及探索前景广阔,不足之处在于研发成本较高,故短时间内可能在国内得不到推广.
As different friction coefficients, extrusion speeds and extrusion temperatures have an effect on equal channel angular extrusion process of Ti5553 alloy under non-isothermal condition, 3D model had been set up to simulate the high temperature deformation behavior and particle tracking method was given to analyze the equivalent strain of Ti5553 alloy under that environment. The study shows that the maximum equivalent strain reaches 1.2 and occurs at the inside corner of the fan-shaped area. Moreover, when the friction coefficient more than 0, the equivalent strain occurs in advance, the stress of the specimen at the entrance and exit increase and the stress distribution at the corner of the fan-shaped area is more unevenly. When the extrusion speed is 25mm.s(-1), the time of the specimen generates the same equivalent strain is shorter, the stress value of the specimen decreases, and the stress distribution of the specimen is more evenly.

The curling machine for irregular end is used to curl the edge of irregular end. It is an important device. The irregular can is pressed by the punch which has the disadvantage of high cost, low qualified rate and low efficient. The new type of curling ma-chine for irregular end was designed which had the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, steady performance and the replacement of die was easy. It was suitable for different shapes of end. Applications show that the new type of curling machine for irreg-ular end has lower consumption, lower cost and higher efficient than the other curling machine.

Canned foods with no preservatives are the safe alternatives to fresh and frozen foods which help to meet dietary needs. With the prevalence of canned foods, the sales grow rapidly which provides a bright prospect for metal packaging machinery. The appearance of the metal can is one of the important factors that will affect the sale. Therefore, canning companies pay special attention to the personalized metal packaging and attach great importance to the development and application of special-shaped cans, thus, square or oval cans are widely used. In view of the ubiquitous problems existing in present curler for irregular food metal lid, such as high costs, high rejection rate and low efficiency, etc., we have designed a new type of curler for irregular lids, the model of curler is designed based on Pro/E software. The curler can blank and feed automatically. Applications show that in contrast with the existing curler, the new curler has the characteristics of more compact structure, more stable performance, lower costs and higher efficiency etc.

The invention provides an automatic fish killing machine. The automatic fish killing machine is composed of a feeding hole, conveying rollers, a fish body, de-scaling rollers, a pressing plate, water spraying devices, a motor, a distance adjusting device, a fish belly splitting circular disc cutter, an internal organ removing device, a clamping belt, a fish head removing device, a push plate, a discharging hole and a machine body, wherein the discharging hole is formed in the left side of the machine body and the feeding hole is formed in the right side; one row of the conveying rollers are mounted under the feeding hole; the fish body is arranged on the conveying rollers; the de-scaling rollers, the pressing plate and one water spraying device are sequentially mounted on the left side of the feeding hole, and the clamping belt is mounted on the left side of the water spraying device; the distance adjusting device, the fish belly splitting circular disc cutter, the internal organ removing device and the other water spraying device are mounted in the clamping belt in sequence; the fish head removing device and the push plate are mounted on the left side of the clamping belt in sequence; the motor is mounted at the lower part of the machine body; the conveying rollers, the de-scaling rollers and the clamping belt are connected with the motor through a transmission belt; and the conveying rollers are cylindrical.
In order to efficiently harness the use of small and medium-sized fishing vessel diesel engine waste heat, a desalination device is designed. The device can meet the daily drinking water of the crew to improve the living quality of the crew. FLUENT software is used for numerical simulation of evaporator in seawater desalination. The simulation results can help heat circulation evaporator design to provide the scientific basis.
The blanking technological property of metal can-cap is analyzed. Die cover edge technology is adopted to improve machining efficiency and quality of metal can-cap. The die which has advantages of reliability and endurance is designed. The productive practice shows that with the application of new process, the metal can-cap machining has high efficiency and low cost is obtained.

In order to reduce NOx emissions from fishery boats diesel engine,come up to the specification of NOx regulations stipulated in Air Pollution Prevention for Ship of IMO,a system of exhaust gas recirculation was designed according to the exhaust gas recirculation principle.The numerical simulation for two dimensional flow field of exhaust gas recirculation was done by the method of CFD numerical simulation in order to determine a reasonable proportion of the exhaust gas recirculation.In the simulation,the opening of control valve set at different values was analyzed,and the relationship between the opening of control valve and the recirculation exhaust gas ratio was obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the system of exhaust gas recirculation used in the diesel engine.
To improve the machining efficiency as well as surface roughness, a resin-bonded fixed abrasive tool is developed for lapping process of stainless steel substrate. To optimize the lapping ability of the fixed abrasive tool, the influences of bond material concentration on the mechanical properties of fixed abrasive lapping tool, including structure hardness, shear strength, the water-absorbing capacity and modulus of elasticity in compression are investigated. The micro structure of tools is also observed. Tools made of #1000 SiC abrasive and resin with different concentrations is employed in the tests. It is found, the hardness, shear strength, and modulus of elasticity in compression reach highest value, as the 35%wt bond material are used. The water-absorbing capacity increases as the bond material concentration decreases. It is judged from the SEM images that the number of pores in tool with 35%wt bond material is at the most.

Exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) technique can reduce NOx emissions of diesel engine substantially.The potential reductions are especially significant in the case of cooled EGR and the efficiency of the EGR coolers is one of the most significant factors.The flow field of exhaust gas recirculation was simulated by the method of CFD numerical simulation.The simulation result can help the design and optimization of exhaust gas recirculation cooler which was used in a diesel engine.
