[目的]探讨淫羊藿苷对钛颗粒诱导骨溶解模型小鼠miR-21-5p表达的影响.[方法]6周龄雄性Balb/c小鼠随机平均分为假手术组、钛颗粒组和淫羊藿苷组.淫羊藿苷组采用钛颗粒诱导小鼠颅骨骨溶解模型,并于术后每天给予300 mg/kg的淫羊藿苷,持续灌胃14 d.采用Real time PCR技术分别检测小鼠手术前、给药后3d、7d、14d血清miR-21-5p的相对表达量及给药后14 d颅骨组织miR-21-5p的相对表达量.[结果]钛颗粒诱导骨溶解手术前,各组小鼠血清miR-21-5p的相对表达量无差异.手术后,与假手术组相比,钛颗粒组小鼠血清与颅骨组织miR-21-5p的相对表达量显著降低(P<0.01);与钛颗粒组相比,淫羊藿苷组小鼠血清与颅骨组织miR-21-5p的相对表达量显著升高(P<0.01).[结论]淫羊藿苷能够显著促进钛颗粒诱导骨溶解模型小鼠血清与颅骨组织miR-21-5p的表达,提示miR-21-5p可以作为骨溶解治疗的靶点.
背景:颈前路减压融合治疗脊髓型颈椎病因其疗效确切,术中创伤较小,减压明确,被脊柱外科医生奉为经典的手术方式.此次研究在遵循原有经典颈前路减压融合术式基础上扩大纵向减压范围,进而与经典术式的临床疗效相比较.目的:比较2种颈前路减压手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:将120例脊髓型颈椎病患者随机分为2组(n=60),其中A组接受经典颈前路减压融合治疗,B组接受颈椎前路扩大纵向减压范围手术.2组患者对治疗方案均知情同意,且得到哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院伦理委员会批准.术后所有患者均随访1年,从术中及术后出血量、日本骨科协会评分(评估神经功能)、颈椎曲度、颈椎屈伸活动度、椎间植骨愈合时间及愈合率等方面对2种患者的临床疗效进行比较.结果 与结论:①A组患者的术中及术后出血量显著低于B组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);②术后B组患者神经功能恢复情况(日本骨科协会评分)优于A组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);③2组患者术后颈椎曲度及颈椎活动度差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);④术后椎间植骨愈合时间B组短于A组(P<0.05),而在融合率方面2组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);⑤2种方案治疗脊髓型颈椎病均可获得较理想的临床疗效.经典的颈前路术式术中创伤较小,患者在术后离床活动方面存在一定优势;术后颈椎曲度恢复及椎间植骨融合率上2种术式无明显差异;但是在脊髓型颈椎病神经功能恢复及椎间植骨愈合时间方面,颈前路扩大纵向减压范围术式存在一定的优势.
Inhibition of bone regeneration by wear debris is the main cause of peri-prosthetic osteolysis. Here, we investigated the effect of icariin on cell proliferation, apoptosis, osteogenic differentiation and matrix mineralization of osteoblasts in an in vitro model of titanium (Ti) particle-induced osteolysis. In the present study, MC3T3-E1 cells were pretreated with 10-8 M icariin for 4 h and then incubated with Ti particles (0.1 mg/mL). The results showed that Ti particles inhibited cell proliferation and promoted cell apoptosis of MC3T3-E1 cells, whereas icariin pretreatment blocked the effect of Ti particles. In addition, we found that icariin stimulation alone increased ALP activity, accelerated matrix mineralization and upregulated the levels of bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2), Runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2), osteocalcin (OCN) and miR-21-5p; whereas, Ti particles alone exerted the opposite effects. Icariin partly reversed the effect of Ti particles on cell differentiation and mineralization. Twenty hours after transfection with antagomiR-21-5p or antagomiR-NC, the cells were pretreated with icariin for 4 h and then incubated with Ti particles. Further studies showed that partial knockdown of miR-21-5p abolished the promotion effect of icariin on osteoblast differentiation and matrix mineralization in Ti particle-stimulated MC3T3-E1 cells. In conclusion, miR-21-5p may be a potential pro-osteogenesis regulator and icariin may protect against Ti particle-induced inhibition of osteogenic differentiation and mineralization through upregulation of miR-21-5p.

Interleukin-6 (IL-6), a central proinflammatory cytokine, may be involved in both development and progression of many human malignancies. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate any associations of IL-6 gene polymorphisms with susceptibility and overall survival of osteosarcoma in a Chinese population. A total of 412 subjects, including 206 patients with osteosarcoma and 206 healthy controls, were recruited and were assessed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in this study. Significant differences of genotype distribution were observed between osteosarcoma cases and controls at the IL-6 -174 G/C genotypes. Compared with the homozygote GG, the heterozygous GC genotype was associated with significantly increased risk for osteosarcoma (odds ratio [OR] = 1.58, 95 % confidence interval [CI] = 1.13-3.05, p = 0.028); the CC genotype was associated with increased risk for osteosarcoma (OR = 1.57, 95 % CI = 1.21-3.26, p = 0.022). Moreover, the genotype CC of IL-6 -174 G/C carried a higher risk of osteosarcoma metastasis and later Enneking stages, compared with the GG genotype. The IL-6 -174 G/C genotype was associated with risk for development and metastasis of osteosarcoma in Chinese Han population.
This retrospective study assessed the outcomes of segmental subtotal corpectomy with titanium cage reconstruction and anterior plate fixation for multilevel ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. The study included 34 patients with multilevel ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament who underwent segmental subtotal corpectomy with titanium cage reconstruction and anterior plate fixation from June 2005 to May 2011. Clinical and radiologic data were obtained. Neurologic function was evaluated by Japanese Orthopedic Association scores before and after surgery. No death, paralysis, or other surgically associated injuries occurred. After surgery, the bone graft fusion was firm, with no cases of lack of postoperative bone fusion, broken or loose titanium plate and screws, dislodged titanium cage, or injury to the vertebral artery, nerve root, or spinal cord. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred in 2 cases. Japanese Orthopedic Association scores improved from 6.74±1.82 preoperatively to 11.33±3.5 postoperatively (P<.05). Neurologic outcomes were excellent or good in 84.21% of patients at follow-up of 1 to 6 years. No postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred. Reasonable and skilled operation of the pneumatic drill is the key to successful surgery. Anterior corpectomy with titanium cage reconstruction and plate fixation and drilling applications can directly remove the hypertrophy and ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament and relieve spinal cord compression. This technique retained the integrity of the vertebrae, increasing the possibility of bone graft healing. Segmental subtotal corpectomy with titanium cage reconstruction and anterior plate fixation can be used for the treatment of multilevel ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. SRCIN1 (SRC kinase signalling inhibitor 1) is a new tumor suppressor gene. Previous studies showed that SRCIN1 played a tumor suppressor role in the development of lung cancer and breast cancer. However, the role of SRCIN1 in osteosarcoma is still unknown. In this study, we demonstrated that SRCIN1 was downregulated in osteosarcoma cell lines compared with osteoblastic cell line. Moreover, SRCIN1 was downregulated in osteosarcoma tissues compared with the adjacent tissues. Further investigation revealed that overexpression of SRCIN1 inhibited the osteosarcoma cell line MG-63 proliferation. This effect was confirmed by measuring the ki-67 and PCNA expression. SRCIN1 overexpression promoted E-cadherin expression and suppressed N-cadherin, Vimentin and Snail expression, suggesting that SRCIN1 overexpression inhibited EMT of the osteosarcoma cell. In addition, ectopic expression of SRCIN1 inhibited the MG-63 cell colony formation and invasion. These data suggested that SRCIN1 acted as a tumor suppressor gene in the development of osteosarcoma.

Background: Acute spinal cord injury (SCI) leads to permanent disabilities. This study evaluated the neuroprotective effect of puerarin, a natural extract, in a rat model of SCI. Methods: Acute SCI models were established in rats using a modified Allen's method. Locomotor function was evaluated using the BBB test. The histological changes in the spinal cord were observed by H&E staining. Neuron survival and glial cells activation were evaluated by immunostaining. ELISA and realtime PCR were used to measure secretion and gene expression of cytokines. TUNEL staining was used to examine cell apoptosis and western blot analysis was used to detect protein expression. Results: Puerarin significantly increased BBB score in SCI rats, attenuated histological injury of spinal cord, decreased neuron loss, inhibited glial cells activation, alleviated inflammation, and inhibited cell apoptosis in the injured spinal cords. In addition, the downregulated PI3K and phospho-Akt protein expression were restored by puerarin. Conclusion: Puerarin accelerated locomotor function recovery and tissue repair of SCI rats, which is associated with its neuroprotection, glial cell activation suppression, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis effects. These effects may be associated with the activation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of anterior cervical multilevel cervical disease .Methods Collected 34 pa-tients of multilevel cervical myelopathy with 3 consecutive segments who were treated with the same surgeon for operation treatment in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from 2012 July to 2013 July.Operation by anterior cervical decompression , remov-al of nucleus pulposus , subtotal resection of vertebral body , bone grafting with titanium mesh , locking titanium plate fixation .Both before and after surgery for patients with cervical spondylosis Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation standard ( JOA) score.Observed in patients before and after surgery JOA score changes .Results Thirty four patients were all successful surgery , no obvious complications after operation.JOA score by preoperative (9.9 ±1.2) increased as the postoperative (13.6 ±1.3),The difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anterior multilevel cervical spondylosis treatment is feasible and safe .
腰椎管狭窄症主要由腰椎关节强硬引起.腰椎狭窄症的临床表现分为两类:一类为局域性症状,如下腰痛,僵硬等,一类为神经根症状,如神经性跛行.适当保护性治疗可以改善这些症状,但是一些顽固病例仍需手术治疗.单纯腰椎管减压术适用于以神经根症状为初发表现并且脊椎生物力学稳定的患者.术前评估时如出现背部手术失败综合征,退行性不稳定,严重畸形,有症状的椎骨脱离,难治性退行性椎间盘疾病,以及邻近节段病的患者可行腰椎融合术.术中评估出现广泛椎体压缩合并椎间隙大或者骨储存量不足的患者可行腰椎融合术.
目的 探讨钛颗粒在体外不同时间点对核因子-κB受体活化因子配体-核因子-κB受体活化因子-骨保护素(RANKL-RANK-OPG)通路的干预作用.方法 MC3T3-E1细胞培养传5代后,移入4个6孔板中进行培养,随机分为A、B、C、D4组,每板上3孔均加入含0.1 mg/L钛颗粒培养液作为实验组,下3孔加入普通培养液作为对照组.A、B、C、D4组分别在培养后12、24、36、48h提取培养液进行OPG和RANKL蛋白的ELISA检测,同时提取贴壁细胞进行real-time PCR检测,观察OPG和RANKL的mRNA表达水平变化.结果 MC3T3-E1细胞连续传代后生长良好,形态稳定,经ELISA检测OPG蛋白吸光度(A)值A组10.33 ±2.44,B组8.96 ±2.02,C组7.84±1.30,D组7.66 ±0.63,B、C、D组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RANKL蛋白A值A组6.04±1.60,B组7.51±0.57,C组8.91±0.59,D组10.94±0.58,4组与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).经PCR检测OPG mRNA表达A组0.89 ±0.07,B组0.81 ±0.11,C组0.74±0.15,D组0.72±0.16,B、C、D组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RANKL mRNA表达A组1.21±0.21,B组1.22±0.33,C组1.24±0.09,D组1.24±0.04,4组与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 钛颗粒既能够上调RANKL的表达水平,又会抑制OPG的形成,从而加速假体周围的骨溶解作用.
目的:分析四个节段以上同时伴有椎间不稳的多节段颈椎病的手术入路及手术方法.方法:回顾性分析2008年10月-2012年12月收治的符合入选标准的颈椎病患者64例,其中A组33例,采用传统颈前路分节段开窗减压植骨内固定术;B组31例,采用改良颈后路单开门椎管减压轴侧植骨Arch钛板内固定术.采用日本矫形外科学会(JOA)评分标准和疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分标准对患者术后疗效进行评价,并对两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院日数、颈椎活动度、颈椎曲度进行比较.结果:所有患者手术均顺利,A组患者的手术时间为(150.7± 30.3)min,B组为(90.8±22.2)min,较A组明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组患者的术中失血量为(320± 50)mL,B组为(180±45)mL,较A组明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0s).此外,B组患者的住院时间显著短于短于A组(P<0.05).两组患者术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,出院时JOA评分及VAS评分均较术前明显改善(P<0.05).出院后6个月时,A组患者的Ishihara指数较术前显著改善(2.2±1.6),而B组无明显改善,A、B两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的活动度丢失(4.2±3.3)°,B组活动度丢失(4.0±2.9)°,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.26,P>0.05).结论:颈前路及颈后路手术方式治疗四个节段以上伴有椎间不稳颈椎病的患者均可获得理想的临床疗效,但颈后路手术方式的手术时间短,术中出血量少,住院周期短,安全性高,适应症广,是治疗四个节段以上颈椎病伴椎间不稳首选的手术方式.
Objective: To investigate the effect of fructus psoraleae on RANKL-RANK-OPG signaling pathway of periprosthetic osteolysis and aseptic loosening. Methods: Twenty-four 200±5 g female SD rats were divided into three groups randomly, i.e. group A, B and C. Each rat was injected titanium particle solution to establish the model of periprosthetic osteolysis. Rats in group A were used fructus psoraleae solution for intraperitoneal injection from postoperation. Rats in group B were was injected ectogenic OPG as positive control, and Rats in group C were injected normal saline as negative control. At the 4th week, the expression levels of RANKL and RANK were detected by immunohistochemical and RT-PCR. Results: At the 4th week, dorsal gasbags of the 12 rats were thick-walled ones, which mean the model of periprosthetic osteolysis established successfully. RANKL and RANK expressed positive in all the three groups. RANKL average optical density(AOD) of Group A(0.168±0.017) and Group B(0.147±0.009) was significantly lower than that in Group C(0.314±0.011)(P0.05). There was no evident difference between Group A and Group B(P0.05). RANK AOD of Group A(0.172±0.015) and Group B(0.193±0.045) was significantly lower than that in Group C(0.342±0.007)(P0.05). There was no difference between Group A and Group B(P0.05). By the RT-PCR, RANKL relative quantity of Group A(0.575±0.143) and Group B(0.543±0.174) was significantly lower than that in the Group C(0.951±0.362)(P0.05). There was no difference between Group A and Group B(P0.05). RANK relative quantity of Group A(0.433±0.025) and Group B(0.611±0.209) was significantly lower than that in the Group C(0.871±0.211)(P0.05). There was no difference between Group A and Group B(P0.05). Conclusion: Fructus psoraleae has inhibiting effect on periprosthetic osteolysis and aseptic loosening.
目的 探讨激活态雪旺细胞(SCs)对神经干细胞(NSCs)的分化作用.方法 取出生24h内的SD乳鼠脊髓NSCs,分离培养并传至4代.取体重(100±5)g的SD大鼠,结扎右侧坐骨神经,1周后取双侧坐骨神经,左侧提取正常坐骨神经分离培养SCs(普通SCs),右侧提取结扎变性的坐骨神经分离培养SCs(激活态SCs),均采用双酶消化加差速贴壁法.将SCs与NSCs应用Transwell培养皿联合培养,分为三组:A组为激活态SCs与NSCs;B组为普通SCs与NSCs;C组仅为NSCs.于培养的第2、4、6天检测各组NSCs活性.1周后,Western blot检测各组SCs表皮生长因子(EGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达水平,免疫荧光检测各组NSCs分化比例.结果 传至4代的NSCs生长稳定,分离的SCs 7 d后大量增殖呈旋涡状.联合培养后MTT法检测细胞活性,第2、4天三组细胞的活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第6天C组活细胞比例开始降低,A、B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).Western blot检测A组细胞表皮生长因子(EGF)表达水平(0.486±0.028)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达水平(0.385±0.023)均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).MAP-2荧光染色,每高倍视野阳性细胞比例A组[(35.26±2.53)%]高于B组[(27.63±3.45)%],差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05);GFAP荧光染色,每高倍视野阳性细胞比例A组[(62.42±3.78)%]低于B组[(70.18±1.26)%],差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论 激活态SCs能够促进NSCs向神经元的分化进程,提高神经元的分化比例.
Objective: To study the effect of TGF-β2induced bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) differentiation into chondrocyte in hypoxia condition. Methods: The thighbone marrow of Wistar rat was separated under sterile condition, and the BMSCs was purified by whole bone marrow adherent culture. After 6 passage, the cells were divided into three groups randomly. Cells of Group A were added 25 ng/ml TGF-β2cultured in 1% oxygen concentration. Group B was joined 25 ng/ml TGF-β2cultured in 21% oxygen concentration. Group C was just added DMEM-α with 10% fetal bovine serum cultured in 1% oxygen concentration. Three weeks later, all the groups were stained by toluidine blue to detect the glycosaminoglycan, then PCR was used to test the expression level of Collagen Ⅱ and Aggrecan. Results: The BMSCs grew in colonies with uniform shape, and the morphology was no significant change after serial passage. At the 1st week, the growth rate of Group A and C were lower than Group B. At the 2ed week, all the groups appeared irregular cells, and the cells shape of Group A and C were less than Group B. At the 3rd week, hyaline matrix was visible in all the three groups, and the group A was more than the other two. After 3 weeks, toluidine blue staining showed abundant blue granules in the Group A, which was much more than those of Group B and C. The CollagenⅡexpression level of Group A(1.246±0.287) was higher than those of Group B(0.973 ±0.365) and Group C(0.802 ±0.196), and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). There was no difference between Group B and C(P0.05). Aggrecan expression level of Group A(0.833±0.375)was higher than Group B(0.724± 0.173)and Group C(0.602±0.091), and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). There was no difference between Group B and C(P0.05). Conclusion: TGF-β2combined hypoxia condition could promote the BMSCs differentiation into chondrocyte.
OBJECTIVE:The aim of the present study was to explore the potential for hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether-Sonodynamic Therapy (HMME-SDT) treatment of hypertrophic scars within rabbit ears.METHODS:60 white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: (1) untreated controls, (2) lesioned, (3) lesioned + HMME, (4) lesioned + US (Ultrasound), and (5) lesioned +HMME-SDT. After induction of a lesion upon the ears of the rabbits, hypertrophic scars were assessed at 14, 28, 42 and 56 days post-lesion +/- treatment. Assessments consisted of visual inspection in the change of the skin, scar formation pathological morphology by hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining technique with optical microscopy, calculation of a hypertrophic index, fibroblastic density measures, and observation of collagen changes in the scar tissue by Van Gieson's (VG)Stain along with calculation of collagen area density.RESULTS:With continued HMME-SDT treatment there was a gradual improvement in all parameters over the duration of the experiment. The lesion-induced scars of rabbits receiving HMME-SDT treatment were soft, the size was reduced, hyperplasia was flat and the color pale. The fibroblasts and collagens were reduced and the collagens were light red, sparse and orderly. The hypertrophic index was reduced, since the fibroblastic density was lowered and collagen area density was decreased.CONCLUSION:HMME is an effective sonosensitizer and the combination of HMME-SDT treatment can exert significant benefits in reducing the formation of hypertrophic scars.
Objective:To discuss the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty ( PKP) used in the treatment of osteoporotic multiple vertebral compression fractures in elderly patients .Method s:From 2010 December to 2013 August, retrospective analysis of 32 patients with OVCF who were treated by PKP (102 vertebraes )clinical datas were carried out , male 5 cases,female 27 cases, age range 62-83 years, aver-age 72.6 years old, including 74 fresh fracture vertebras, 28 old fracture vertebras.6 cases of 2 vertebras,21 cases of 3vertebras , 5 cases of 4 vertebras above .All the patients underwent lumbar and thoracic spine anteroposterior and lateral X -ray, CT and MRI scanning be-fore surgery.The group take bilateral puncture 83 vertebras, take unilateral puncture 19 vertebras.ALL patients were carried out with a visual analog pain scores ( VAS) , vertebral kyphosis angle (Cobb angle ) , vertebral sagittal index ( SI)measurements before and after sur -gery.We use SPSS13.0 statistical software to analysis .Results:The group surgery was smoothly, without the occurrence of spinal cord and nerve injury and other complications of surgery , patients feel the waist and back pain significant relief or relieved after surgery , and get ambulation under the protection of orthosis .From 24 to 48h after surgery, compared with the preoperative VAS score , SI index and Cobb angle showed significant difference (P<0.01).The patients were followed up for 4-36 months, average 24 months.5 cases of patients symptom recurrenced during follow -up, Review X-ray showed the Cobb angle had slightly lost , SI index of vertebras with PKP did not change, MRI showed a new fracture , 3 patients of them symptoms relieved after conservative treatment , 2 patients of them take up surgery again, symptoms disappeared after surgery .Conclusion:Percutaneous kyphoplasty can relieve the pain exactly , restore vertebral shape and height in a certain extent .So, percutaneous kyphoplastyis a effective and safe method for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compres -sion fractures in elderly patients .
Objective: To study the recovery effect of combined transplantation with chondrocyte and BMP/bFGF on the injury of articular cartilage.Methods: Twenty-four 14-week-old rabbits were divided into four groups randomly,i.e.group A,B,C and D.Each rabbit was made of the model of cartilage defected in the couple of knees.Group A was transplanted chondrocyte combined BMP/bFGF.Group B was grafted chondrocyte simply.Group C was just injected BMP/bFGF,and Group D was PBS as control.After 8,12,24 weeks of transplantation,evaluatation of morphology,electron-microscope and histology was measured.Results: At the 8th week,transplanted tissue of Group A contacted closely with the surrounding articular surface.A great number of chondrocytes were visible and cartilage matrix could be observed in the electron microscope(EM).Group B and C had a small number of chondrocyte,and Group D was unrecovered.At the 12th week,the gap between the transplanted and host tissue was indistinct in Group A.The chondrocyte proliferated actively,and mature cartilage matrix appeared in EM.Granulation tissue was formed in Group B and C with immature cartilage matrix in EM.Group D had only granulation tissue.At the 24th week,the transplant of Group A merged into the normal tissue,and the chondrocyte arranged longitudinally in EM.Group B and C recovered incompletely with uneven chondrocyte in EM.Group D formed plenty of granulation tissue.At the 24th week,histological scoring of Group A(1.87±0.65) was significantly lower than those of the Group B(3.49±0.71),C(3.43±0.83) and D(13.45±0.97)(P<0.05).Group B and C were significantly lower than that of Group D(P< 0.05).No evident difference was observed between Group B and Group C(P>0.05).Conclusion: Combined transplantation with chondrocyte and BMP/bFGF could promote the growth of cartilage and increase the quality of restored cartilage.
The etiological factors of spinal cord injury are spinal shock,spinal cord contusion and spinal cord compression.The main treatment for the spinal cord injury is to relieve spinal cord oppression by surgery and to restore the sequence and stability of spine by internal fixation,maintaining the normal shape of vertebral body and the height of intervertebral space.However,the surgery has no curative effect on the injured neuron.Now cell transplantation is an important means for the treatment of spinal nerve injury.The transplanted cells can differentiate into neuron and neurogliocyte and secret a mass of nerve growth factors,promoting the regeneration of injured nerve axon,which plays a significant role in promoting the treatment research of spinal cord injury and peripheral nerve injury.
