A distributed parameter model is presented to depict the dynamic property of bank capital liquidation, according to the amount information and relationship of bank capital and the liquidation schedule. By considering the effect of fluctuation of economy to the capital liquidation, the forecasts of capital amount, capital profit and income risk are discussed based on the model. The capital liquidation structure optimization control is also considered by balancing the capital's income and risk dynamically.

River flow targets was investigated to resolve the conflict of human and environmental water needs. The water resources geographical distribution of a river valley was described by distributed parameter model, while the natural change of the river flow in every tiny section was considered. The water reserves were forecast when man-made water draw-off was given. The river flow targets was determined by optimizing the in long run utilize efficiency of water resources when human and environmental water needs were both considered. Such targets could help the Environment Agency to balance human and environmental water needs in rational manner.
