2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)属于中医学消渴病范畴,糖尿病中医辨证分型的客观化研究是糖尿病中医研究的重点内容之一[1-2].张延群[3]经大量临床及流行病学研究认为糖尿病早期以气阴两虚型为主.胰岛素抵抗是动脉粥样硬化(artery atherosclerosis,AS)、肥胖、高血压、冠心病、脂代谢紊乱及脑血管意外等多种疾病的共同发病基础,也是T2DM的重要发病环节,同时又是AS的发病机制之一[4].超声测量颈动脉内膜中层厚度(carotid arteries intimal thickness,IMT)增厚是早期反映AS的无创性指标[5].本研究探讨新诊断T2DM气阴两虚型患者颈动脉内膜厚度与胰岛素抵抗程度相关性.

Objective: To study the effectiveness of Meridian-Pressing instrument by acupoint stimulating and the herb fumigation and steaming therapy on knee rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 52 cases of knee rheumatoid arthritis patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divide into 2 groups: the experimental group( 26 cases) and the control group( 26 cases). The experimental group treated patients through Meridian-Pressing Instrument stimulating Dubi,Neixiyan,Heding,Liangqiu points and the herb fumigation and steaming therapy,while the control group took Meloxicam Tablets and Methotrexate. Six weeks later,the patients' symptomatic improvement and the content of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and rheumatoid factors were observed. Results:After treating six weeks,the clinical symptoms in the experimental group were better than that of the control group( P 0. 005).The content of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and rheumatoid factors were lower than those before in two groups( P 0. 05),but there was no marked difference between two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Meridian-Pressing instrument by acupoint stimulating and the herb fumigation and steaming therapy can partly improve patients' symptoms and reduce the content of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and rheumatoid factors. The remedy is satisfied.

脑钠尿肽(BNP)已被广泛研究,其效应有扩血管、利尿、排钠等,已成为心力衰竭(HF)诊断的金标准。关于冠心病(CHD)与BNP的关系,不少专家进行了研究,表明BNP能反映CHD的危重程度、直接经皮冠脉介入术的疗效及CHD的预后。本文通过查阅国内外近5年的文献以及最新的BNP和NT-proBNP国际专家共识,对BNP在CHD临床应用的相关报道进行了综述。

Objective To investigate the inhibition of hedyotic diffusa extract on the proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 in vitro.Methods The human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was subcultivated aseptically in vitro.Hedyotic diffusa extract acted on such cell at four different concentrations,0.05 mg/mL,0.1 mg/mL,0.15 mg/mL and 0.2 mg/mL successively.24 h later,MTT assay was adopted to determine the activity and numbers of cells.Results The absorbance in drug groups of 0.05 mg/mL and 0.1 mg/mL concentration holes had no apparent difference compared with that in control group(P0.05),that at 0.15 mg/mL and 0.2 mg/mL concentration holes was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Hedyotic diffusa extract has a certain inhibition in vitro on the proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.Moreover,the strength of its inhibition is relevant probably with drug concentration,which deserves a further research.
