The influence on grey fabric′s wales and walewise density,wales and waleswise pull dense and basis weight of grey fabric is researched by setting different sinking depth,the passage chooses three kind of fabric: weft plain stitch,full gauge 1+1 rib and full cardigan rib,it sets four kind of sinking depth to weave,tests data of fabric and discusses the influence of fabric′s structure and properties on different sinking depth.The experiment results show there is a linear correlation relationship among the sinking depth and grey fabric′s structure with increasing of sinking depth,the trend of grey fabric′s density and pull density is reduced,but weight of grey fabric is increasing.And the best sinking depth on process is given as well.As reference,it can guide the production practices.
The development of chemical plating technology on textile surface was reviewed,and the current situation of fiber and fabric chemical plating technology as well as the performance of chemical plating textiles were introduced emphatically.Chemical plating,one of the important textiles metallization methods,would have a broad development prospect.
It tested and compared the water impermeabilities and air permeabilities of five different textures hemp fabrics,including honeycomb weaves,oatmeal weaves,bird's-eye weaves,crepe weaves and openwork weaves,and four plain weave fabrics with different tight-degree.The results show the permeability of the fabric is closely related to the fabric warp and weft density,warp and weft yarn numbers and yarn twist.

The basic structure and properties of Yamamai silk after heat treatment were studied. Through experiments and finding that:the initial modulus didn't change obviously,and the breaking strength,the break elongation ratio as well as the elasticity all declined,the weight lost and the color turned to yellow,the crystallinity increased first,then decreased.
Effect of chemical modification treatment on natural pale green cotton property was studied.Pale green cotton fiber was modified through alkali treatment and glutaraldehyde cross-linking.Properties of treated pale green cotton were tested,including strength & elongation,elastic recovery,moisture regain and fiber morphological structure.The test shows that strength & elongation,elastic recovery of pale green cotton are improved after alkali treatment.Property of pale green cotton treated by 17% sodium hydroxide solution for 10 min could be improved obviously.Strength of pale green cotton could be increased and the breaking elongation rate could be reduced after glutaraldehyde cross-linking treatment,the breaking elongation rate is reducing and the elastic recovery is increasing when grafting percentage is increased.
对经盐处理后,天蚕丝在结构与性能上的变化进行了研究.实验结果表明:与桑蚕丝和柞蚕丝相比,虽然天蚕丝的结晶度最小,强度也较小,但其伸长度最大,弹性也较好;天蚕丝的吸湿性能优于柞蚕丝,但比桑蚕丝差;天蚕丝经钙盐处理后,有失重现象,可以生成明显的微孔穴和原纤化特征,纤维结构变得松弛,结晶度下降,断裂强度、断裂伸长、初始模量和断裂功等,均呈下降趋势.
The subjects researched the different raw material composition,different structure of the wool fabric for the impact of anti-static fabric.It tested the fabric of raw materials,density,tex,organization,square metres and tightness, and tested the anti-static performance of fabric after the friction static voltage size,voltage static attenuation size,to show the detecgted fabric with static electricity.From the organizations and the tightness of the performance,it analyzed its further concludes that general law of the organizational structure and anti-static fabric. It can provide some theoretical basis to produce the thin-and-light and comfortable fabric,to study the relationship between the fabric and its structure.
In the control of the process of boiling under pressure of NC,the fuzzy controller can not only make the control system's performance good,but also meet the demands of temperature control.Aimed at the problem.This paper presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control.The structure,control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given.The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages especially in reducing the error in control.
