Different from the remote utilization of student status archives, the remote utilization system of student archives should take the remote online filing certificate as the breakthrough point. The student archives remote utilization system should include three interfaces: remote utilization registration, remote utilization management and remote utilization sending, which can realize the automatic generation of materials, automatic sending to e-mails after review, and docking with the postal express mail system.

在MEMS惯性传感器导航研究中,传统的MEMS捷联式惯性导航系统仅利用单多轴MEMS惯性传感器对移动目标进行导航定位,其测量值和噪声特性易受环境影响,此外加速度误差、陀螺仪漂移、平台框架角误差、平台安装误差等因素也严重影响传感器性能.为此,从异质非单多轴MEMS惯性传感器互补融合角度出发,用异质双9轴MEMS惯性传感器采集移动目标原始信息,并提出互补-加权迭代融合算法.首先对异质双9轴MEMS惯性传感器测得的原始数据进行预处理,基于卡尔曼滤波用最小方差估计法求解观测值.通过估值方差和革新方程形成权值更新模型,实现异质双9轴MEMS惯性传感器数据的互补融合.实验表明,相较传统单9轴MEMS惯性传感器导航,该算法可提高导航精度50%以上.
Effects of different concentrations of nano-copper oxide on the seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa were studied with alfalfa as the object,and comparing with CuSO4 treat-ments.The results showed that there was obvious inhibition on alfalfa seed development when nan-copper oxide concentration reached 0.0125 mol?L,or CuSO4 concentration reached 0.4 mmol?L.Com-pared with the pure water treatment,there were no significant influences on alfalfa’s root weight and seedling weight,but there were significant influences on seed germination rate and seedling length,and higher the concentrations of nan-copper oxide,stronger the inhibition.We speculated that the toxicity of nano-copper oxide was common caused by free Cu2+ in solution and the nano-effect as nanometer materials.
Forested wetlands are rare in China because most of them have been destroyed by the long history of human activities.Consequently,reconstruction and restoration of forested wetlands lack reference sites for community composition.In order to find out the wetland plants that can grow in high tidal plats of Chongxi wetlands,we selected and cultivated 21 wetland tree species among Phragmites australis and Zizania latifolia in Chongxi Wetland,forming wetland woody patches.We tracked the survival and growth of plant species from 2006 to 2008.The survival rate were 86.85%,80.00%,20.00%,50.00%,40.00%,62.00%,20.00%,10.00%,8.00% for native species Alnus trabeculosa,Adina rubella,Lycium chinense,Camptotheca acuminate,Bischofia polycarpa,Sapium sebiferum,Pterocarya stenoptera,Euonymus maackii,and Morus alba,respectively,while Broussonetia papyrifera,Ziziphus jujuba,Celtis sinensis,Zelkova serrata,and Melia azedaeach,were all dead.And the survival rate were 98.90%,96.10%,84.00%,62.00%,50.00%,15.50%for the exotic species Taxodiumd istichum,Quercus palustris,Casuarinae quisetifolia,Salix integra,Hibiscus hamabo and Fraxinus griffithii,respectively,while Acer negundo was dead.The analysis results showed that Taxodium distichum,Quercus palustris,Alnus trabeculosa and Casuarinn equiestifolia ware excellent species in restoration and reconstruction of periodic flooding wetland,and Adina rubella,Salix integra and Hibiscus hamabo were good species also without lethality shading.Diversities of bird and macrobenthos species were improved significantly in the area with forested wetlands construction.Compared the project site with the control site,there were 19 more new bird species and 6 more new macrobenthos species than in project site that in the control site,the improvment of the biodiversity would surely enhance the ecosystem functions of this region.With integrated analysis with survival ratio and growth pattern indices,five suitable species were selected,they ware Alnus trabeculosa,Adina rubella,Taxodium distichum,Quercus palustris and Casuarinae quisetifolia for the vegetation restoration and reconstruction of the forested wetland in Chongxi wetland.

As a new area into the national economic development strategy, the overall economic development and industrial trans- fer ability of Wanjiang urban belt is the focus of all government departments and the community. Based on the "Anhui Statistical Yearbook(2011 )", the area assessment index rules formulated by the office of Wanjiang urban belt is referred to. The mean principal component analysis and cluster analysis, empirical analysis and comprehensive assessment of the comprehensive eco- nomic strength of Wanjiang urban belt are used. The results show: Hefei and Wuhu have the highest level of economic develop- ment and the strongest city in the total economy ; the rest of the city is relatively in total economy and the economical development below the average level. The following measures to improve Wanjiang City's economic competitiveness are suggested: improving the investment environment to attraet project floor; innovative investment mechanisms, and strengthening independent innova- tion.
针对一类散焦模糊置换图像,提出一种基于参数估计的单通道盲分离新方法。该方法基于散焦模糊置换图像的频域特性估计出散焦模糊半径,采用Lucy-Richardson(L-R)算法对置换图像进行盲复原,并通过定义像素梯度绝对值和来对复原产生的振铃效应进行评价,根据评价结果进行分类估计出置换混合矩阵,从而完成置换源图像子块的分离。实验结果表明,针对经历不同置换操作的散焦模糊置换图像,该方法均能获得较好的分离效果,同时,对高斯噪声和有损JPEG压缩都具有较好的鲁棒性。
This paper proposes a single-channel blind separation scheme using double blur correlation for blurring permuted images.The permuted image is blurred again and the correlation coefficients of image blocks are estimated before and after double blurring.Using the estimated correlation coefficients,a mapping space is constructed.The permutation mixing matrixes can be accurately estimated by classifying the parameters in the mapping space,thus the source images can be separated.Simulation results show high detection accuracy for permuted images with various blurring operations.The proposed method has good robustness against Gaussian noise and lossy JPEG compression.
A novel blind detection algorithm based on finite-difference for interpolation permuted image was proposed in this paper.The periodic property of difference sequence was detected by finite-difference for interpolated signal,according to the periodic property,the various interpolation factor could be identified.The algorithm has simple principle and small computational load.Simulation results show a high detection accuracy on the permuted image with various interpolation operations.The proposed algorithm indicates a better performance on the robustness against gaussian noise and lossy JPEG compression.

For permuted signals,the blind detection and separation problems are considered from the perspective of blind source separation.A mathematical mode is given to describe the permuted signals,and a blind detection and separation method presented according to the signal characteristics.By using the spectrum and partial correlation characteristics,blind detection and separation of the permuted sinusoidal signals and the permuted images are proposed.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
In this paper, measuring the humidity of SF6 using cold mirror dew point meter is introduced. And image processing methods are used to replace the traditional manual testing and photoelectric detection method. For the limitation of the traditional methods, texture analysis method based on wavelet packet is put forward. The system's overall program is also introduced in this paper. The Matlab simulation result shows the method is effective.

The genetic relationship among six sorghum species, namely, S. bicolor, S. bicolor×S, sudanese, S. saccharatum, S.sudanese, S. almum, and S. halepense was analyzed by inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) method. The results showed that the diversity of sorghum was high at DNA level. Twenty-two primers selected from 110 ISSR primers could amplify 182 clear and reproducible bands, of which 153 bands were polymorphic, accounting for 84.0%. All the sorghum species studied could be distinctly divided into two major groups with the genetic distance level at 0.25 by cluster analysis based on the Neighbor-Joining method. Some primers produced highly polymorphic band patterns in different species, such as IR 89, ISI6, according to them, all the sorghum species used could be identified. The results could be used in classification, identification and evolution of sorghum.

Prolamins of different genus Sorghum species,such as Sorghum bicolor,Sorghum sudanense,were detected by acid polyacrylamide(A-PAGE) gel electrophoresis.Meanwhile,the effects of acetone,sample volume and gel concentration on electrophoresis were studied.The results showed that clear electrophoresis pattern could be obtained by using 15% A-PAGE with 32 μg prolamin after acetone treating.Finally,5 species of Sorghum could be distinguished by the pattern.
