This article introduces the practice and experience of vector control in the parade troops participating in the 70th anniversary victory in the war of resistance.Some effective protective measures are put forward.
Objective To investigate the species and distribution of vectors,and to evaluate the risk of vector-borne disease,so as to provide a scientific control strategy for vector in Zhurihe training base.Methods The vector investigations were performed from 2013 to 2014 on the field.The related data of vector-borne diseases in recent years were collected.The risk of vector-borne diseases was assessed with the risk matrix analysis method.Results The densities of rodents,flies and fleas were high in Zhurihe base.222 rats were caught.Meriones was the dominant species.61 fleas were caught.Citellophilus tesquorum mongolicus was the dominant species.5 760 flies were caught.Musca domestica was the dominant species.There were extremely severe risks of plague and epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Tick-borne diseases and the enteric infections such as dysentery or typhic were at high level risk.Malaria and epidemic encephalitis borne by mosquitoes were at low level.Conclusion The major vectors in Zhurihe training base were rodents,fleas and flies.There was greater risk of the vector-borne diseases.In order to prevent the vector-borne diseases,vectors should be controlled based on environmental management,chemical insecticide and physical measures.
目的 筛选出对家蝇产卵行为具有强引诱作用的因子,研制引诱家蝇产卵基质的最佳配方.方法 在实验室条件下,比较家蝇对不同配方诱卵基质的产卵行为反应,完成引诱家蝇产卵基质的最佳配方研究.结果 白糖对家蝇产卵具有较强的引诱力;10%白糖和10%碳酸氢铵混合物对家蝇产卵的引诱率达95%以上;家蝇信息素对家蝇的产卵行为没有明显影响.结论 白糖对家蝇产卵具有明显引诱作用,10%白糖和10%碳酸氢铵的混合物对雌蝇的引诱力更强,可以在下一步捕蝇诱卵器的研制中作为引诱物加以利用.家蝇信息素对家蝇产卵没有引诱力.
对野战条件下蚊、蝇、鼠等重要病媒生物危害的特点进行了概述,并探讨了野营地域病媒生物防治原则,提出了针对性综合防治措施,对做好野战条件下病媒生物防控工作具有指导意义.
随着经济的快速发展、农村饮水安全工程的落实、农村生活条件的改变,居民饮水状况发生了很大的改变,为全面掌握河北省抚宁县农村生活饮用水水碘含量及分布情况,按照河北省秦皇岛市疾病预防控制中心统一安排部署,抚宁县疾病控制中心于2012年8-10月在全县范围内开展了农村生活饮用水水碘分布的调查工作,现报告如下。
The main security risk of chemical control of medical vectors is something that can do great harm to environment,human's health,non-target organisms and plants.The influencing factors include the nature of chemical drug,the performance of the application equipment and the personal quality of practitioner.The regulatory measures for the risk is as follows.The first is to choose the chemical drugs and dosage forms reasonably and to ensure the security when transporting and storing the chemical drugs.The second is to abide by the regulations when dispensing and applying the chemical drugs.The third is to take preventive measure for the operator and to protect the environment and the non-target organisms.At last is to increase the professional quality of the practitioner.
洪灾区的环境、气候条件利于病媒生物孳生、繁殖,病媒生物种群结构及生态习性发生变化,人群高度聚居,可同时发生多种病媒生物性疾病,病媒生物防治工作难度增大。以环境治理为基本措施,以化学防制为主要手段,将专业消杀与群众参与相结合,重点加强厕所、垃圾等孳生地的管理,在科学用药、确保安全的基础上,加强病媒生物监测,巩固防治效果。
基层部队化学消毒剂的应用较为普遍,但存在不规范、不合理的情况.为确保消毒效果,防止意外事故,基层部队应对化学消毒剂进行严格管理,在疫源地消毒、医疗器械消毒、预防性消毒等工作中科学选择消毒剂,并加强消毒剂使用过程中的质量控制,同时做好消毒作业人员、环境和物品的防护.
Objective To select the effect factors on oviposition behavior of housefly and provide a basic device on fly-ovitrap for collecting fly eggs.Methods Comparing the quantity of housefly eggs in the fly-ovitrap cups of different treatments,to make sure the lure capability of different colors,different concentration of ammonium bicarbonate and brown sugar.Results The quantity of housefly eggs in black ovitrap cup was 54.31%,there were 18.58% and 15.27% eggs in red and blue cups respectively.The quantity of eggs in 10% and 5% ammonium bicarbonate fly-ovitrap cups were 55.78% and 40.17%.Few housefly layed eggs in 5% and 10 % brown sugar fly-ovitrap.Conclusion Black and 10% concentration of ammonium bicarbonate fly-ovicup can allure the pregnant flies to lay eggs.But the brown sugar has no allure for housefly spawning.

Objective To study a new hygienic insecticide with high efficacy and low toxicity.Methods Selecting optimal formula of cyromazine and deltamethrin in laboratory.The efficacy and toxicological characteristics was studied and analysed.Results The optimal formula of cyromazine and deltamethrin was 10 to 1.The toxicity coefficient to housefly larve was 279.8.The continuing efficacy of 2.5% solution on different panel was over 75 days.The rate of killing fly in fields exceeded above 90%.Conclusion The cyromazine deltamethrin solution was of high efficacy and low toxicity.It is economical and effective,and suitable for generalized in military camp.
Objective To research the integrated pest management(IPM) measures of vector in the the area of parade village and offer the reference for vector control in troop concentrated area.Methods Based on the density monitor regularly,taking environmental management as fundamental methods,then carrying out chemical insecticide and physical control as the IPM measures.Results In the area of Shahe parade village,most mosquitoes were Culex pipiens pallens,the main fly was Sarcophagidae and housefly,there were few cockroach in the parade village.The average density of mosquito was 23.21 pieces per light per hour,and was lower than it in other area obviously.The average fly density was 1.22 pieces per day.The rat killing rate was 100%.Conclusion The IPM measures of vector taken in the the area of parade village is effective and appropriate.
Objective To grasp the background of species of vector,assess the risk of vector-borne disease and study the stratege of control in the concentrated area of parade.Methods The related documents were collected and analyzed,the species of vector and seasonal population fluctuation were collected by field investigation in the concentrated area of parade.Results The most vector species in the concentrated area of parade are mosquito and housefly,other kind are mouse,cockroach,acarid,tick and flea.So the risk of vector-borne disease such as hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS),malaria,Japanese encephalitis and gengue fever could be potential during training for parade.Conclusion In order to prevent the vector-borne disease we should base on environmental management,take chemical insecticide and physical measures to kill vector,at the same time shuld emphasize personal protection.
目的探讨部队营区鼠类的综合防治措施。方法采用技术培训、鼠密度监测、生态灭鼠、化学灭鼠等方法对某部队营区的鼠密度进行控制。结果该营区餐厅的平均鼠密度由采取控制措施前的83.8%降低到2.6%,灭鼠率为96.9%。结论所采取的鼠类控制措施灭鼠效果良好,适于在部队营区推广。
目的及时掌握地震灾区主要病媒生物密度动态,有效控制病媒生物,防止病媒生物性疾病的发生。方法采取目测法、鼠迹法等简便方法,定期开展蚊、蝇、鼠等主要病媒生物的密度监测,并在评价防治效果的基础上,及时采取并调整防治措施。结果除第一次鼠密度监测结果外,蚊、蝇、鼠密度呈逐步下降且趋于稳定的趋势,杀虫、灭鼠率呈逐步上升且趋于稳定的趋势。结论采取的密度监测方法较好的反映了地震灾区蚊、蝇、鼠等主要病媒生物密度的变化,具有很好的实用性;所采取的综合防治措施是可靠的,有效地控制了灾后病媒生物疾病的发生与传播。
5·12汶川特大地震造成了极其严重的破坏和重大的人员伤亡,灾区卫生防疫工作形势十分严峻,尽快展开以消毒、杀虫、灭鼠为重要内容的各项防疫措施刻不容缓.按照国家和军队有关领导部门的指示要求,来自军地的众多防疫力量迅速赶赴地震灾区,进村入户,开展了覆盖全部灾区的环境消毒、病媒生物防治、人畜尸体处理等各项卫生防疫工作,有效控制了各种传染病疫情的发生.
