Objective To identify the mosquito populations and evaluate the control effects in Yuebing village and the surrounding areas of Shahe,Beijing.Methods Mosquitoes were captured using CO2 light traps and subject to taxonomic identification.Comprehensive control measures based on environmental management and chemical approaches were employed to kill mosquitoes.Results From March to October 2009,8351 adult mosquitoes were captured,of which Culex pipiens pallens,Anopheles sinensis,Aedes albopictus and Cx.tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 99.57%,0.19%,0.18% and 0.06%,respectively.Cx.pipiens pallens was the predominant species.The mosquitoes emerged in early May,peaked in June and July,and generally disappeared by the end of September,mainly dwelling in woods and weeds surrounding the village.However,the mosquito density was relatively low in the village.The comprehensive control measures were simple and effective against mosquitoes.Conclusion The predominant species,seasonal dynamics and geographic distribution of mosquitoes in Yuebing village as well as the potential hazards were basically identified,which was of guiding value for anti-epidemic strategies in large-scale military activities in this region and for mosquito prevention and control in large-scale military assembly.

Objective To study a new hygienic insecticide with high efficacy and low toxicity.Methods Selecting optimal formula of cyromazine and deltamethrin in laboratory.The efficacy and toxicological characteristics was studied and analysed.Results The optimal formula of cyromazine and deltamethrin was 10 to 1.The toxicity coefficient to housefly larve was 279.8.The continuing efficacy of 2.5% solution on different panel was over 75 days.The rate of killing fly in fields exceeded above 90%.Conclusion The cyromazine deltamethrin solution was of high efficacy and low toxicity.It is economical and effective,and suitable for generalized in military camp.
参加新中国成立60周年国庆首都阅兵徒步受阅方队,在沙河临时搭建阅兵村集中训练数月.阅兵村周边的环境条件较差,适于蚊、蝇、鼠等病媒生物孳生、繁殖;同时集训期间正值甲型H1N1流感流行,这对集训官兵身体健康构成严重威胁.
目的将沙河阅兵村蝇类密度控制在不足为害的水平。方法在定期进行密度监测的基础上,综合采取环境治理、完善设施、化学防治等措施防控蝇类。结果共监测10次,捕获蝇类1750只,以家蝇、麻蝇为主,平均蝇密度为1.22只/(张.24h),其中厕所的蝇密度显著高于食堂,食堂内部餐厅、操作间、库房之间的蝇密度没有显著差异。结论所采取的蝇类综合防治措施是有效的,同时部队野外驻训时病媒生物防治应首先做好孳生地的处理工作,并组织各单位统一实施。
Objective To research the integrated pest management(IPM) measures of vector in the the area of parade village and offer the reference for vector control in troop concentrated area.Methods Based on the density monitor regularly,taking environmental management as fundamental methods,then carrying out chemical insecticide and physical control as the IPM measures.Results In the area of Shahe parade village,most mosquitoes were Culex pipiens pallens,the main fly was Sarcophagidae and housefly,there were few cockroach in the parade village.The average density of mosquito was 23.21 pieces per light per hour,and was lower than it in other area obviously.The average fly density was 1.22 pieces per day.The rat killing rate was 100%.Conclusion The IPM measures of vector taken in the the area of parade village is effective and appropriate.
目的探讨部队营区鼠类的综合防治措施。方法采用技术培训、鼠密度监测、生态灭鼠、化学灭鼠等方法对某部队营区的鼠密度进行控制。结果该营区餐厅的平均鼠密度由采取控制措施前的83.8%降低到2.6%,灭鼠率为96.9%。结论所采取的鼠类控制措施灭鼠效果良好,适于在部队营区推广。

Objective To search the effective methods for killing cockroaches in military camp.Methods Dining hall A was treated with residual spray,dining hall B was treated with aerosol missile,dining hall C was treated with both residual spray and aerosol missile.Results Within 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks after treating,the average killing rate of cockroaches of dining hall A were 98.29%.Of dining hall B,the average killing rate were 96.53%.Of dining hall C,the average killing rate were 99.30%.Conclusion Treating with both residual spray and aerosol missile,cockroach control is more effective and also cheaper than treating with only one method of them,and is suitable for military camp.
