目的提高军队疾控机构实验室检测能力和管理水平,保证检测结果准确可靠。方法结合实际,建立并运行满足《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》和《实验室资质认定评审准则》要求的实验室管理体系。结果通过了实验室认可和国家级资质认定评审。总结出6点做法:(1)精心组织、周密计划,真正做好顶层设计;(2)广泛调研,借鉴经验,结合实际建立体系;(3)充分授权,加强管理,按岗按责运行体系;(4)强调资质,加强培训,切实保证人员能力;(5)完善设施,溯源设备,全面做好质量保证;(6)纠正整改,持续改进,不断完善管理体系。结论开展实验室认可和计量认证应选择适合自身的方法途径,建立有效适用的文件化管理体系和确定适宜可行的能力范围。
目的建立科学的部队疾控机构人员考核评价指标体系,对干部工作表现、绩效和贡献进行综合考核评价,提升个体能力和全员素质。方法采用专家访谈法确定综合考评项目、指标及其权重,经过筛选后建立干部综合考评指标体系;通过指标数据计权统计,获得量化的考评成绩;通过考评结果公示、内部沟通和奖励措施,实施和改进考评效果。结果通过6年的实践,单位劳动纪律和出勤率明显改善,参加任务的积极性明显提高,技术干部队伍流动正向有序,全员能力素质得到提升。结论部队疾控机构技术人员综合考评的实施,有利于个体自我约束机制和群体激励机制的形成,为科学评价专业技术干部提供了量化手段。
奥运安保“三防”医学救援是军队在和平时期执行的一次非战争军事行动,保障规模大、标准要求高。本文结合我们参与奥运安保的经验,针对城市“三防”医学救援组织与实施的特点规律,从卫勤编组、物资装备、指挥协同等方面进行了探讨,以期有效提高应急救援能力。
目的总结国庆60周年首都阅兵部队卫生防疫保障经验,为重大活动防疫保障提供科学依据。方法 (1)围绕阅兵集训,精心策划,积极准备,全面开展卫生防病工作;(2)明确责任,落实制度,确保受阅部队不发生任何疫情,并保持较高健康水平;(3)狠抓重点、克服困难,扎实有效地开展卫生防疫工作。结果由于采取了行之有效的综合防疫措施,使受阅部队能够以健康的体魄圆满完成训练和受阅任务。结论总结的这次阅兵卫生防疫保障的经验是切实可行的,对今后完成重大活动卫生防疫保障具有借鉴意义。
Objective To identify the mosquito populations and evaluate the control effects in Yuebing village and the surrounding areas of Shahe,Beijing.Methods Mosquitoes were captured using CO2 light traps and subject to taxonomic identification.Comprehensive control measures based on environmental management and chemical approaches were employed to kill mosquitoes.Results From March to October 2009,8351 adult mosquitoes were captured,of which Culex pipiens pallens,Anopheles sinensis,Aedes albopictus and Cx.tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 99.57%,0.19%,0.18% and 0.06%,respectively.Cx.pipiens pallens was the predominant species.The mosquitoes emerged in early May,peaked in June and July,and generally disappeared by the end of September,mainly dwelling in woods and weeds surrounding the village.However,the mosquito density was relatively low in the village.The comprehensive control measures were simple and effective against mosquitoes.Conclusion The predominant species,seasonal dynamics and geographic distribution of mosquitoes in Yuebing village as well as the potential hazards were basically identified,which was of guiding value for anti-epidemic strategies in large-scale military activities in this region and for mosquito prevention and control in large-scale military assembly.
奥运安保备勤期间我们将HSX-Ⅰ型洗消系统革新成为反应快、洗消快的重伤员洗消通道,重新配置洗消人员,保证了救援洗消工作的圆满完成.现报告如下.
目的将沙河阅兵村蝇类密度控制在不足为害的水平。方法在定期进行密度监测的基础上,综合采取环境治理、完善设施、化学防治等措施防控蝇类。结果共监测10次,捕获蝇类1750只,以家蝇、麻蝇为主,平均蝇密度为1.22只/(张.24h),其中厕所的蝇密度显著高于食堂,食堂内部餐厅、操作间、库房之间的蝇密度没有显著差异。结论所采取的蝇类综合防治措施是有效的,同时部队野外驻训时病媒生物防治应首先做好孳生地的处理工作,并组织各单位统一实施。
5·12四川特大地震后,笔者自5月16日至7月21日深入灾区,执行四川重灾区安县的抗震救灾防疫救援任务.回顾灾区卫生防疫工作,总结出一些经验和做法如下.
5·12汶川特大地震造成了极其严重的破坏和重大的人员伤亡,灾区卫生防疫工作形势十分严峻,尽快展开以消毒、杀虫、灭鼠为重要内容的各项防疫措施刻不容缓.按照国家和军队有关领导部门的指示要求,来自军地的众多防疫力量迅速赶赴地震灾区,进村入户,开展了覆盖全部灾区的环境消毒、病媒生物防治、人畜尸体处理等各项卫生防疫工作,有效控制了各种传染病疫情的发生.
The extraction of polysaccharide from silkworm pupa by alkaline solution was studied.The optimum conditions were obtained by using orthogonal design L9(34).The result showed the optimum conditions were as follows:concentration of alkaline solution 0.02 mol·L-1,temperature 80 ℃,time 3 hours.Under these conditions,the contents of total polysaccharide,protein and amino acids in extractives were 27.9%,38.1% and 35.85% respectively. The immunological test in mice showed the polysaccharide of silkworm pupa(PSP) could increase significantly macrophage phagocytosis,enhance remarkably hemolysin antibody and lymphocyte transformation,which indicated PSP had evident nonspecific,cellular and humoral immunity.
The Cordyceps militaris found in Zhaotong,Yunnan Province was investigated.The host insect is Biston falcata,which has one generation a year in Zhaotong and overwinters by pupae.The larvae eat the needles of Pinus armandii Franch,and therefore is a harmful pest of the pine from mid September to early October.Cordyceps militaris mainly lives in armand pine forest with the altitude of 2 200~2 400 m.Its fruit bodies occur from late July to late September,in the mild,moist and rainy habitat.Analysis indicated that the fungus had rich nutrition ingredients including 646.0 g·kg-1 protein,37.0 g·kg-1 crude fat,54.3 g·kg-1 total sugar,35 g·kg-1 ash,and 17 kinds of amino acids.Total quantity of amino acids is 266.3 g·kg-1.Many kinds of inorganic elements needed in human metabolism are included.
The whole gene encoding hLIF protein was amplified from totahis gene was cloned into pcDNA3 vector and constructed the pcDNA3/hLIF expression vector.And finally,pcDNA3/hLIF was introduced into COS-7 cells and CHO-K1 cells by using the method of lipofectin transfection,and transient expression and stable expression of hLIF protein was obtained respectively.These results provide bases for further researches for biological function of hLIF and its high expression in mammalian cells.
