以高校人力资源管理专业相关课程为调研对象，分析现有应用情况、学生认知程度、接受程度和感兴趣程度等问题，旨在探讨PBL教学法在人力资源管理课程中应用的可行性。

Employment matters the livelihood of citizens,whilst business start-up energize the economic development.It's essential to build up a team of entrepreneurs of creative minds and entrepreneurship to satisfy the need of construct a creative country and develop creative economy.In this article,entrepreneurs and the deep level of entrepreneurship are researched,home domestic and oversea theory and practice of business-start-up are summarized,and the approaches of how to develop college students the ability of business start-up with entrepreneurship.This article has important realistic meaning in terms of helping colleges to construct an education system focused on business-start-up and practicing the policy that encourages business start-up to create more employment in our country.

As management is a strongly practical and applicable course, the paper explorates to apply the investigate study and cognition apprentice as well as cooperate study into management teaching based on the constructivism study theory. The paper proposed that by designing whole process team teaching practice, the management theory can be put into routine learning and working. Thus it has important practical significance that the learning interest of students may be improved and management knowledge internalized into thinking mode of students, accordingly the management accomplishment of students can be improved.
