新型干法水泥技术是无机非金属材料工程专业一门非常重要的专业方向课,在众多工科专业课程中具有较强的代表性.在教案设计时对专业教学内容思政元素及主题的深入挖掘,组织过程中灵活采取模拟发帖、小组辩论、成果展示等多种方式.课程思政教学改革实践不仅显著激发了学生学习的积极性,更是在潜移默化中将理想信念、工匠精神、方法论等传递给学生,引导学生积极践行社会主义核心价值观,争做"中国梦"的追梦人.
指出了唐山学院环境工程专业核心课群建设中将成果导向教育(OBE)的先进理念贯穿始终,以工程认证标准要求为参考,以学生专业能力培养为中心,以环境专业污染治理项目设计和环境管理为两条主线进行了应用型本科环境工程专业核心课程群建设,分析了核心课程群的专业培养作用,旨在使学生专业学习的目标更加明确,专业教学效果良好.
对目前高校环境工程专业实习教学存在的问题进行了分析,从培养环境工程专业核心能力的角度进行生产实习教学改革,设计了校内实训+校外实习相结合的方式,将生产实习单位的工作内容设计成教学内容,让学生在校内实习实训场所进行实际操作.教学改革实践表明:学生实习教学目标具体化,考核方式多样化,既可以提高环境工程专业学生核心应用能力,又可以解决实习经费不足、实习基地建设困难、实习光看不做、形式大于内容的问题.经过12、13、14三届学生的实践,取得良好的教学效果.
以电还原氧气产生H2 O2的C/PT FE气体扩散电极为阴极,PbO2电极作为阳极,涤纶滤膜作为隔膜,采用阴阳极同时作用氧化降解甲基橙模拟废水,实验考察了曝气量、电流密度及初始pH值对甲基橙降解效果的影响.结果表明:在pH值为7,电流密度30 mA/cm2,曝气量1.2 L/min,电解时间80 min时,脱色率可以达到90% 以上,脱色效果阳极室好于阴极室;COD去除率可达到85% 以上,阴极室COD去除率高于阳极室.
指出了《化工环保与安全》课程设置的必要性,因为课程学时较少,提出了应结合环境保护和安全生产方面的执业资格考试大纲内容进行课堂教学内容的组织、优化和拓展,尝试多种教学方法并用,加强实践环节训练,完善考评方式,课堂教学效果令人满意。
A novel menthod for the determination of copper(Ⅱ) was established by catalytic spectrophotometry based on the obvious catalytic effect of copper on the oxidation fading reaction of indigo carmine with potassium bromate in phosphate buffer solution at pH=5.Under the optimized conditions,the absorbance ΔA showed good linearity with the concentration of copper(Ⅱ) in the range of 1—16μg/25mL,and the detection limitation was 3.4×10-9g/mL.The method is applied to determination of copper(Ⅱ) in water sample with satisfactory results.

水污染控制工程是环境工程本科专业的核心课程之一,文章针对学院定位和专业特色,对水污染控制工程课堂教学内容、教学方法等环节进行了初步改革,实践表明取得了较好的效果。
In this paper,it was researched on how to reduce and effectively prevent environmental risk of Petroleum Chemical Engineering Project of Cao Fei Dian Industrial District based on the analysis result of environmental risk assessment, methods to reduce and effectively prevent environ- mental risk include the dock spilling oil,fire and explode of the storage tanks and poison leaking and so on. Environmental Risk Emergency of Preparatory Scheme are brought on the dock, enterprise and social. Once the accident happened, with the above mentioned methods, the loss will be re duced as possible as small.
A new type detergent for degrease with Environment friendly water-based and multi-function are reseached and making.This detergent is weakly alkaline which is made by the anionic Gemini surfactant and degradation nonionic surfactant and non-phosphat auxiliary detergent and complex inhibitor and bactericide etc.The formule are conformed by orthogonal experiment and much detected property.Experimental results show that the stability of the detergent is better,and the capacity of degreasing can reach to 100% in the room temperature in 5 minutes.The detergent can degrease the object surface effectively and no corrosion for metal,with disinfection capacity and no ODS in it,so the detergent is environment friendly.
The model of multi-smoke group is used to predict effects on air environment by the ooze of poison from refine and chemistry project in Caofeidian manufacturing district.Prediction results show that vary degree effects on ambient atmosphere will happen when the benzene tank and H2S ooze.Under the few atmosphere condition,the max ground concentration is 552.2 mg/m3 under the degree of stability is F and gentle breeze,no matter what weather no injuries and death of staff.
Recently, the technology of closed circle and zero discharge has become one of the important research projects on treating technology in paper mill effluent. Many foreign pulp and paper enterprises taken waste paper as raw mate- rial have realized zero discharge. In China, the research and practice of zero discharge technology for enterprises using waste paper as raw meterial also see a rapid development. The process of cavitation flotation process (CAF) is a new flotation process with the advantages of being small in equip- ment volume, low in investment, small in floor space and low in energy consumption and the zero effluent discharge for paper mills can be realized by circulation and reclamation.
采用ABR厌氧反应器与生物接触氧化法联合处理豆制品加工废水,在好氧段出现废水返色现象。向ABR反应器中投加海绵铁颗粒,激活厌氧微生物,有利于将大分子物质降解成更小分子物质,提高废水的可生化性,减轻后续处理负荷,使厌氧出水COD去除率提高20%,好氧段能有效抑制废水的返色,最终出水色度达到排放标准。
The chimney of boiler room has been a kind of facilities that can control pollution and protect environment.So the calculation of the chimney of boiler room is very important for EIA and the construction department.The chimney height of boiler room is calculated by the concentration estimating of air diffusion in this paper.The local polluted atmosphere characteristic such as air course,wind speed,degree of stability and the velocity of flow of fume are considered,and simplify formula derived The Gaussian distribution showed that the maximum touchdown concentration is inverse proportion with the effect height of chimney.In addtion,some problems about chimney design are summerized in the chapter.This calculating method may be used as reference in EIA of the project built boiler room.
A water-based detergent for printing ink was prepared successfully to substitute gasoline,kerosene,and emulsified oil for cleaning of printing roller and mackintosh,and this detergent is safety and energy saving.The raw material were prepared,and then mixed with water in proportion of 1 ∶9.The raw material include: TrionX-100(15%),sodium oleate(60%),tributyl phosphate(5%),butyl alchohol(15%),sodium nitrite(4.5%),and benzotriazole(0.5%) etc..The experimental result showed that the cleaning capability of the water-based detergent for printing ink is as much as the gasoline,kerosene and emulsified oil.This detergent doesn't corrode facilities,not flashes,and its applied effect is very good.
Complex biodiesel was prepared with 20% biodiesel and 80% diesel. The experiment of water mixing was processed in emulsified complex biodiesel production. The influences of the following factors on the stability of emulsified complex biodiesel were studied: the dosage of emulsifier, the water content and the time of emulsifying. The optimum conditions in the experiment were as follows: the ratio of oil to water 1:4, the dosage of emulsifier 6% , the time of emulsifying 25 min. A good stability of the emulsified complex biodiesel is obtained, no stratification is found in storage of 300 days in room temperature .the dosage of emulsifier 8% , in storage of 300 days. The emulsion principle is also discussed.

实验室产生的有害废弃物对环境的危害性很大,本文简要介绍了高校化学实验室中所排放的常见废弃物的种类、危害,并根据其种类、性质等提出了简单易行的无害化处理方法。
Based on the lab experiment and the contrastive study of the efficiency of treating wastewater by biofiltration with different filter materials,the results show that the removal rate of CODcr and color is more than 40 percent.The paper analyses the decolorizing mechanism of biofiltration and the hardening of filter materials and finally concludes that the mixed argil grain and spongy iron is the best.
