In recent years, air pollution is becoming more and more serious in some cities of our country, which is one of the main causes of air pollution.Dust suppression agent can effectively suppress dust and other particles into the atmosphere in order to improve the environment.In this paper, a composite type of dust suppressant was prepared by blending polyvinyl alcohol and acrylic acid.The experimental results show that the ratio of material to 1:5 is 1 (10-2mol/L) and the polymerization rate is 2h.

以生物柴油脂为主要原料,在乳化剂作用下掺水制成乳化油。初步探讨了乳化剂用量、稀释倍数、防锈蚀剂的添加量对脱模剂质量的影响。生产实践表明,乳化剂最佳用量为4%,稀释倍数9倍,防锈蚀剂的添加量为2%。由此制得的乳化油脱模剂稳定性好、脱模性能好,对钢模无锈蚀危害。产品用于混凝土工程效果良好,是环保型产品。
Recently, the technology of closed circle and zero discharge has become one of the important research projects on treating technology in paper mill effluent. Many foreign pulp and paper enterprises taken waste paper as raw mate- rial have realized zero discharge. In China, the research and practice of zero discharge technology for enterprises using waste paper as raw meterial also see a rapid development. The process of cavitation flotation process (CAF) is a new flotation process with the advantages of being small in equip- ment volume, low in investment, small in floor space and low in energy consumption and the zero effluent discharge for paper mills can be realized by circulation and reclamation.
The low temperature solidification epoxy powder coating was researched and manufactured to drop the painting temperature of powder coating and make it can be painted on the sensitive material.The choice of the synthetic resin,the curing agent,the pigment,the filler and the auxiliary agent was discussed and the formula composition was chosen by tests.The formula and process of the low temperature solidification epoxy powder coating were determined.It's perofmance was analyzed and examined.The resnlts show that the curing temperature of the low temporature solidification powder coating can drop to 110℃.The powder coating can be painted on the surface of hot sensitive material.

实验研究了改性焦渣复合吸附剂热处理印染废水时各种因素的影响,结果表明:用十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液改性焦渣并与活性炭质量比按10∶1制成复合吸附剂,处理印染废水,在吸附剂用量为废水量0.4%,pH值控制在6,废水水温20℃,吸附时间20m in的实验条件下,脱色率达90.8%,COD去除率达84.8%,SS去除率达到90.2%,处理效果良好。
针对废水在好氧阶段具有返色的特点,设计了用曝气生物滤池替代活性炭过滤处理豆制品加工废水的深度处理工艺,进行了填料的筛选试验,同时试验研究了在海绵铁与陶粒混合质量比为1∶3、HRT=1.0h时其对CODCr和色度的去除效果。研究表明:曝气生物滤池对CODCr、色度的去除率均能达到40%以上,运行效果稳定,并得出了向海绵铁中加入陶粒可有效地避免填料板结的结论。
Study of the various factors dyeing wastewater treatment by sepiolite/fly ash composite adsorbent. A lab for the dyeing wastewater experiment was carried, the ratio of sepioliteto pulverized coal ash is 3∶1, the results show that:the amount of adsorbent is 0.3% by wastewater quality, the adsorption time 40 min, under the above experimental conditions, the color removal effciency can get 90.0% and CODcr removal effciency exceed 85.7%, SS removal rate reach 90.3%.
A new kind of cleaning agent for vehicle windshield was studied by using water,ethanol,several surfactant and auxiliaries.The cleaning agent doesn't have irritant smell,the pH value is neutrality.The freezing point is low enough to use in northern winter.The cleaning agent showed good rust resistance.The clean effect is excellent.The indexes were even better than import samples but lower cost.
Sample of propolis was digested with conc.HNO3 and conc.HClO4 mixture,until the color of solution turned to colorless or light yellow and fumed with HClO4.The solution was diluted with 0.5 mol·L-1 HNO3 and used for AAS determination.Linear regression equation of the calibration curve was found as A=0.001 6 C+0.006 3(r=0.999 8).Detection limit(S/N=3) of the method was found to be 0.04 mg·kg-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of substantial samples for the lead contents,giving value of RSD(n=6) 1.0%,and values of recovery in the range from 76.0%-105.0%.
