综述0岁～3岁儿童二类疫苗接种影响因素的研究进展.主要内容包括二类疫苗的分类、接种的不良反应、0岁～3岁儿童二类疫苗接种现状以及接种影响因素、提高二类疫苗接种率的对策和对今后研究的启示.发现受家庭、儿童、疫苗和社区工作因素的影响,我国的二类疫苗接种率仍旧偏低.为提高接种率,可采取定期对社区预防接种工作人员进行考试、加大地方宣传力度和制订符合国情的外地户籍儿童疫苗接种计划等措施,且可进一步研究针对流动儿童的相关接种流程以及如何提高儿童家长的认知水平.

将聚(3-羟基丁酸-共聚-4-羟基丁酸酯)[P(3,4HB)]与聚(3-羟基丁酸-共聚-3-羟基戊酸酯)(PHBV)通过溶剂共混的方式进行共混改性,研究了改性后材料力学性能的变化情况,并进一步利用差示扫描量热法和热重法进行了表征,最后利用Pseudomonas mendocina DS04-T菌株对共混材料的降解性能进行了考查,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察了薄片降解后的微观形貌.结果表明,当P(3,4HB)与PHBV的混合比例为80∶20时复合材料有较好的力学性能,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均达到最大值;当PHBV组分的含量小于60％时,共混物均形成了稳定的晶体结构,且两组分具有较强的相互作用和较好的相容性;Pseudomonas mendocina DS04-T对共混材料的完全降解时间大大低于单独降解P(3,4HB)所需的时间.

Due to the school in the recording, the production, dissemination and the difficulties in the management of teachers’ classroom teaching video, this paper puts forward a set of teaching based on MediaSite streaming video production system. The article designs the MediaSite products based on teaching network platform of video streaming media system, proposes video tracking based on infrared technology and video technology of automatic focus. This system can largely simplify the teachers’ classroom teaching a lot of works on the video production and management. It is convenient for students studying in class. The system can promote the informatization level of the school, too.

A polymeric immobilized quaternary phosphonium salt was synthesized by using chloromethylated polystyrene(Cl content about 17%) as carrier and reaction of Grignard reagent of 1-bromohexadecane with chlorodiphenyl phosphine,and its chemical structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).By using standard plate counting method,the bactericide had high bactericidal efficiency,and the effects of main factors on immobilized ratio and bactericidal efficiency were studied.The experimental results showed that under appropriate condition,immobilized ratio could reach 9.2%,bactericidal ratio was 98.3% for 8 h,and this immobilized phosphonium salt could be reactivated by hydrochloric acid for re-use.
