甘蔗制糖产业链的蓬勃发展带来了巨大人才需求,给制糖专业群建设带来了新的挑战,产业相关岗位的不断更新对人才的综合能力提出了更高要求,文章从校企协同共建校内校外实训基地、专兼结合的"双师型"教学队伍建设、工学结合的优质核心课程建设、创新创业实训教学体系建设等方面探索高职制糖特色实训基地建设,为高职院校专业群实训基地建设提供新案例.
优化了热水浸提法提取篱栏网多糖的工艺,最佳条件为:液料比26 mL/g,温度94.5℃,提取时间3.6 h,提取次数2次,此时多糖提取率为(4.38±0.04)%;该多糖清除DPPH自由基的IC50值为(0.12±0.03)mg/mL,清除羟基自由基的IC50值为(1.21±0.02)mg/mL.
[目的]探索甘蔗精酿啤酒果香风味物质的浓度.[方法]利用甘蔗汁替代麦芽汁,使用二次发酵工艺发酵生产甘蔗精酿啤酒,并以GB/T 10345-2007为基础,使用气相色谱仪对普通大麦啤酒和甘蔗精酿啤酒进行乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、乙酸异戊酯、异戊醇、己酸乙酯、异丁醇等果香风味物质进行检测分析.[结果]啤酒中添加30%蔗汁后的乙酸乙酯、异丁醇及异戊醇含量分别增加了0.002g/L、0.001g/L和0.016g/L,提升约20%、100%和79%.[结论]甘蔗汁能提高啤酒果香风味物质的浓度.
甘蔗是我国重要的糖料作物,除了含有丰富的糖分、水分等营养物质外,还含有特殊的芳香风味,其制品如片糖、酒等,也在制作过程保留或反应生成新的独特芳香风味.这些风味可以给消费者带来愉悦的心情,增加消费和购买欲望,文章重点报道对甘蔗和甘蔗制品中风味物质的研究进展,为甘蔗加工和综合利用提供一定思路和研究基础.
通过MSF-HGMS-活性炭耦合技术,研究了一种甘蔗混合汁绿色澄清方法.通过正交试验,分析了活性炭添加量、反应时间和反应温度对澄清糖汁的影响.结果表明,活性炭添加量是最为显著的影响因素.较好的澄清试验条件为:活性炭添加量0.4%对汁比,反应时间45 min,反应温度为65℃.为混合汁绿色澄清技术的进一步研究提供了基本依据.
通过正交试验,分析了影响混合汁气浮澄清过程的主要影响因素,结果表明,混合汁加热温度是混合汁气浮澄清过程最主要的影响因素,较好的澄清试验条件为混合汁加热温度55℃,制泡时间15 s,PAM添加量为2.5 mg/L.
Acid floc is a difficult problem which puzzle beverage industry and sugar industry.Analysis for acid floc and then acquiring information play important role.The determination of the element of acid floc by atomic absorption spectroscope was studied.It was found that the element content of Al and Si is highest,and that of Ca and Fe is followed by.
From the energy balance and economic performance,discussed the effect of different heating modes in the filter juice Accelerated Clarifier.It researched the total steam consumption,relative save bagasse quantity and economic efficiency.The results showed that the indirect heating method has good production of energy-saving and comprehensive economic efficiency.
As development of beverage industry in China and aboard,demand of sugar which used in beverage industry became more and more huge.The demand of beverage industry was very rigorous.It was clear and transparent and never appear floc deposition when the plantation white sugar dissolved in acid solution.The influence of ultrasound on scale prevention of acid floc in plat white sugar was studied.Sugar solution was used as the research object.The results showed that ultrasound field could effectively prevent the occurring of acid floc in sugar solution.The present experiment might offer a new method for sugar industry and beverage industry.
糖厂积垢问题一直是人们急于解决的一大难题,不仅影响热能利用和生产正常运转,而且会降低产品质量,增加生产成本.综述了传统除垢方法存在的弊端,探讨了超声波应用于防垢的机理,从五个方面介绍了超声波在抑制结垢的应用,指出超声波处理是防垢技术的发展方向.
The pathogen which caused the mould of fresh walnut during storage was isolated and identified,which was Penicillium expansum.The antiseptics was studied and found that there were four antiseptics working on it.Through the mixture design,the optimum contents of the antiseptics were found,which was 0.2951∶0.3195∶0.3854(Natamycin:Sodium diacetate:Butyl-p-hydroxybenzoat).And we also found that the concentration of the antiseptics was related to the antimicrobial effect.
The flavonids in the fernery were extracted under different extraction conditions based on the orthogonal experiment design.The results indicated the optimum extracting condition of ultrasonic intensified ethanol extraction method is A2B2C3D3,i.e.,60% ethanol as solvent,ratio of liquid/solid as 1∶60,refluxing time of 60 min.And ICP-AES determination of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Cr and Ni in fernery was reported in this paper.And the results also showed that the average recovery was 96.3%~104.0% and the RSD was 0.51%~2.3%.
[Objective] The aim was to provide the basis for storing and fresh-keeping of fresh walnut.[Method] Using Xilin No.2 walnut as tested material,the physiological and biochemical changes of fresh walnut and dried walnut(CK) packed in 0.03 mm polyethylene bag and stored at 0℃ were analyzed and compared.[Result] During the storage,the respiration rate of fresh walnut showed downtrend,which was much larger than that of CK(P0.01),SOD activity first increased and then decreased;MDA content first increased and then stabilized;catalase activity first declined,rose steeply when storing for 45 d,and then declined slowly;membrane permeability increased;lipase activity first rose and then declined,finally became flat;lipoxygenase activity first increased,then decreased and then showed increasing trend.The lipid acid value of fresh walnut oil increased,peroxide value first increased and then decreased and iodine value decreased with the prolonging of the storage time.[Conclusion] From the each physiological and biochemical index,the fresh walnut had shorter storage life.
Soybean,a major oilseed and a main source of protein,is abundant in bioactive phytochemicals such as phytic acid and trypsin inhibitor.These phytochemicals are considered to be antinutritional factors.Recent study shows,however,that these chemicals act as natural anticarcinogens.The structures,distributions,physiological activities,antinutritional effects and anticarcinogenic effects of phytic acid and trypsin inhibitor were introduced.
The optimal hydrolysis conditions of the Decapterus maruadsi by neutral protease and papain were obtained. The hydrolysis effects of neutral protease and papain singly and double were compared. The conditions of two enzymes were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the effect of hydrolysis was the best by adding papain and neutral protease simultaneously. Under the optimal conditions,the content of amino acid nitrogen was 2.48 g/L in hydrolysis solution,the recovery rate of nitrogen was 91.27 %.
