思想政治教育话语是围绕科学理论展开的语言及其表达系统的有机统一.马克思主义及其中国化的理论成果是思想政治教育话语的立基之本,是其得以生成、运用和传播的思想内核与理论基础,是思想政治教育话语彰显"生命力"的根本保证.实践表达是思想政治教育话语的外在形式,改革开放以来,思想政治教育话语的实践表达呈现出了多样性灵活性等全新特质,但仍就没有摆脱"干巴巴"的尴尬境地.只有通过思想政治教育话语理论与表达的双重锻造,才能赋予思想政治教育话语以"生命",让思想政治教育话语更有底气,解决"让人信"的问题;才能赋予思想政治教育话语以"活力",让思想政治教育话语更接地气,解决"让人说"的问题.
杭州的行道树是杭州城市道路绿化中最靓丽、 最具有代表性和标志性的风景线.随着杭州城区范围的扩大、 道路扩建及新优行道树品种的引入,杭州行道树在数量和品种上都发生了一定的变化.通过对行道树的调查,发现了一些问题,本文也提出了一些对策.
高校辅导员运用网络载体开展大学生思想政治教育工作已具有普遍性和实效性。但是,网络在给辅导员工作带来机遇的同时,网络异化问题也对辅导员工作提出了挑战。高校辅导员必须对此高度重视,在科学利用网络平台的基础上,探寻辅导员自由往返于网络与现实的合理路径。
Vermicompost accounting for 10%,5%,and 1% mass of wastewater was added into anaerobic fermentation flask;and the biogas production yield,specific methanogenic activity(SMA),pH,digestion ratio of chemical oxygen demand(COD) were compared with control which had not been added with vermicompost for 2 cycles to study the effects of vermicompost on anaerobic fermentation.The results showed that during the first stage,with the increase of vermicompost addition dose,the biogas production yield and SMA increased,however,it also caused the increase of COD in wastewater thus increased the operation load of anaerobic reactor,and prolonged the hydraulic retention time(HRT).During the second stage,the effect of vermicompost on increasing biogas production,SMA and COD digestion speed was more obvious than that during the first stage.It was proved that vermicompost could strengthen SMA of anaerobic sludge,improve biogas production yield and COD digestion speed,promote the stability of pH.The appropriate addition dose was suggested as 1%~5%.

以新时期研究生群体的特点为切入点,分析探讨新时期研究生辅导员应具备的各种素质,针对不同的研究生群体采取不同的工作模式,创新研究生工作方式、方法,逐渐推动研究生自我教育与管理。

To ensure the regular growth of ancient Cinnamomum camphora(L.)J.Prest of which the growth environment had changed,the growth environment and soil basic physical and chemical properties of C.camphora at lakeside of West Lake in Hangzhou was investigated and tested.The results showed that most C.camphora in the scenic spots were at health status.Factors including age,site conditions and conservation level were important to the growth of ancient C.camphora so that garden management department should pay attention to daily monitoring of the ancient and famous trees as well as rejuvenation protection according to growth status of ancient C.camphora.
人文素质是大学生综合素质的重要体现。加强大学生的人文素质教育是当今时代和社会对大学生提出的迫切要求。本文从人本化的视角,对"大学理念"和"大学功能"进行对比研究,对市场经济条件下大学的种种"异化"现象进行分析,指出当前大学生人文素质教育中存在的问题,提出了"大学文化"与"大学生人文素质"双向互构的理论模式。
目前,在大学生和谐人格的塑造与培养方面,仍面临着诸多矛盾和困惑。为更好地开展大学生和谐人格的培养与塑造,可从"以‘博雅通达’为和谐人格结构的基本标准"、"培养和塑造大学生和谐人格过程中的突出矛盾,对大学生人格缺失现象及成因的调查与研究"和"培养大学生和谐人格的对策与选择"三大方面入手,来明确大学生和谐人格培养的目标、原则、途径和方法。
For the reservoirs from Sangonghe formation to Badaowan formation of Bonan depression in Yanqi Basin,in order to hunt for Jurassic reservior,and the favorable porosity zones,and the favorable zones for exploration.Using sedimentary petrlogy and mineralogy,and oil and gas reservoir evaluational techniques,and so on,these reservoirs were analyzed.The analytical results show that these reservoirs were a terrigenous clastic rocks of fan delta with lower compositional maturity and textural maturity.The reservior space types include primary intrgranular pores,primary micropores.The study of digenesis shows that the reservoir maily went through A2 period of middle diagenesis and B period of middle diagenesis,sediment provence and sedimentary facies are the mainly factors of the reservoirs characteristics,the physical properties of reservoir will be deteriorated by the diagenesis improved by the denudation.
