Traditional methods of human activity recognition from wearable sensors rely on good training datasets in which thousands of training sequences should be carefully labeled. However, unlike images or videos which can be easily classified by human beings, strictly labeling such sequences of sensor data needs much more manpower and computing resources. In this paper, we present a new weakly supervised human activity recognition model based on recurrent attention learning, in which an agent is trained to extract information from weakly labeled sensor data by adaptively selecting a sequence of locations. Since, the model is non-differentiable and multiple activities may occur in a sequence of sensor data, it is trained by reinforcement learning with novel reward strategies. We evaluated our model on the traditional UCI HAR dataset and our collected weakly labeled dataset. The experimental results show that our model is superior to the traditional CNN model and the DeepConvLSTM model on both datasets.
[目的]本文旨在通过研究猪ESR、FSHβ和AHR基因多态性对二花脸群体产仔数的影响,鉴别出影响二花脸猪产仔数变异的关键基因。[方法]对303头二花脸猪进行ESR基因g.14418786、FSHβ基因g.30398474 3 0398475ins292(292 bp大片段插入)、AHR基因g.86550830位点分型(Sscrofa11.1),用Excel 2003软件进行基因多态性分布的分析和卡方检验,并利用SAS 9.2软件混合模型对ESR、FSHβ、AHR基因及其合并基因型与产仔数进行关联性分析。[结果]ESR基因g.14418786、FSHβ基因g.30398474 3 0398475ins292以及AHR基因g.86550830位点在二花脸群体中均具有多态性,且3个基因的不同等位基因频率差异很大,ESR基因g.14418786位点A、B等位基因频率分别为0.173和0.827,FSHβ基因g.30398474 3 0398475ins292位点A、B等位基因频率分别为0.889和0.111,而AHR基因g.86550830位点G、T等位基因频率分别为0.889和0.111。ESR基因g.14418786位点的AA、AB和BB基因型频率分别为0.050、0.248和0.703,FSHβ基因g.30398474 3 0398475ins292的AA、AB和BB基因型频率分别为0.808、0.162和0.030,AHR基因g.86550830位点的GG、GT和TT基因型频率则为0.792、0.194和0.013。ESR基因g.14418786与FSHβ基因g.30398474 3 0398475ins292位点显著偏离哈代-温伯格平衡(P<0.05),而AHR基因g.86550830位点符合哈代-温伯格平衡(P>0.05)。关联性分析未发现ESR、FSHβ、AHR基因以及3个基因的合并基因型显著影响二花脸猪的产仔数(P>0.05)。[结论]本试验未能证明ESR、FSHβ和AHR基因是影响二花脸猪产仔数的主效基因,二花脸猪产仔数变异可能受其他基因影响。
Community detection based on label propagation algorithm (LPA) has attracted widespread concern because of its high efficiency. But it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of community detection as the label spreading is random in the algorithm. In response to the problem, an improved LPA based on random walk (RWLPA) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a matrix measuring similarity among various nodes in the network is obtained through calculation. Secondly, during the process of label propagation, when a node has more than a neighbor label with the highest frequency, not the label of a random neighbor but the label of the neighbor with the highest similarity will be chosen to update. It can avoid label propagating randomly among communities. Finally, we test LPA and the improved LPA in benchmark networks and real-world networks. The results show that the quality of communities discovered by the improved algorithm is improved compared with the traditional algorithm.
As existing similarity algorithms are hampered by low accuracy and recall rates, a comprehensive ontology-based weighted similarity algorithm was proposed for case retrieval. Taking into account the various attributes of the case, different attribute calculation methods were used and each attribute was weighted in accordance and the similarity of the case was calculated. The similarity algorithm was validated by three psychological counseling cases. By comparing the traditional similarity algorithm based on the nearest distance and the weighted similarity algorithm, this paper demonstrates that the weighted similarity algorithm exhibit higher accuracy.

以人民币汇率、居民消费价格指数、世界出口价格单位值和中国制造业采购经理指数作为影响中国进口商品价格水平的主要变量,采用HP滤波方法针对中国主要农产品进口价格分别建立向量自回归模型,通过脉冲响应函数和方差分解技术研究人民币汇率波动对主要农产品进口价格波动造成的冲击效应和影响所占份额。实证结果表明:受到人民币汇率冲击后,鲜干水果及坚果进口价格在第1个月开始下降,食用植物油进口价格在第3个月开始下降,大豆超过3个月以后开始下降。人民币汇率波动对鲜干水果及坚果和大豆等进口价格波动影响较弱,而对食用植物油的进口价格波动影响较强。
金融市场的不确定性对于金融风险扩散和金融危机爆发有着十分重要的引导作用。通过对美国金融市场的不确定性进行描述性统计分析,本文得出以下结论:金融市场的不确定性集中体现为金融资产价格波动的不确定性,并辅以金融交易收入的不确定性;金融市场的不确定性是交易主体非理性决策的必然后果,是不可避免的客观现象;金融市场不确定性是市场经济的基本特征之一,防范由不确定性累积转化而来的金融风险是市场经济的永恒主题。
本文选取2007~2008年月度数据,实证研究了我国对前十大出口对象国(地区)的出口总额与这些国家(地区)的人均GDP、股市总市值、失业率,以及人民币实际有效汇率之间的关系.结果表明:在国际金融危机背景下,这些国家(地区)的人均cDP下降和失业率增加,对我国出口贸易的负面影响很大;这些国家(地区)股市总市值的变化和人民币实际有效汇率的波动,对我国出口贸易的负面影响较小.这些国家(地区)实体经济的恶化,是我国出口贸易持续下降的主要原因.
