Recently resting heart rate(RHR) is regarded as a independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease,meanwhile some study has found that resting heart rate is a predicted factor for mortality of cardiovascular diseases.So,RHR has become one of hot spot in the realm of cardiovascular disease.The article summarizes the progress in the present research,and puts forward the varies protective mechanism of using β receptor blocker in cardiovascular disease patient.
目的探讨高血压病病人静息心率(RHR)与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法400例高血压病病人行血压及静息心率测定,同时检测血清hs-CRP,比较不同的静息心率组脉压(PP)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及血清hs-CRP浓度的差异性。结果随着RHR的增加,SBP、DBP、PP、hs-CRP也升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论RHR与hs-CRP有一定相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP),endothelial function and carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 200 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in the study.B ultrasound was used to scan carotid and brachial arteries of all patients in order to check and measure intima-medial thickness(IMT), plaques of carotid arteries and diameter of brachial arteries at rest and during reactive hyperemia. Serum hsCRP of these patients was quantitatively examined. Results Serum hsCRP was significantly higher in the group with carotid atherosclerosis than that in the group with normal carotid. Endothelial function was significantly lower in patients with carotid plaque than that with normal carotid. Conclusion Serum hsCRP and endothelial function are related to atherosclerotics. Serum hsCRP and endothelial function may take part in the forming and developing of atherosclerosis.
