Objective To study the detection value of blood lipid for the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 43 patients with chronic heart failure in the TCM Hospital of Chengde City from May 2009 to December 2011 were selected as observation group,and 43 healthy persons at the same time were selected as control group,then the blood lipid and cardiac reserve index,ejection fraction,high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),N end B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) of two groups were studied and compared.Results The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),Apolipoprotein A(Apo-A) and cardiac reserve index,ejection fraction of observation group were all lower than those of control group,hs-CRP,NT-proBNP and lipoprotein α(LP-α) were all higher than those of control group,and the higher the heart function stage,the bigger the differences which were compared to those of control group,there were all significant differences(all P < 0.05).Conclusion The detection of blood lipid for the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure has higher clinical value,the investigation of cardiac reserve index,ejection fraction,hs-CRP,NT-proBNP can reflect the value from the side.
本文以8 kg左右不同品种乳猪为研究对象,采用逐级递增的ZnSO4腹腔注射法诱导,通过巯基显色法检测,对不同品种猪肝金属硫蛋白的合成量进行了研究.结果表明:在相同条件下不同猪源金属硫蛋白含量依次为,大白×荣昌>杜洛克×大白>杜长大三元杂交猪>野猪×杜洛克.因此,每头体重在8 kg左右的乳猪金属硫蛋白提取量达到了1.08 mg,相对市售杜长大大杂交猪提取金属硫蛋白含量提高了36%.该品种可降低生产成本,适合产业化生产.
Objective To rapidly detect metallothionein(MT) content in cosmetics.Methods With the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometer,cosmetic sample of A,B,C and D were analyzed under the conditions of 213.9 nm as detection wavelength.And quantitative determination of MT in cosmetics were measured by external standard method to discuss the condition of this method.Results An analysis method in food fast detection of MT by atomic absorption spectrophotometer was established.This method had good linearity,high repeatability.And its adding standard recovery was 92.4%-96.4%.Conclusion This method has certain advancement and practical significance for detection of MT content in cosmetics,and it has provided a reliable means for detection of MT content in cosmetics to satisfy the actual sample analysis.

Metallothionein(MT) which was defined as a low molecular weight and high sulfhydryl content protein could combine metal ion.Metallothionein had a strong role in the elimination of free radicals,so it could be used alone or combined with GSH,VC and VE as a nutritional additives.Moreover,MT was effective to inhibit lipid peroxidative damage,protect cell,degrade blood viscosity,improve blood circulation and increase the immune function.The article mainly described the exploratory development of MT in the absorption dynamics,medicine,cosmetics and the health food.
