目的 研究睡眠剥夺对健康青年人心理健康状况和血清皮质醇含量的影响,并进一步探索血清皮质醇含量与心理健康状况的关系.方法 随机整群抽取某部队陆军160名进行24 h完全睡眠剥夺作为睡眠剥夺组和60名给予正常睡眠(睡眠≥7h)作为对照组,试验从当天下午2:00至次日下午2:00,试验结束后立即运用《军人心理疾病预测量表》陆军常模同时评定睡眠剥夺组和对照组的心理健康状况,睡眠剥夺组分别于试验次日晨7:00和正常睡眠洗脱(睡眠≥7 h)5d后次日晨7:00抽取静脉血测定皮质醇含量,对所得数据进行统计学分析.结果 (1)睡眠剥夺组心理疾病预测总分及精神病性、抑郁、躁狂、神经症、人格偏移因子分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)睡眠剥夺组心理疾病预测总分及躁狂、人格偏移因子分明显高于陆军常模(P≤0.01);(3)睡眠剥夺组睡眠剥夺中的血清皮质醇含量高于正常睡眠洗脱后(t=2.05,P=0.04);(4)睡眠剥夺组躁狂因子得分与剥夺时血清皮质醇升高量呈正相关(r=0.37,P=0.00);(5)睡眠剥夺时血清皮质醇的ROC曲线下面积为0.95,以血清皮质醇含量500.56 nmol/L为临界值时诊断躁狂状态的相关性最高.结论 睡眠剥夺可显著降低青年军人心理健康水平和引起血清皮质醇升高,睡眠剥夺时血清皮质醇升高在导致躁狂症状的过程中起正向调节作用,睡眠剥夺时血清皮质醇含量达500.56 nmol/L与预测躁狂状态有较好的相关性.
目的 探讨24 h完全睡眠剥夺对青年人血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、皮质醇、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素及肾上腺素的影响.方法 整群随机抽取某部队陆军230名青年军人进行24h完全睡眠剥夺,试验前7d所有受试者要求正常睡眠(睡眠不少于7h),试验从下午2:00至次日下午2:00,于试验次日晨7:00(睡眠剥夺期)和试验结束后5日晨7:00(对照期)分别抽取受试者静脉血,测定肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和皮质醇,并从受试者中随机选取60名同时测定多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素及肾上腺素,对所得数据进行统计分析.结果 睡眠剥夺过程中,受试者血清中的肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、皮质醇、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素及肾上腺素含量与睡眠剥夺前比较,均有明显升高(t=2.132~7.198,P<0.05).结论 睡眠剥夺作为一种内源性应激,不仅可激活人体下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴(HPA轴),使血清中皮质醇含量明显升高;还可激活人体蓝斑-去甲肾上腺素能神经元(LC-NE)-交感-肾上腺髓质轴(SAM轴),使血清中多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素含量明显升高;而且还可激活人体肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS),使血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ含量明显升高.
本文以8 kg左右不同品种乳猪为研究对象,采用逐级递增的ZnSO4腹腔注射法诱导,通过巯基显色法检测,对不同品种猪肝金属硫蛋白的合成量进行了研究.结果表明:在相同条件下不同猪源金属硫蛋白含量依次为,大白×荣昌>杜洛克×大白>杜长大三元杂交猪>野猪×杜洛克.因此,每头体重在8 kg左右的乳猪金属硫蛋白提取量达到了1.08 mg,相对市售杜长大大杂交猪提取金属硫蛋白含量提高了36%.该品种可降低生产成本,适合产业化生产.
Objective: To investigate the effects of Trace element strontium prevention on Juvenile spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) elevated blood pressure and the mechanism.Methods: One hundred and seven SHR were randomly divided into five groups from A to E after one-week adaptive feeding:the pure water control group(n=22),the strontium water concentration 3mg/L group(n=22),the strontium water concentration 9mg/L group(n=19),the strontium water concentration 18mg/L group(n=22),and the strontium water concentration 36mg/L group(n=22).Normal diet was fed to all rats for twelve weeks.Each group was measured basal blood pressure in the beginning of the experiment.To the end,there were a total of ten blood pressure measurements.At the starts and the ends of the experiment,liver function and renal function were detected..Serum endothelin-1,rennin,angiotensin-II and noradrenalin were tested by Elisa.NF-κB,VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 levels of aortic were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:(1) When SHR become adults,group E began to show a trend of decrease in blood pressure compared with group A(P0.05).Group D and E blood pressure are significantly lower than group A in the tenth,eleventh,and twelfth weeks(P0.01).Blood pressure in Group B and C declined compared with that in group A,.With the increasing of the strontium water concentration,blood pressure showed a gradual decline in the general trend.In group B-E,blood pressure was lower than that in group A(P0.05,P0.01).(2) Among all groups,there was no significant difference in liver function,renal function,ET-1,renin,Ang-II and NA after the feeding of strontium water(P0.05).(3) The integrated optical density(IOD)of NF-κB,VCAM-1,and ICAM-1 in aorta of group B-E are significantly lower than that in group A(P0.01).The NF-κB,VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 expression showed a decreasing trend accompanied with the increasing of strontium water concentration(P0.01).Conclusions: Trace elements strontium can delay the rise of SHR blood pressure and reduce the fluctuation of blood pressure.Its hypertension prevention mechanism may be due to inhibition of the classical pathway of NF-κB by decreasing VCAM-1,ICAM-1 and other inflammatory factors to reduce the blood vessel wall damage.
Objective To investigate the changes of ambulatory blood pressure after acute sleep deprivation of soldiers in the army.Methods Sixty healthy soldiers were studied using 24 hours acute sleep deprivation method.The ambulatory blood pressure was monitored during sleep deprivation.Results After sleep deprivation,the researched showed increases in night blood pressure load.The night systolic blood pressure(SBP)load was(55.3±37.0)% and the night diastolic blood pressure(DBP)was(26.5±28.8)%.The circadian rhythm of blood pressure and rate had disappeared.The rate of discrease was(0.5±4.8)% for SBP and(3.8±7.4)%.for DBP.Night rate depression divided by day rate depression was 4%.There was positive correlation between day rate and day SBP(r=0.269,P0.05).There was positive correlation between night rate and day DBP(r=0.338,P0.01).Blood pressure variability increased after sleep deprivation.Conclusions Acute sleep deprivation could lead to an increase in night blood pressure and the disappearance of circadian rhythm in healthy men.It could be the risk factor of hypertension and might increase the risk of cardiac attack.
Objective To study the effect of Strontium on the development of experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits.Methods 71 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly assigned to five groups of A ~ E after one week of adaptive feeding: 15 in the pure water control group,14 in the Strontium-water group of concentration of 3 mg/L,16 in the Strontium-water group of concentration of 9 mg/L,12 in the Strontium-water group of concentration of 18 mg/L and 14 in the Strontium-water group of concentration of 36 mg/L.All the rabbits were given high fat diet of 120 g/day for 12 weeks.Serum lipids four total cholesterol(total cholesterol,TC),triglycerides(and triglyceride,TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(1ow-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C) were tested at the beginning and end of experiment and serum inflammatory factors including high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(a high sensitive C of reactive protein,hs-CRP),endothelin-1(of endothelin-1,ET-1),white blood cells interleukin-2(interleukin-2,IL-2) and interleukin-6(interleukin-6,IL-6) were also detected with Elisa.Atherosclerosis area percentage was calculated with image processing software.Aortic HE-stained slices were observed with ordinary microscope and results were categorized to four grades of mild,moderate,severe and no significant changes according to atherosclerosis four classification criteria.Results ①after 12 weeks(on 13th week) of high-fat diet,there was a decreasing trend in the increase in four lipids in all the five groups,and increases in group D and E were much smaller than in group A;②Hs-CRP,ET-1,IL-2 and IL-6 increased significantly(P < 0.01) in all the groups after Strontium-water feeding,but increases were not significantly different among the different groups(P > 0.05);③atherosclerotic plaque area gradually reduced(P < 0.05,P < 0.01) with the increase of Strontium-water concentration in the five groups;④pathological results showed that all five groups of rabbits had the four classes of atherosclerosis of light,moderate,severe and no significant changes,while group A had mostly severe degree and group E had mostly mild and no significant changes,showing a overall trend of decrease from group A to E.Conclusion Trace element Strontium can delay the process of atherosclerotic plaque formation,and the higher the concentration,the effect concentration of the Strontium water the significant the effect.This effect of Strontium is related to its ability to enhance lipid metabolism.
AimTo explore whether testosterone plays a role in regulation of lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor 1(LOX-1) in atherosclerotic male rabbits.MethodsThe model of castrated and atherosclerotic male rabbits was prepared.Pathological sections of thoracic aorta were performed hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining.Total plasma testosterone was measured using ADVIA Centaur Immunoassay(Bayer,Germany) with chemical luminescent method.Serum oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) was assayed using ELISA kit.The expression of LOX-1 of thoracic aorta was measured by methods of RT-PCR,immunohistochemistry.ResultsSerum testosterone significantly decreased in castrated rabbits,whereas testosterone replacement restored the circulating testosterone to normal levels.Intimal thickness and ratio of intima and media obviously increased in castrated rabbits compared with sham-operation rabbits.The serum ox-LDL wasn't significantly different between each animal.The expression of LOX-1 of thoracic aorta in mRNA and protein was significantly increased in castrated rabbits compared with those in sham-operation rabbits,and decreased in the castrated rabbits following testosterone replacement.ConclusionsTestosterone has no effect on serum ox-LDL in atherosclerotic rabbits,but plays key roles in the mRNA and protein expression of LOX-1 of thoracic aorta.Testosterone possibly regulates the development of athesclerosis via mediating LOX-1 but not ox-LDL.
Objective To rapidly detect metallothionein(MT) content in cosmetics.Methods With the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometer,cosmetic sample of A,B,C and D were analyzed under the conditions of 213.9 nm as detection wavelength.And quantitative determination of MT in cosmetics were measured by external standard method to discuss the condition of this method.Results An analysis method in food fast detection of MT by atomic absorption spectrophotometer was established.This method had good linearity,high repeatability.And its adding standard recovery was 92.4%-96.4%.Conclusion This method has certain advancement and practical significance for detection of MT content in cosmetics,and it has provided a reliable means for detection of MT content in cosmetics to satisfy the actual sample analysis.
Objectives To observe the therapeutic effect of Impella 2.5 use in the animal models of cardiogenic shock during myocardial infarction.Methods Positioned the angioplasty ballon in the mid-LAD of 6 adult goats after anesthesia.The balloon was inflated and the LAD was occluded until the model of CS during AMI was successful building.Keep the MAP around 70mm Hg by using vasoactive drugs.Removed the balloon after the Impella 2.5 was used.Continuous circulatory support was given by Impella 2.5 until the hemodynamic and physiological indicators recovering.Observe the physiological condition,hemodynamic and blood biochemical parameters changes.Measured MIS after the animals were dead.Results Compared with normal,MAP,CO,CI were significantly reduced(P0.05,P0.01),SPAP,PAWP were significantly increased(P0.01) after CS during AMI.Compared with the models of CS during AMI,MAP,CO,CI were significantly increased(P0.05,P0.01),SPAP,PAWP were decreased obviously(P0.05,P0.01)after the Impell 2.5 was used.Compared with normal,CK-MB,TnT at 6h and 12h were significantly increased(P0.01).MIS is(20.71±4.98)%.Conclusions Impella 2.5 can provide effective circulation support for the early revascularization,stable hemodynamic status,gain the precious time for myocardial function recovery.
