目的 总结用于新冠肺炎临床预防治疗的新冠康复者恢复期血浆(简称新冠血浆,COVID-19 convalescent plasma,CCP)采集生产制备的经验.方法 采用问卷调查的方式,对全国72家省市采供血机构新冠血浆采集工作的情况进行调查,内容包括采集、检测、制备、供应与质量控制等环节.结果 有61家采供血机构开展了新冠血浆采集相关工作,38家采供血机构自愿回答全部或部分问题.新冠血浆的采集主要以已有献血屋或临时设置设施地点为主;其中30家采供血机构共采集新冠血浆1359.8单位;采集的新冠血浆ABO血型A:B:O:AB比为2.2:2.2:1.8:1;37家机构分享了采集到的新冠血浆加工制备情况;各地新冠血浆质控标准,血浆储存和不合格新冠血浆的处置以及临床供应方式根据自身情况制定且存在差异.结论 各地在利用现有资源完成新冠血浆采集制备和质量控制基础上,有必要建立新冠血浆采集和制备等的统一标准和指导原则,为临床治疗效果的评价和临床研究提供统一的新冠血浆制品种类.
了解庆阳市无偿献血者中梅毒螺旋体的感染情况和流行人群属性特征.研究近7年庆阳市献血人群梅毒螺旋体(TP)抗体的检测结果和流行病学趋势分析,并对献血者归队意愿进行调查问卷.2012-2018年从126218人份献血者中筛查出TP抗体阳性样本1193人份,献血者TP抗体阳性率为9.45%‰,TP抗体合并感染状况中TP抗体分别与HCV和HBsAg合并阳性的样本数量相对较多.开展献血者梅毒螺旋体检测结果和流行病学趋势分析,为逐步完善献血者的归队机制,预防梅毒螺旋体经血传播的风险,提供血液筛查和防控策略科学依据.
目的 了解甘肃省庆阳市近五年无偿献血者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)检测情况,探讨ALT阳性人群分布特征及减少血液ALT阳性策略.方法 利用2015-2019年庆阳市无偿献血者的血液ALT检测数据,运用SPSS 22.0软件分析人群ALT阳性分布特征.结果 庆阳市近五年检测无偿献血者血液样本86 189份,ALT阳性631份、阳性率0.73%;以男性(Z=-2.611)、26~ 45岁组(x2=10.275)、已婚(Z=-2.627)、汉族(Z=-2.652)和其他职业人员(x2=37.134)为主,其ALT阳性构成差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B型血占30.43%,构成差异无统计学意义(x2=7.337,P>0.05);动员方式构成差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.886,P>0.05);以宁县、西峰和镇原为主,构成差异有统计学意义(x2=30.163,P<0.05);ALT同其他项目合并感染情况,构成差异无统计学意义(x2=1.460,P>0.05).结论 庆阳市无偿献血者ALT阳性率较高;应加大献血者宣传及征询力度,保证本地区采供血安全,降低ALT阳性率.
目的 分析2012-2019年甘肃省庆阳市无偿献血者的分布特征,为推动输血相关疾病防控研究和无偿献血宣传动员工作提供依据.方法 收集穿越安全输血标准化系统中2012-2019年庆阳市无偿献血者资料,以描述流行病学方法分析分布特征.结果 近八年庆阳市无偿献血共142 947人次,以个人自愿为主(77.53%),其次为团体自愿(22.45%),以汉族为主、占98.48%,以O型血为主(31.57%)、O型>B型>A型>AB型,以其他职业(无业和流动打工者)为主、占44.51%,男性(76.37%)多于女性(23.63%),以25岁~组为主(39.46%),西峰区献血人次数最多(34.05%);血液检验不合格共计3 893人次、不合格率2.72%,各年度不合格率差异无统计学意义(x2=0.000,P=1.000).结论 庆阳市无偿献血知识的宣传动员效果显著;今后仍需努力动员和招募团体献血者,并进一步提高血液质量安全.
目的 通过回顾性分析庆阳市献血筛查中3例酶免阴性而丙型肝炎病毒(HCV) RNA阳性献血者的社会属性和特征,提高对HCV检测判定的认识.方法 使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)及核酸检测(NAT)方法对献血者的血液标本检测,并总结3例ELISA阴性而HCV-RNA阳性献血者的各项指标及特征.结果 庆阳市近6年献血人群中共筛查出血清学ELISA阴性而HCV-RNA定性阳性3例.3例均为男性;本辖区居民;年龄分别为27岁、53岁和23岁;血型分别为AB型1例、A型2例;RH阳性2例、阴性1例.3例本次献血时间均集中在2018年6月-2019年1月,首次献血1例,既往献血2例.结论 在庆阳市无偿献血人群中存在一定的ELISA阴性而HCV-RNA阳性检出率,该3例为庆阳市开展核酸检测以来首次发现的ELISA阴性而HCV-RNA阳性的献血者.为确保用血安全和对献血者负责,有必要进行追踪调查研究,同时为相关血液研究提供理论科学依据.
Objective To investigate the infection and serological prevalence of human T lymphocyte virus ( HTLV) in volunteer blood donors, so as to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of blood safety and blood screening strategies. Methods Combined with the blood enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid testing project in Qingyang's volunteer blood donors, random sampling was used to screen the serological HTLV antibody by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay ( ELISA) method, and the specimens with positive initial test were retested by double hole. Results From January 4 to September 30 in 2017 in Qingyang, blood samples of 5 693 volunteer blood donors were randomly selected for serological testing. A total of 4 HTLV antibody-positive specimens were screened, and the positive rate of HTLV antibody was 0. 07%. Conclusion There is a certain positive serological HTLV antibody in the volunteer blood donors in Qingyang. In order to ensure blood safety and the health of blood recipients, it is necessary to expand monitoring and to carry out the identification and tracking of HTLV, so as to provide scientific basis for the integration of HTLV in the blood screening of volunteer blood donors.
目的 :研究分析庆阳市无偿献血者HIV筛查中应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和核酸检测(NAT)的现状及送检确诊感染情况.方法 :回顾调查庆阳市70659人次无偿献血者HIV项目酶免检测、核酸检测及送检确证HIV感染情况.结果 :70659人份无偿献血者样本中,HIV酶免检测阳性样本133人份,HIV酶免检测阳性率为0.188%;在酶免HIV阴性的样中,未检测出核酸HIV阳性的样本,送检确证HIV阳性样本16人份,确证阳性率0.0226%,庆阳市无偿献血者HIV感染率相对较低,但近年来有逐年递增的趋势.结论 :庆阳市无偿献血者HIV筛查中应用ELISA与NAT相结合,能减少潜在输血风险;对送检确证HIV感染人群的特征分析研究,为制定庆阳市艾滋病防治措施和血液质量安全提供了可靠的理论依据.
为了能够有效地筛选促组织再生药物,建立一种促再生涡虫药物筛选模型.采用丹参注射液、天麻注射液、红花注射液、神经节苷脂钠注射液、N-N-二甲基乙酰胺等几种药物对日本三角涡虫头部的再生时间的影响作用,分析了日本三角涡虫头部再生对不同药物的差异性反应.结果显示同种药品在同一浓度下对不同日本三角涡虫个体的再生时间影响不显著(P>0.05),不同浓度下对日本三角涡虫的再生时间影响显著(P<0.05),不同药物之间对日本三角涡虫的再生时间的影响显著(P<0.05).表明日本三角涡虫头部再生对不同药物反应灵敏,不同药物对涡虫头部再生有不同作用,可以作为神经再生药物筛选的一种生物模型.
By SDS - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining method comparatively,low molecu-lar weight protein in normal Dugesia japonica and regeneration Dugesia japonica organizations at different time were compared. The results showed that regenerating planarian protein bands and its content decreases within 18 h,whereas the protein bands is the increasing trend of the recovery from 18 h to 36 h,the phenomenon that the protein content is reduced is particularly evident in the two intervals of Rf 0. 25 - 0. 5 and Rf 0. 65 - 0. 75.
The impact of petro - pollutants on activities of Dugesia japonicaˊs catalase( CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH - PX)were studied,and the results showed that the lethal con-centration 50(LD50 )of petro - pollutants on Dugesia japonica at 24h was 7. 209g / L. In the safe concentration range,Dugesia japonica was trained for 24 hours with petro - pollutants solutions of 0,0. 5,1,1. 5,2,2. 5,3g /L respectively. The results showed that the petro - pollutants had a significant effect on the activities of the en-zyme. With the increase of petro - pollutants concentration,the CAT enzyme activity is a downward trend in gen-eral;the SOD enzyme activity showed a trend of slow downtrend;and the GSH - PX activity appeared a dramatic downward trend. Itˊs concluded that Dugesia japonica is very sensitive and will provide the theoretical basis for the detection of petro - pollutants.
目的:本实验主要探究烟焦油对涡虫的精神运动活性的影响作用.方法:通过毒理实验确定烟焦油对涡虫的半致死浓度为0.1274mg·ml-1及安全浓度为≤0.0882ng·ml-1.在安全浓度范围内设定3组浓度为0.0294 mg ·ml-1、0.0490 mg· ml-1、0.0686 mg·ml-1的烟焦油溶液处理组,分别对涡虫进行急性处理与慢性处理,通过戒断反应体现涡虫在不同浓度烟焦油中的运动速度变化,进一步探究烟焦油对涡虫的精神运动活性作用.结果:急性处理、慢性处理后涡虫在不同浓度烟焦油中运动速度均有明显变化且差异显著(P<o.01):于低浓度烟焦油处理后转入高浓度烟焦油中涡虫的运动速度上升,高浓度烟焦油处理后转入低浓度烟焦油中涡虫的运动速度下降,并与在中浓度烟焦油中涡虫的运动速度形成鲜明的对比.结论:实验表明烟焦油急慢性暴露及戒断后对涡虫精神运动活性的影响显著.
The acute toxicity of on Dugesia japonica and the impact of oil pollutant on Dugesia japonica ingestion and regeneration were studied. The result showed that the 24 h and 48 h LC50of oil pollutant on Dugesia japonica was83. 47 g /L and 56. 83 g /L respectively. In the range of ≤6. 67 g /L the impact of oil pollutant on Dugesia japonica ingestion increased gradually with the increase of concentration and exposure time Oil pollutant at the concentration of≥10. 00g/L impact the regeneration of Dugesia japonica( p 0. 05) significantly,but the impact decreased gradually with exposure time. It was indicated that Dugesia japonica could be used as a bio- indicator to monitor oil pollutant contamination.
