课程思政是全面贯彻国家的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径.它不仅对于培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要意义,也对提高医学院校留学生的综合教育质量、增强其对于中国文化的认同感具有重要的指导作用.本文对新乡医学院国际教育学院留学生教育的现状和开展课程思政的必要性进行了阐述,以一年级新生的医用化学课程为例,对如何将思政元素有机地融入留学生日常教学中进行了多方面的探索,为培养既有良好职业道德,又"知华""友华"的国际友人打下基础,并通过他们将中国和平发展、积极构建人类命运共同体的国家形象传播给全世界.
Objective To investigate the application effect of the teaching assisted platform based on QQ group in analytical chemistry in Pharmacy.Methods 121 undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy from 2012 and 2013 two grades in Xinxiang Medical University were selected and divided into two groups randomly:the experimental group (60 students) and the control group (61 students).The teaching assisted platform based on QQ group was adopted in the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group.This teaching platform was applied to analytical chemistry teaching for the purpose of the communication between teachers and students,tutor answer,collective lesson preparation,educational resources sharing and the evaluation of the online teaching effect,etc.The teaching effect of the two different teaching methods was evaluated by questionnaire survey and achievement analysis.Results According to the achievement analysis,the experiment group was better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).According to the questionnaire survey,approval degree of the teaching assisted platform based on QQ group reached 100.0%.Conclusions The teaching assisted platform based on QQ group exhibited better results in analytical chemistry teaching.New teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method in teaching efficiencies.
In order to cultivate a student who has the ability of independent thinking and self-conscious learning by general education,considering the actual analytical chemistry teaching in international education institute,a series of teaching innovation of theory course,including teaching idea,teaching goal,teaching content,teaching method and teaching language,were explored preliminarily.
The behavior for flotation separation of cobalt with sodium nitrate—ammonium thiocyanate—hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide system and the condition for separation of cobalt with other metal ion were studied.The result shows that under certain conditions the water-insoluble ion-association complexes which were composed of cobalt,ammonium thiocyanate and hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide can float and form two phases with clear interface in the presence of sodium nitrate.Then Co(Ⅱ) floats quantitatively and Ni(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、 Al(Ⅲ)、Ca(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Bi(Ⅲ) could not float.The proposed method has been applied to the separatione and determination of Co(Ⅱ) in synthetic water and waste water samples with satisfactory results.
Objective To develop a simple,rapid,economy and nontoxic method for separation of Co(Ⅱ).Methods In the presence of sodium nitrate the ammonium thiocyanate,malachite green and Co(Ⅱ) can form water-insoluble ion-association complexes.This complexes can float.Results In this system the extraction rate of Co(Ⅱ) is 100%and the extraction rate of Ni(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅱ),Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ) are not beyond 3.1%.Conclusion Co(Ⅱ) can be separated from Ni(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅱ),Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅲ)in this system.The proposed method has been applied in the separation and determination of Co(Ⅱ) in synthetic water samples and Vitamine B_(12) with satisfactory results.
