Objective To determine the content of arsenic and lead in Saposhnikovia divaricata.Methods Saposhnikovia divaricata was crushed and filtered through 200 mesh filter.About 0.5 g sample was soaked in 5 mL nitric acid overnight.The next day 2 mL nitric acid and 1 mL hydrogen peroxide were added and heated for 5 min by microwave digestion,the remaining solution was heated to about 1 mL and transferred to 25 mL volumetric flask as a test solution,with the same method of blank control group.Content of arsenic and lead were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption (GFAAS).Results Step heating method was adopted (100 ℃,150 ℃,180 ℃),the heating rate was 8 ℃ · min-1,the detection limits were 0.201 ng/mL for lead and 0.0138 ng/mL for arsenic respectively.The relative standard deviations for lead were between 1.1% and 2.1% and for arsenic between 1.5% and 1.9%;the recoveries of lead were between 90.2% and 94.3% and for arsenic were between 95.2% and 103.0%.Conclusion The method is convenient and rapid with good precision and accuracy,which is fit for the determination of arsenic and lead in Saposhnikovia divaricata.
目的 观察心脏瓣膜置换术患者服用华法林前后血浆中microRNA-133a(miR-133a),microRNA-133b(miR-133b)和microRNA-137(miR-137)含量的变化情况.方法 收集2012年至2014年于本院就诊的心脏瓣膜置换术患者,通过监测凝血酶原时间,依据国际标准化比值(international normalized ratio,INR)选取INR范围在2.0~3.0内的100例患者.利用实时定量PCR方法测定患者血浆中miR-133a,miR-133b和miR-137的水平.结果 心脏瓣膜置换术服用华法林后患者血浆中miR-133a、miR-133b和miR-137的含量显著高于服用华法林前(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 miR-133a、miR-133b和miR-137可作为监测华法林临床用药剂量的生物学指标,评估和指导临床合理用药.
目的:研究洋葱总黄酮的大孔树脂纯化工艺条件.方法:通过对洋葱总黄酮在4种大孔树脂上的吸附与解析附特性的比较,筛选最佳树脂,并对该树脂影响因素进行系统研究.结果:纯化工艺以AB-8大孔树脂分离洋葱总黄酮,样品浓度为3.48 mg·ml-1,上样体积为2倍柱体积(BV),先用蒸馏水洗脱3BV除杂,再用3BV的70%乙醇解析.结论:所得产品总黄酮平均含量为66.84%,此工艺操作简便,稳定性好.
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of combined with uterine artery embolization( UAE) in cesarean car pregnancy( CSP). Methods: Retrospective analysisof 19 cases of patients with CSP( CSP diameter 6 cm or less by ultrasound) from January2011 to January 2013. All cases were received the UAE and arterial injection of methotrexate( MTX). When the blood beta HCG fell to about 1000 U /L and thickness of the lesions to serous membrane were≥0. 2 cm by ultrasound,pregnancy lesions were resected by hysteroscopy surgery. Results: ① The duration of UAE surgery combined with artery injection MTX was about20 minutes,without injury or other emergency. Blood beta HCG levels decreased from 17804. 76 ±11713. 55 U /L to 988. 54 ±165. 83 U /L before hysteroscopy surgery,and lesion diameter decreased from 3. 64±1. 01 cm to 3. 13±0. 98 cm. ②Hysteroscopy surgery duration was 18 to 40 min,and theintraoperative blood loss was 17. 37±7. 32 ml,without transit operation,intraoperative complication and injury. Postoperative blood beta HCG decreased to 112. 71±35. 16 U /L within 2 ~ 4 days. Menstruation restored after 30 to 45d. Conclusions: Hysteroscopy surgery with pretreatment of UAE combined with MTX injection could achieve satisfactory outcome for CSP,which should become one of the appropriate choice for CSP patients.
目的:研究凤尾草提取物的体内抗肿瘤作用.方法:采用S180细胞株接种昆明种小鼠,建立实体瘤和腹水瘤模型,分别灌胃给予凤尾草提取物20、50、100mg/kg,计算抑瘤率与生命延长率,流式细胞仪检测瘤细胞Bcl-2、Bax、P53蛋白表达.结果:50mg/kg、100mg/kg剂量的凤尾草提取物能够抑制小鼠体内肿瘤增长,同时明显提高腹水瘤小鼠半数存活时间和生命延长率,增加P53蛋白表达,增加Bax表达,减少Bcl-2表达.结论:凤尾草提取物具有抑制肿瘤S180生长的作用,其作用与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡相关.
Objective:To evaluate the utilization and skin tests of cephalosporin injections used from January to June in 2009 in the hospital.Method:The drug utilization research was used to analyze the utilization of cephalosporin.By analyzing 975 discharging cases,in which cephalosporins' stock solution were adopted in skin tests,the positive rate and the dependability of the rate and DDDs were analyzed.Result:For 77.8%cephalosporins,the ordinal ratio of the consumption sum and DDDs was>1.The positive rate was 18.8%and had no dependability of DDDs(P>0.05).Conclusion:The utilization of cephalosporin injections in the hospital are reasonable fundamentally.The positive rate in skin tests to cephalosporins is higher and has no dependability of DDDs.
This is a study to measure aristolochic acid A in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. and a number of other selected traditional Chinese medicines. In the study, a high performance liquid chromatography with Ultraviolet/Visible detector in reversed-phase (Hypersil C18 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)column was employed to detect the existence of aristolochic acid A in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. and a number of other selected traditiona, Chinese Medicines. Methanol-Waterdimethylformamide0.1% glacial acetic acid (25:13:1:1, v/v) was set with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Detection wavelength was adjusted at 315 nm, and oven temperature 35 ℃. Results show that in the selected chromatographic conditions, no aristolochic acid A has been found in Asarum medicinal herbs and in proprietary Chinese medicines containing Asarum. It is believed that the method is able to detect aristolochic acid A in the minimum detectable amount (1.8 ×10 -4μg), providing a sensitive, economic, scientific and feasible method for measuring aristolochic acid A. Study confirms the fact that aristolochic acid A has not been found in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. and a number of other selected traditional Chinese medicines.
