为丰富来自生活实际的真实问题情境的实验,以4种常见生活食品(雀巢咖啡伴侣、大白兔奶糖、德芙白巧克力以及家用植物油)为底物,通过各物质配料表分析其存在的常见官能团,运用新制氢氧化铜、碱性水解、碘加成等反应对相应基团进行检验.实验表明,检验现象明显,每种官能团的检验用时都在1 min以内,用量少且过程安全可控.
基于景观生态学理论,对四川省大熊猫国家公园试点区域所在的岷山中高山区域土地利用类型、植被类型和区域资源特点等数据进行了空间叠加分析,通过查阅相关资料文献,并借助景观格局和景观类型2个尺度的景观指数,对研究区域资源的国家代表性、生态系统完整性进行了研究;通过对该区域内人为干扰活动区域和国有土地比例等的研究,对区域生态系统原真性和国家公园管理可行性进行了研究.结果表明该区域国家代表性强,自然生态系统完整性和原真性较高,国有土地和保护地面积均接近80%,具有建设国家公园的管理可行性,但研究区域景观斑块数量多,大熊猫主要栖息地类型亚高山常绿针叶林,平均斑块面积不高,农耕活动是区域内最主要的人为干扰活动.
利用花青素以及重铬酸钾溶液的可逆反应,通过添加阳离子交换树脂,在不改变溶液中其他物质浓度的条件下,探究浓度对化学平衡的影响.实验仪器简单、试剂易得、现象明显且用时较短,能够作为课堂演示实验或学生实验,为课堂教学提供真实情镜与探究案例.
对 Chemistry Education Research and Practice(简称 CERP)和《化学教育》在2010-2019年涉及中学化学教学动画的发文情况、研究主题和表现形式进行了分析和对比,2刊中关于动画教学的刊文量在近2年都明显加大了,且研究重心都在交互式动画的开发和教学运用研究等方面,但所研究的化学教学主题有较大的差异,CERP多为三维表征、氧化还原、化学结构等方面,而《化学教育》多为具体知识点.介绍了从CERP遴选的典型文章,以期为国内化学教育工作者提供一些参考.
本文分别对1990年、2000年、2010年、2015年荥经县土地利用景观类型和格局的主要景观指数进行了研究.研究结果表明,整个研究区域的最大景观始终为林地;耕地、水域、其他景观类型不断减少,林地、园地、建设用地、草地景观均不同程度增加;整个景观格局经历了先破碎化,后又恢复的过程,影响景观格局变化的主要因子包括生态环境保护工程、农村人口迁移和基础设施建设等.
大熊猫黄土梁廊道,是连接岷山山系大熊猫栖息地A块的中北部的关键区域.本文根据景观生态学理论,运用景观分析软件FragStat3.3,从斑块类型和景观类型两个尺度,对不同时期(1975年、1992年、2010年)该区域大熊猫栖息地景观指数特征进行了分析,研究了黄土梁廊道景观破碎化进程,并对影响大熊猫黄土梁廊道的因素进行了分析,为大熊猫黄土梁廊道的保护提供参考.
Taking the Jiangyou city as an example,the information of landuse types from RS image of the research area were extracted by using ERDAS 9.2 and ArcGIS 10.0 software.The landscape pattern index was calculated by using Fragstats 3.3 software.Then 7 indexes were selected,including landscape area(CA) in the study area,and the quantitative analysis was made of the spatial pattern of landuse landscape.The result revealed the characteristics of the study area that its forest had a wide distribution and its landscape shape was relatively regular.
The vegetation restoration of giant panda habitat is an important part of the giant panda corridor construction. Taken Wujiao giant panda habitat corridor as research object,this paper analyzed the status and changing trend of forest vegetation restoration on cutting blanks with different methodology of forest cutting and generation using such methods as sample investigation and data comparative analysis. The results showed that the areas taking the natural regeneration ways were more close to the vegetation types of giant panda habitat.
Taking the ETM+ image of Yingcheng city in Hubei province as an example, the methods of the water body i- dentification were compared. The results showed that the effect was good by using the single-band threshold method for large water body extraction, while it was difficult to identify the small water body; Water index method's extract effect was better than single-band threshold method, but the range of application had limitation, reguiring different index models for different data; K-T transformation model was the method,with highest indentification accuracy the method with highest identification accuracy, which reached up to 89.5%. The extraction effect of K-T transformation method was good both for large and small water bodies.
This article evaluated the nature reserves in 21 districts of Sichuan province by using available number,available area,ratio of total region area,index of stress,index of state,index of protective requirement established by Rong ke,Ma jian zhang,et al.The results showed that the geographical differeces had serious influences on nature reserves in Sichuan.the nature reserves in Chengdu,Zigong,Neijiang et al were faced with relatively big pressure caused by the economic and people activities,while the state of nature reserves in Ganzi,Aba,Liangshan were better.
Based on the Landsat TM image and regional landform data with 1:250 thousands scale,this paper analyzed the landscape patterns at 5 different altitudinal zonality of Ganzi prefecture using RS and GIS technology,mastered the landscape index and distribution rule of landscapes at different altitudinal zonality.The spatial framework of landscape ecology in Ganzi prefecture is giving priority to nature landscape,the distribution rule of each landscape is obvious.The research result of this paper will put up decision support on holding nature resources in this area or establishing relevant regional ecology landscape plan for government or corresponding departments.
Nowadays,GVG sampling system,that has brought great convenience,is widely used in the agricultural field.This system has been used for national grain yield estimation near 10 years.This system has good performance,convenience sampling and made a great contribution for china.This article introduced the concept of GVG sampling system and its main functions,then elaborated the basic methods and steps of the traditional methods of interpret forestry remote sensing in forestry,then,studied on the application of GVG sampling system on forestry remote sensing interpretation,and put forward two methods to inspect the interpret results on real-time.Finally,supplied the problems and solutions of this method.
