An effective GC method was established for contents determination of the residual solvent of cyclohexanone in infusion sets for single use. The cyclohexanone in infusion sets for single use products were extracted with circular pump, using ethylalcohol as the extraction solven, then the extract followed by analysis of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, Cyclohexanone showed good linearity in the range of (5.5-190.9) μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 0, the detection limit (S/N = 3) was 0.133 μg/mL and limits of quantitation (S/N = 10) was 1.33 μg/mL. The spiked average recoveries ranged from 98% to 99%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the method ranged from 1.03% to 1.98%. The method was simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, and may serve as a mass control method for residual cyclohexanone in disposable infusion sets for single use.
The deficiency of current signal sorting technique is analyzed,and a technique which based on the character of pulse sequence is proposed.Through the matching of pulse TOA sequence and T-T figure,it is verified that the method is better on radar signal sorting.
With the broad application of digital technique,using the digital method to sample,store and reproduce the pulse signal has become an important means to reproduce signals.Two common signal reproducing algorithms are analyzed by simulation,the deficiency of the two algorithms are indicated,and an improved signal reproducing algorithm is proposed.
梗阻性黄疸引起肝细胞的损伤,释放多种细胞因子及炎性介质致肠黏膜屏障损伤,肠道细菌移位产生肠源性内毒素血症,可导致肝肾等多脏器功能衰竭.乌司他丁(ulinastatin,UTI)有抑制多种水解酶活性,抑制细胞因子和炎性介质的释放,本研究探讨UTI在梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型中保护肠黏膜屏障功能的作用机制.
Objective:To investigate the effat of on UTI of intestinal mucosa of rats with obstructive jaundice.Methods:Fifty- six SD rats were randomized into the Sham group,OJ group and UTI group.After the establishment of the model,the rats were injected 1 ml/10 000U UTI,one time for every day.After 3d,6d and 9d the rats of Group UTI3,UTI6 and UTI9 were killed separately,The Sham group and OJ group were killed by injecteng saline at the same time.Then the symptooms were watched,the blood was collected from inferior vena cava to detect the content of ET,TNF-α,WBC,the transloeation rate of hac- teria,ALT and SB.The specimen of liver and small intestine were collected to make the pathological analysis.Results:Com- pared with OJ group,the contents of WBC,ALT,SB,ET,TNF-α,the translocation rate of bacteria,ascites,wound infection, hemorrhage,cholestasis,necrosis of liver cells,the edema,erosion,atrophy and infiltration of inflammatory cell of intestinal mucosa of UTI group were all notabaly lowered down.Conclusion:UTI can protect the liver,inhibit the inflammatory reaction, lower down the translocation rate of bacteria and protect the defence function of intestinal mucosa when treating the rat model of Obstructive jaundice.
Objective: In order to observe the sorption on the active ingredient of contact lens care solution. Method: Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was carried out. Result: The germicidal tests were carried out for two contact lens care solutions containing 0.00014%CPC and 0.0001%PHMB respectively. The results showed: 1. For the contact lens care solution containing 0.00014%CPC with 6 hours exposure time: The average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were over 99.90% using the glass and plastic test tubes preconditioned with the test sample, and were below 99.90% using the glass and plastic test tubes not preconditioned with the test sample. There were obvious differences in eff icacy of killing three bacteria whether the test tubes were preconditioned. 2. For the contact lens care solution containing 0.0001%PHMB with 4 hours exposure time: No obvious difference in eff icacy of killing three bacteria whether the plastic test tubes were preconditioned. There were in? uences in eff icacy of killing Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli whether the glass test tubes were preconditioned. Conclusion: The wall of the glass and plastic test tube has sorption to CPC. The wall of the glass test tube has slight sorption to PHMB.
Objective To study the use of the Dey-Engley neutralizer broth as stated in ISO14729 and ISO14730.Methods A quantitative suspension method was used for this test.Results Evaluation tests using the D/E medium as a neutralizer were carried out on several contact lens care solutions selected from those currently available in the Chinese market.The results met the requirements of an appraisal test for a neutralizer.Conclusion The D/E neutralizer broth is applicable for the above products as used in these tests.
