Objective To investigate the correlation between endogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) or homocysteine (Hcy) and hypertension complicating aortic dissection.Methods The patients with hypertension (n=110, male 98, female 12 and aged from 38 to 71) were chosen from the Department of Cardiology of the First Central Hospital of Chenzhou City and Guandong Provincial Cardiovascular Institute from Jun. 2012 to Apr. 2015. The patients with hypertension complicating aortic dissection were included in observation group (n=52), those without aortic dissection were included in control group (n=58), and other controls without hypertension were included in health group (n=50). The concentrations of plasma Hcy, folic acid and Vitamin B12 were detected respectively by using fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA). The concentration of H2S in EDTA anticoagulative plasma was measured by using sensitive sulfur electrode method. The levels of cystathionine-β-synthase (CBS) and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The polymorphisms of MTHFRC677T and CBS844ins68 were measured by using chain reaction-based restriction fragment length polymorphism (CR-RFLP) after extracting DNA from EDTA anticoagulative whole blood.Results The level of Hcy was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group [(18.1±3.5) μmol/Lvs. (12.4±4.7) μmol/L] and health group [(18.1±3.5) μmol/Lvs. (10.3±2.1) μmol/L, allP<0.05]. The levels of Vitamin B12 and H2S showed a descending trend in 3 groups, and were lower in observation group and control group than those in health group (allP<0.05). The frequency of CC genotype was significantly lower, and frequencies of CT genotype and TT genotype were significantly higher in observation group and control group than those in health group (allP<0.05). The frequency of C allele was 80.0%in health group, 48.1% in observation group and 44.0% in control group (allP<0.05). The detecting results of CBS844ins68 polymorphism in all groups showed that the comparison in genotypes and alleles had no statistical significance (allP>0.05). The concentration of MTHFR was higher in observation group and control group than that in health group (allP<0.05).Conclusion The concentrations of folic acid and Vitamin B12 decrease and concentration of Hcy increases in patients with hypertension complicating aortic dissection, which then induces the disorders of Hcy and H2S. It is speculated that the genetic reasons are MTHFRC677T polymorphism and T allele carried by the patients.
目的 探讨雾化吸入布地奈德对哮喘儿童肺功能的改善及安全性.方法选择95例6~48月的哮喘患儿持续(6月)吸入布地奈德,每日250 μg,2次/d,治疗前及治疗6月后分别测定各项肺功能指标、血皮质醇及骨密度.结果 治疗6月后,肺功能有明显改善,血皮质醇及骨密度无明显变化.结论 吸入布地奈德能改善哮喘患儿肺功能,降低气道高反应性,对患儿肾上皮质功能及骨密度未见显著影响.
新生儿窒息是新生儿常见疾病,是由于产前产时或产后的各种病因所引起,新生儿出生后无自主呼吸或者呼吸抑制而导致低氧血症和混合性酸中毒.新生儿窒息常合并多脏器功能损伤,肾脏损伤较为多见,发生率约为57%[1].
目的 探讨肺功能测定对可必特(沙丁胺醇和异丙托溴胺联合制剂)雾化治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病的意义.方法 应用婴幼儿肺功能测试仪对360例喘息性疾病婴幼儿雾化治疗前后进行肺功能测定,选择潮气状态下的通气功能-呼吸频率(RR)、每公斤体重潮气量(VT/kg);潮气流速容肇环的形态-吸气时间/呼气时间(Ti/Te)、到达潮气峰流速的时间/总呼吸时间(T-PF/Te)、呼出75%潮气量时的呼气流速/潮气呼气峰流速(TEF25/PTEF)作为观察的指标.结果 患儿雾化前后各项肺功能指标存在显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 肺功能测定可以了解喘息性疾病的气道阻塞情况和气道的可逆性,为该病的诊断、病情判断和疗效判断提供量化依据.
目的:探讨可必特氧气雾化吸入治疗喘息性疾病的疗效。方法:喘息性疾病患儿120例随机分为两组,观察组60例,对照组60例,两组常规治疗方法相同,观察组使用可必特加普米克令舒氧气雾化吸入,对照组使用沙丁胺醇加普米克氧气雾化。观察两组治疗效果及解除主要症状和体征的时间。结果:观察组治愈率、缓解喘憋及缩短哮鸣音持续时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:可必特氧气雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病显效迅速,疗效显著。
