目的 通过调查标本不合格现状,了解检验标本分析前质量现存问题.针对存在的质量问题,应用质量持续改进方法,总结质量持续改进在降低检验标本分析前质量不合格率中的实施效果.方法 收集2015年7—9月不合格标本资料并统计分析,了解检验标本分析前质量的控制现状,运用质量管理工具进行解析,确定其根本原因,并制定改进措施,对实施后的效果进行追踪验证.收集2016年1—3月不合格标本资料,运用统计学方法比较实施措施前后不合格标本率有无差异,判定改进效果,根据此实施效果,调整对策后再对2016年4—5月实施效果进行追踪.结果 质量持续改进活动前标本不合格率为6.0398‰,实施干预措施后,标本不合格率为3.6039‰,再次改进后标本不合格率为2.8988‰,不合格率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 建立多部门合作体系,改善流程,进行环节控制,完善各部门间的沟通与交接,加强培训,是有效做好检验标本分析前质量控制的关键所在,护理部、检验、后勤、采供等多部门协同管理和质量持续改进活动有效的提高了检验标本分析前质量.
Bioavailability was important evaluation index of safety and effectiveness of drugs.Consult data library such as Wan Fang,CNKI,OVI and so on,comprehensive analyzed and reviewed more than 150 related data recent 10 years from domestic and abroad.Summarized the influencing factors of bioavailability from two aspects of medicine and biology,consist of the form of drugs,physicochemical property,the preparation technology,physiological environment of gastrointestinal,the delivery time and way and so on.Some new research ideas like the pro-drug strategy,the gastro-retentive drug delivery system,cyclodextrin closure technology,solid dispersion technique,co-grinding technology,nano-technology etc.for improving bioavailability of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)preparations were discussed in order to provide reference for the research on modernization of TCM preparations.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine with activating blood circulation and norishing Yin in treatment of female chloasma.Method: Two hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group.110 patients in treatment group was treated by Taohong Siwu and Liuwei Dihuang decoction with 3% topical hydroquinone cream;110 cases in control group were treated by western medicine vitamin C and E.with 3% topical hydroquinone cream.Treatment lasted 2 months.Result: The cure rate in treatment group was 37 cases,markedly effective was 41 cases,improved 25 cases,in effective 7 cases,The total effective rate in was 93.6% and 56.4%,in treatment and control group,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine treatment with activating blood circulation and norishing Yin in treatment of female chloasma is an effective prescription.
This paper was to arrange and classific analyze literature of macroporous resin technology in application for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Including separation and purification of active ingredients from single or compound prescription of TCM,removal of harmful impurities from TCM,conformity organic residues in resin,regeneration of macroporous resin and so on.And to investigate expansion of application field of macroporous resin technology.Separation technology of macroporous resin was mainly used in enrichment of saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids and so on,but in recent years,it was used in removal of heavy metal impurities and pesticide residues.According to structure type of TCM compound,to develop high selectivity of resin,separation efficiency of active ingredients from TCM was improved,in the future,fast,time-saving,low cost will be new trend.31 articles were selected which published in 2009-2011 years,these articles took up more than 62% of total references,hope for providing reference for research and production of macroporous resin technology.
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Method:With the content of salvianolic acid B,total salvianolic acid,tanshinoneⅡA,total tanshinone as indexes,the content of index ingredients were determined by HPLC,UV spectrophotometry and colorimetry,ethanol refluxing extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with taking the concentration of ethanol,extraction time,the amount of ethanol,size of material and extraction times as factors.Result:Optimum extraction technology was:S.miltiorrhiza was cut into sections,extracted 3 times with 10 folds the amount of 60% ethanol,2 hours each time.Conclusion:Extraction rate of water-soluble and fat-soluble constituents from S.miltiorrhiza was high by optimized technology,and it was stable and energy-saving.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanisms of intestine absorption of astragaloside IV in rat. METHOD The K(a) and P(app) of astragaloside IV was investigated using single-pass intestinal perfusion technique in rats. HPLC was used to determine the concentration of astragaloside IV. The effect of absorption site, drug concentration and the inhibitors of P-glycoproteon on the absorption had been studied. RESULT By the testing of the statistics, the K(a) and the P(app) values of the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colonic had significant differences (P < 0.05). The concentration from 20-80 mg x L(-1) had no distinctive effect on the K(a) and P(app) of small intestine. The inhibitors of P-glycoproteon had no distinctive effect on the absorption of small intestine. CONCLUSION Astragaloside IV is absorbed by typical passive diffusion mechanism.
