目的:观察电针超短波配合鹿瓜多肽治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为综合治疗组及西药组,每组30人。治疗组采用电针超短波配合鹿瓜多肽静脉注射,电针穴取内膝眼、外膝眼、梁丘、阳陵泉、膝阳关、阿是穴;对照组采用口服布洛芬缓释胶囊配合超短波治疗。连用2周。结果:治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率80%。治疗组晨僵症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05),其他各项症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电针超短波配合鹿瓜多肽治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,明显优于对照组。
Objective To explore the best approach of treating acute specific facial-neurit is. Methods To control observation period of treatment and effect between two groups.Results After two periods of treatment,the physic rate of cure group is 60%and the control group is 40%,after three periods,the cure group is 83.3%and the control group is 62%.There exists marked difference of the two groups (P0.05).Conclusion To use massage,cupping ,ultrashort and acupuncture compositive cure is obviously better than the single sure.
笔者 1993～ 1998年采用推拿、牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症 120例, 1999～ 2001年除牵引、推拿外加局部穴位点按治疗腰椎间盘突出症 58例,后者较前者效果更为满意,现报道如下:
