This paper focuses on the practical necessity of discipline-integrated PBL curriculum in cultivating clinical thinking ability of college students majoring in clinical medicine. Through the teaching process of group discussion of some real and complete cases, this paper explains in detail how to cultivate medical students' clinical thinking ability by discipline-integrated PBL curriculum, discusses the implementation of ideological and political education associated with clinical medicine by heuristic teaching from close touching with clinical case and implicitly infiltration of the socialist core values such as dedication and integrity, and elaborates the humanistic quality and psychological comfort levels of medical students by being close to clinical patients. After five years of teaching practice, the teaching effect of discipline-integrated PBL curriculum has been approved by the national clinical medicine professional certification experts and praised by students. We believes that the development of discipline integrated PBL curriculum in medical college can strengthen students' problem-based autonomous learning ability, significantly improve the two-way integration ability between basic medical courses and basic medicine, and significantly build students' clinical thinking and clinical decision-making ability.
《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》中有很多涉及损伤面积的条款,如皮肤缺损、色素异常以及烧烫伤、擦挫伤等面积,而很多分布在体表上的损伤形态极不规则,如何精确测量其面积是评定损伤程度的关键。笔者认为,利用计算机图形处理软件测量不规则损伤面积结果较为准确,目前广泛应用的软件有Photoshop、AutoCAD等,还有一款是公安业务软件图像浏览编辑器,本研究用这三种软件对同一损伤处面积进行测量并比较。
In the traditional K-means algorithm,the initial cluster center is selected sensitively and the number of clusters must be given in advice,which leads to low efficiency in intrusion detection.In order to improve detection accuracy,an improved K-means algorithm is proposed.The method of separation pretreatment record attributes is used.In randomly selected sub-data set,the initial cluster center is generated based on the density and distance.Use the largest similarity distance in classes and between classes to dynamically generate new classes without having to predetermine value of K.Simulation experiment is done in KDDCUP99.Compared with the traditional K-means clustering algorithm,the improved algorithm improves the detection rate,reduces the false detection rate and shortens the detection time.
Pharmacology is the required course for medical students in college and university.Design of explaining lesson is one of important parts of scheduled teaching.To improve quality of pharmacology teaching and making teaching benefits between teachers as well as students,we analyzed the knowledge structure and characteristics of teaching content,carried out teaching process using reasonable teaching method and also instructed the students in learning methods through specific instance of design of explaining lesson on pharmacology.The objective is to put forward the foundation for exploring new model of pharmacology teaching.

The main problem of remote sensing image classification is the contradiction of classification precision and algorithm complexity,and algorithm lacking of robust.Therefore,a multi-model robust approach of remote sensing image classification based on non-parameter kernel density estimation of resampling strategy in feature space and edge detection is proposed in this paper.The edge gradient and direction information are obtained by edge detection of remote sensing.Then the new samples sets are weighted mean shift filtering to find kernel density function local maximum of image each region using resampling strategy in the joint spatial-range domain and data points are shifted the local maximum by iterative shifting.Last,the classification image is obtained by combining each region.Experimental results illustrate that it is able to classify remote sensing image effectively and robustly.
