Due to the limited number of antennas in the radio interference array, the complete sky image information can not be obtained in the Fourier space, which makes the reconstructed image obtained by inverse Fourier transform of the measured data appear artifacts, resulting in the ambiguity of the details of the radio source.In order to further improve the quality of image reconstruction, adopt a radio image restoration scheme based on residual condition generation adversarial network and applies it to SKA simulation data. The model can recover the original image from the degraded image under undersampling after optimization training. Experimental results show that compared with the commonly used radio image clean algorithm, the proposed deep learning algorithm has a significant improvement in the image index PSNR and SSIM, and can better restore the brightness distribution map of celestial bodies.
干涉阵列存在的点扩展函数旁瓣使得观测到的射电源出现不同程度的失真,对重建宇宙真实结构图景和理解宇宙起源造成影响.为解决观测中出现的伪影,本文在现有的CLEAN算法的基础上,提出了基于L-BFGS-B局部极小化的自适应尺度CLEAN算法.首先,基于L-BFGS-B局部极小化算法通过最小化目标函数,寻找最优分量,构建自适应尺度模型;其次,通过CASA实现对测试图像的重建,对比目前广泛使用的H?gbom CLEAN算法的重建图像,评估本文算法性能;最后,对反卷积算法在射电天文图像处理领域的发展做出展望.测试结果表明:相比于传统的算法,本文提出的算法能够构建更加精准的天空亮度分布,为天文图像重建提供一种新的方案.
Base on the image sparse decomposition,according to the different characters of image and noise in sparse decomposition,proposed a model based on asymmetric atomic atoms library,by algorithm the acquisition of effective de-noising analysis of gray images.Denoising to improve image PSNR values,and has a better visual effect.Will be collected by digital image denoising cloth blank background and the defects after separation in order to more effectively define the defects in order to facilitate the follow-up of the relevant characteristics of extraction.Experimental results show that :in comparison with the wavelet based denoising methods,our learning based algorithm has better denoising ability,keep more detail image information and improve the peak signal to noise ratio.
In this paper a medical image registration algorithm based on maximization of normalized mutual information was proposed.The algorithm uses the improved partial volume distribution interpolation,effectively overcome the local extremum problem which in common image registration.The algorithm uses the maximization mutual information as the objective function and uses the POWELL algorithm search one maximization mutual information to get the best registration parameters.Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm is simple,fast,and can achieve better accuracy and robustness.
