通过生态环境需水量相关概念的探讨,认为城市生态系统中的生态环境需水量应包括城市生活需水量、城市工业需水量、城市环境需水量3部分。根据城市发展情况,以2000年为基准年计算得到合肥市2010年城市生态环境需水量为5.56亿m3,而2000年该市生态环境需水量为2.98亿m3。2000~2010年合肥市非农人口比重由32.64%增长到48.93%,结果显示,城市化的发展与城市生态环境需水量的增加成正比。结合合肥市发展规划,探讨了未来城市需水的来源,认为今后城市用水来源为董铺水库、大房郢水库及巢湖水资源。巢湖水环境的治理应给予重视。
本文通过对世界文化遗产所在地-安徽黟县宏村镇的研究,分析了该镇的城镇化发展现状,深入探讨了以旅游业为主导产业的古村落城镇化中出现的主要问题,阐述了问题产生的原因,并在研究如何协调好古村落文化遗产资源开发和保护、生态环境建设和经济效益关系的基础上,提出了实现古村落城镇化可持续发展的对策与建议,对于全国同类古村落的城镇化具有一定参考价值。
With the managing policies of water supply in Yantai,this paper introduces the planning scheme for Yantai Water Supply Management Information System based on ArcGIS.It gives out the exploitation platform,system design,technological process and functions of the system.What's more,it attempts an idea which can expand the functions of system with the interaction cooperation between users and technicians.
The paper is about the quantitative research on the sustainable development condition of Huangshan City in Anhui Province by using ecological footprint model.Through analyzing ecology footprint,ecology supporting capacity,ecological deficit and other targets,it evaluated the sustainable development level of Huangshan City in 2004.The results showed that the ecological demand was larger than ecological supply,and the city was in the weakly unsustainable state with the human average ecological deficit of 1.042546 hm2 deducting 12% biology diversity protecting.At last,the ecology footprint and ecological deficit of some correlative cities in Anhui Province was compared and analyzed.
