创业教育是高职院校培养学生创业意识、创业思维的主要阵地,是提升高职学生创业技能、创业精神的有效手段.高职创业教育基本价值取向是高职教育可持续发展的重要内容,是专业教育与素质教育的延伸与拓展,是提升高职毕业生就业核心竞争力的重要举措.高职院校可以通过构建创业素质为特征的教学体系、加强系统化创业课程建设、形成与职教培养目标相互渗透的实践教学平台、突破学校管理中制度性障碍、打造具有实战经验的师资团队等五个维度来设计创业教育的实现路径.
文章从供应链管理的角度,对高职院校的教育供应链模型进行了理性审视,并对这种教育供应链的类型、决策模式以及存在的问题进行了研究.研究发现,教育供应链的决策模式可分为集中式和分散式决策两种类型,分散式决策下由于高校和学生各自追求自身利益最大化,会导致教育供应链的绩效低于集中式决策下供应链的绩效.文章最后从协调机制、信息共享、联合培养、订单式培养、风险共担五个方面,提出了提高高职院校教育供应链绩效的措施.
基于GIS和RS技术,利用修正的通用土壤流失方程(RUSLE)模型,结合遥感影像、DEM数据、土壤类型数据及相关统计确定了模型中参数因子,计算出巢湖流域1992-2013年土壤侵蚀模数,分析了土壤侵蚀强度的时空动态变化特征.结果表明:巢湖流域土壤侵蚀区域主要呈东北至西南方向分布.微度、轻度、中度、强度、极强和剧烈侵蚀占土壤侵蚀总面积百分比分别是93.46%、6.25%、0.68%、0.19%、0.01%、0.01%.1992-2006年土壤侵蚀模数由510.70t/(km2·a)减少到129.79 t/(km2·a),降幅为74.59%,同时植被覆盖率由37.0%增至47.80%,土壤侵蚀的面积比例变化明显,轻度、中度、强度、极强和剧烈侵蚀由8.93%、2.33%、1.32%、0.09%、0.05%分别减少为4.74%、1.39%、0.28%、0.02%、0.01%,微度侵蚀由87.88%增加到94.16%.但2013年土壤微度侵蚀又减少为93.46%,土壤微度侵蚀有向高一级转换趋势.2006-2013年土壤侵蚀模数也由129.79t/(km2·a)增加到149.44 t/(km2·a),增幅为15.14%.
In order to reveal the characteristics of precipitation variation in Chuzhou during 1952 to 2012 ,the variation characteristics of annual , seasonal , monthly precipitation in Chuzhou city were analyzed based on the data of its precipitation .The results showed that annual precipitation change is obvious and precipitation rate is 10 .232 mm/10a in Chuzhou .T he precipitation decrease trend in spring is evident , while the precipitation increase trend in summer and winter is more obvious . For the precipitation distribution of four seasons ,the precipitation in spring and summer is more than that in autumn and winter .Monthly rainfall distribution is very uneven and the amount of precipitation in July is the most and that in December is the least . T he number of days of annual precipitation overall showed a trend of gradual decrease and climate tendency rate is -6 .628d/10a .The overall average rainfall intensity in four seasons is increased ,and rainy days have a decreasing trend overall .In four seasons ,spring and autumn is given priority to with moderate rain ,summer with rainstorm ,winter with light rain and moderate rain .In twelve months ,January and December is given priority to with light rain ,February ,March ,April ,October and November with moderate rain ,May with heavy rain , and June ,July ,August and September with intense fall .
利用多时相遥感影像,借助ArcGIS平台,采用空间形态分析、等扇分析、等距分析及分形分析等方法,以城市扩展强度、紧凑度、分形维数、重心坐标、扩展弹性系数等为指标,基于地学信息图谱分析了1987~2011年合肥市城市扩展时空特征及其驱动力.结果表明:合肥市在经历了轴向放射状扩展、双核组团扩展及轴间填充后,城市形态由不规则团块状向星楔形、连体双星形转变;24 a间,城市用地面积增长了224.15 km2,城市规模扩大了4.55倍;2000年以前基本保持中、低速扩展,进入21世纪后,开始高速扩展;城市空间主要沿交通线向西南、东南、东、东北等方向非均衡延展,城市扩展最强烈的区域约在距城区中心8 km处,城市重心不断向南偏西方向转移;扩展过程中,城市紧凑度呈“W”型波动,分形维数呈“M”型波动,扩展弹性系数呈“∧”型波动,城市形态最终向着稳定、合理化方向发展;自然环境、经济发展、人口增长、交通建设、政府行为等是合肥市城市扩展的主要驱动力量.
The net primary production(NPP) of Wan Jiang City Belt vegetation during 2001-2010 was estimated,and its spatial-temporal patterns were explored,based on the CASA(Carnegie-Ames-Stanford Approach) model and using remote sensing imagery and GIS technology and land spatial data of vegetation,climate,soil and solar radiation.As results,terrestrial NPP in Wan Jiang City Belt indicated a significant reduction over the past 10 years,with a mean reducing rate of 5.3gC /m2·a of NPPMAX and a mean reducing rate of 0.513% of NPPMEAN and an average NPPMAX value of 805.09 gC /m2·a and an average NPPMEAN value of 463.26gC/m2·a.the average annual total NPP was about 36.77 TgC /a,NPP exhibited an reducing trend during the study period by 0.51% /a and the average annual total NPPMAX value of 43.483 TgC in 2008 and the average annual total NPPMIN value of 30.052 TgC.Vegetation NPP heterogeneous spatial pattern and spatial changes were less obvious,the overall distribution trend was based on the Yangtze river,the vegetation NPP was bigger in south of the Yangtze river,but showed a trend of decrease gradually;the vegetation NPP was lesser in north of the Yangtze river,but showed a trend of increase gradually.
Supported by GIS technology ,it maked quantitative evaluation of climate suitability for human settlement of Anhui province based on temperature humidity index (THI) and wind chill index (K) at a lkm×lkm grid size ,and the main conclusions are as follows:based on analysis of K ,the area of suitable climate includes most area of Anhui province ,THI is between 25.94 and 81.56.The regulars of space distribution of the climate cuitability are controlled by the changes of latitude ,terrain,hydrology,etc.Are-as along the Yangtze River are the best comfortable climate regions;while areas to the north of Huaihe River,Dabie Mountains and Huangshan Mountainous are the most uncomfortable areas in terms climate . The predominant length of climate suitability in Anhui province is five months per year ,while October is the most suitable month .The spatial distribution pattern of natural suitability of climate suitability is con-trast with the populations'.

Land use/cover change is an important factor which affects the carbon cycle of terrestrial vegetation.Based on GIS and RS technology,remote sensing data and meteorological data,and CASA model and vegetation such as low loss model,this paper estimates the density of vegetation carbon sequestration of Wanjiang City Belt,and an-alyzes LUCC caused by the change of the vegetation carbon in Wanjiang City Belt from 2001 to 2010. The results show that land use change of Wanjiang City Belt is so obvious that the vegetation ecosystem carbon reserves reduces 3.55í105 t Over the past ten years. Particularly speaking,carbon of woodland forest increases 1.42í105 t,carbon of cultivated land reduces 4.87í105 t,and the grass carbon reduces 104 t. As far asthe carbon sequestration potential,the forest is largest for 437 g/m2,followed by 326 g/m2 for agricultural land;the smallest is 218 g/m2 for grass-land. LUCC results in a decrease of farmland and grassland is the main reason for reducing the number of vegetation car-bon in Wanjiang City Belt.
Carbon dioxide capture and storage(CCS) has been recognized as an effective way to mitigate emission of CO2 to the atmosphere and may become a critical technology for global CO2 mitigation,however,the risk of CO2 leaking from its geologic storage will pose a potential threat to the terrestrial ecosystem,especially the near-surface terrestrial ecosystem.From the aspects of the three major components(ground water,soil and vegetation) of the near-surface terrestrial ecosystem,a review is presented of the potential impact of the leakage on the ecosystem and its process,and progresses and shortcomings of the researches,abroad and at home,in this field are summarized.On such a basis,it is indicated that the study on impacts of CO2 leakage from its geologic storage should be focused on evaluation of its impacts on farmland ecosystems,determination of threshold of tolerance of the ecosystems to the leakage,construction of an early warning system for CO2 leakage,and proposition of a system of countermeasures for the terrestrial ecosystem to avoid or mitigate disasters CO2 leakage may cause.
The carbon emissions from agricultural ecosystem of the Wan Jiang City Belt from 1991 to 2010 was calculated based on seven main kinds of agricultural carbon sources including fertilizers,pesticides,agricultural films,agricultural irrigation,farmland tillage,agricultural machinery and the decomposition of roots after the harvest of the crops.The result showed that the carbon emissions from the farmland of the research area from 1991 to 2010 increased from 2.73 to 5.35 million ton with an average annual growth rate of 10.35%,meanwhile the carbon emissions accounted for 4.43% of the total amount of Anhui province in 2010.The carbon emissions from the farmland per capital and the density of carbon emissions had an average growth rate of 2.6% and 5.84% respectively during 1991-2010,while the carbon emission intensity decreased 376.9 t/(108 Yuan·a).The decomposition of the residual roots of the crops after harvest which accounted for 59.87% was the main composition of the carbon emissions from farmland in the research area,simultaneously carbon emissions from fertilizers increased the most with an average growth rate of 16.18%.Among all the cities of the research area,the maximum of carbon emissions from farmland was in Lu'an and the average growth was 2.98×104 t/a,followed by Anqing,and the minimum was in Tongling with the least growth of 900 t/a.The maximum of carbon emission intensity was in Lu'an,secondly in Chuzhou with the largest decrease of 647.74 t/(108 Yuan·a),while the minimum was in Tongling with the least decrease of 197.60 t/(108 Yuan·a).The maximum of carbon emissions from farmland per capital was in Chuzhou,but the minimum was in Tongling.The maximum of the increased amount per capital was in Lu'an which was 4.60 kg/a,while the minimum was in Hefei which was 0.39 kg/a.The maximum of the average growth rate of carbon emission density was 8.36% in Wuhu,while the minimum was 3.45% in Ma'anshan.Finally,some suggestions were put forward to reduce the carbon emissions from farmland according to the characters of the formation and dynamics of agricultural carbon sources in the research area.
