目的:探究自然流产巨细胞病毒感染(CMV)与血清干扰素(IFN)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的关系.方法:回顾性选择2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的自然流产患者167例为观察组,同期计划外妊娠行人工流产且既往无自然流产史的正常孕妇80例为对照组.收集临床资料并分析.结果:观察组CMV-DNA阳性率(25.8%),高于对照组(12.5%),血清IFN、TNF-α、IL-6水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05).观察组中流产1次、2次、≥3次患者血清IFN、TNF-α、IL-6水平逐渐增加(P<0.05).Spearman分析结果显示,血清IFN、TNF-α及IL-6与流产次数及CMV-DNA阳性呈正相关(P<0.05).CMV-IgM阳性组血清IFN、TNF-α及IL-6水平均高于CMV-IgM阴性组(P<0.05).二元logistic回归分析显示,IFN、TNF-α、IL-6均是自然流产患者CMV-IgM阳性影响因素(P<0.05).结论:自然流产患者血清IFN、TNF-α及IL-6水平异常升高,且随流产次数的增加而升高;CMV-IgM阳性患者血清IFN、TNF-α及IL-6水平高于CMV-IgM阴性者,且IFN、TNF-α及IL-6是CMV-IgM阳性影响因素.
Hyperglycaemia stimulates the synthesis and release of bone morphogenetic protein-4 (BMP-4) in vascular endothelial cells, which further induces peroxide production and inflammatory responses, leading to vascular endothelial dysfunction. However, the role of BMP-4 in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM)-related vascular endothelial dysfunction remains unclear. In the present study, the hypothesis that the overexpression of BMP-4 would induce GDM-related hypertension by impairing vascular endothelial function was evaluated. An animal model of GDM was established in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Based on blood pressure, rats were divided into control, GDM and GDM + hypertension (HT) groups. The expression levels of BMP-4, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase 1 (NOX-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) in the endothelium of the abdominal aorta of rats in each group were determined via immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Pregnant SD rats were divided into four groups, separately infused with BMP-4, BMP-4 + noggin, noggin or vehicle by osmotic pumps, and blood pressure and vasorelaxation were examined. Immunohistochemistry indicated that the expression levels of the four proteins were lower in the control group than in the GDM and GDM + HT groups. The positive expression rate of VCAM-1 was significantly lower in the control group than in the GDM and GDM+HT groups, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=17.325, P<0.05; χ2=10.080, P<0.05). Western blotting revealed that the expression level of the COX-2 protein exhibited a sequential increase in the three groups. The expression level of COX-2 in the control and GDM groups was significantly lower than that in the GDM+HT group (3.358±1.286; P<0.05 and P<0.05, respectively). The expression level of VCAM-1 protein in the three groups also exhibited a significant sequential increase (F=31.732; P≤0.001). The expression level of VCAM-1 in the control and GDM groups was significantly lower than that in the GDM+HT group (2.698±0.223; P≤0.001 and P≤0.001, respectively). Infusion of BMP-4 increased systolic blood pressure (from 82 to 112 mmHg) and impaired vasorelaxation in pregnant SD rats after 2 weeks. Co-treatment with noggin completely blocked BMP-4-induced effects. Thus, the BMP-4/NOX-1/COX-2 signalling pathway may be involved in GDM-related hypertension, but VCAM-1 may be substantially associated with GDM-related hypertension. Furthermore, overexpression of BMP-4 could lead to hypertension by impairing endothelial function in pregnancy.
目的 探讨脉冲加压联合低分子肝素对预防产后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果.方法 选取2019年1月至2020年10月在青岛市第八人民医院分娩的孕产妇140例临床资料,根据预防措施不同分为观察组(n=69)和对照组(n=71).观察并比较两组孕产妇分娩后下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率和下肢周径;分娩前后凝血功能指标和血流动力学指标.结果 两组孕产妇下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率、下肢周径和血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分娩后,观察组孕产妇凝血酶原时间、部分活化凝血酶原时间、D-二聚体和Xa因子高于对照组孕产妇(P<0.05);血液黏度低切值和高切值低于对照组孕产妇(P<0.05).结论 脉冲加压联合低分子肝素对预防产后下肢深静脉血栓形成具有良好的临床效果,值得推广使用.
Background: The association between misfolded proteins presented in the urine of pregnant women and pregnancy outcomes associated with early-onset pre-eclampsia (PE) remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate this association to examine the predictive value of urinary congophilia in the prognostication of pregnancy outcomes in this patient group in the Chinese population.Materials and Methods: This study included 1,397 patients, of which 46, 147, and 8 patients had gestational hypertension, PE, and chronic hypertension, respectively, and 1,196 were healthy controls undergoing the CapCord test for urinary congophilia. Patients with PE were divided into early- and late-onset groups. Patients with early-onset PE were further divided into iatrogenic prematurity and full-term delivery groups, the rates of urinary congophilia were compared between the groups; additionally, this patient group was divided into positive and negative urinary congophilia groups, clinical characteristics and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the groups. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed.Results: A total of 113 (76.9%) of 147 patients in the PE group had urinary congophilia; this rate was higher than that observed in the other three groups (χ2 = 780.892, p < 0.001). Gestational age in the early-onset PE group at both onset and delivery was lower than that in the late-onset PE group (p < 0.001). The rates of iatrogenic prematurity and hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet count syndrome were both higher in the early-onset PE group than in the late-onset PE group (p < 0.001, p < 0.05). In addition, the rate of urinary congophilia in the early-onset PE group was higher than that in the late-onset PE group (χ2 = 13.297, p < 0.001). Urinary congophilia was an independent risk factor for iatrogenic prematurity among patients with early-onset PE in both univariate [odds ratio (OR) 17.143, 95% confidence interval (CI): 4.719–62.271; p < 0.001] and multivariate (OR 18.174; 95% CI: 4.460–74.063; p < 0.001) analyses. Patients with early-onset PE and urinary congophilia were more likely than their counterparts without urinary congophilia to deliver at a lower gestational age, present with iatrogenic prematurity, and have a shorter latency period between onset and delivery.Conclusion: Urinary congophilia confirmed with the CapCord test may help predict pregnancy outcomes in patients with early-onset PE.
OBJECTIVES:To observe the role of miR-518d in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and its adjusting effects on PPARα and to explore the regulatory mechanisms of the NF-κB pathway in the development and progression of GDM.METHODS:Placenta tissues and peripheral plasma were obtained from pregnant women with normal pregnancy and GDM, respectively, followed by the detections of miR-518d contents by RT-PCR and the expression levels of inflammatory factors using ELISA. Human placenta trophoblast cells (HTR8/SVneo) were cultured under the conditions of physiological glucose (PG group) and high glucose level (HG group). Cells in the HG group were transfected with miR-518d control, mimics, and inhibitors and were separately administered with a PPARα-specific antagonist (GW6471) and PPARα siRNA, and cells were divided into the following groups: HG+miR-518d control group (HGNC group), HG+miR-518d mimic group (HGM group), HG+miR-518d inhibitor group (HGI group), HGI+PPARα antagonist group, and HGI+PPARα siRNA group. The relative expression levels of miR-518d, PPARα, and its downstream genes and NF-κB signalling pathway-related genes were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting. The contents of inflammatory factors were examined by Western blotting. A dual-luciferase report assay was performed to validate the correlations between miR-518d and PPARα. In this study, mouse GDM models were established to further prove the previous hypothesis with an in vivo experiment. A total of 40 C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into the following groups: normal diet group (ControlMs), GDM group (GDMMs group), GDM+miR-518d antagomir group, and GDM+miR-518d antagomir+PPARα antagonist group. The mouse model of GDM was established by feeding with combined high-sugar and high-saturated fat diet and injecting streptozotocin (STZ) after 15-day feeding. Female and male mice were cocaged in the number ratio of 2 : 1, and the evidence of vaginal suppository detected in female mice was marked as D0 of pregnancy. The contents of total cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TG), fast glucose, and insulin (INS) were examined using ELISA, followed by the evaluation of insulin resistance (IR). The related expression levels were also detected with the above methods shown in the previous cell culture.RESULTS:miR-518d has a high expression level in placentas with GDM. As the target gene of miR-518d, PPARα was downregulated with the increased levels of miR-518d. When GDM occurs, inflammatory responses were elevated, stimulating the nuclear transport process of NF-κB. Activated NF-κB triggered the phosphorylation of IKKβ and IκBα.CONCLUSIONS:High expression of miR-518d was observed in the development of GDM. In this study, we validated that miR-518d negatively regulates the expression of PPARα and triggers the nuclear transport process of NF-κB and phosphorylation of pathway-associated proteins leading to an inflammatory response and the development of GDM.
The aim was to describe and assess a new late pregnancy point-of-care urinary preeclampsia screening test. Urine samples were collected from a consecutive series of 1,532 pregnant women hospitalized at 20-41 weeks gestation in a Chinese single obstetric unit. A simple disposable Congo red based device was newly developed and employed to prospectively test misfolded proteins in pregnant women's urine. A total of 140 preeclampsia cases were clinically diagnosed, 101 severe and 87 pre-term. Detection and false positive rates were similar in the training and validation subsets with combined 74% and 3.0%. The detection rate was 83% in severe, 86% in pre-term, 49% and 50% in mild and term cases (P<0.0001) respectively. In conclusion, a simple point-of-care urinary test for misfolded proteins can be used to screen for preeclampsia in late pregnancy with very high screening performance. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to screen for preeclampsia using Congo red based device in Chinese pregnant population.
Objective:To construct nursing-sensitive indicators system of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation for patients in thoracicsurgery, so as to provide scientific monitoring standards for nursing quality of pulmonary rehabilitation.Methods:Based on the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) , evidence synthesis was conducted based on Johns Hopkins evidence-based nursing method for laying the foundation for nursing-sensitive quality indicators system of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation.Based on the analysis results of the quality of nursing in the past two years, and though group discussion, appropriate indicators feasible to application were determined, and nursing-sensitive quality indicators, calculation formulas were preliminarily decided. Through two rounds of experts consultation, the nursing-sensitive quality indicators system of pulmonary rehabilitation was improved and established.Results:After two rounds of expert consultations, the constructed nursing-sensitive quality indicators system of pulmonary rehabilitation included 3 first-class indicators, 6 second-class indicators, and 31 third-class indicators. Positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were both 100%, authority coefficients were 0.827 and 0.861, respectively, and the coordination coefficients were 0.309 and 0.372.Conclusion:The nursing-sensitive quality indicators system was scientific and practical and it was beneficial to regulate the behavior of nurses and improve the nursing quality of pulmonary rehabilitation.
Bisphenol A (BPA) is widely used in industrial production.It is closely related to the growth and development of the nervous system, and can enter the fetal circulation through the placental barrier, and can be secreted through breast milk.The development of nervous system is very important in fetus and neonatal period.The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of different doses of BPA on learning and memory function of nervous system in rats.Pregnant rats were randomly divided into three treatment groups (control group, 5 mg/kg/d, 50 mg/kg/d).All animals received BPA from the discovery of pregnancy to 21 days after birth.Results had shown that after high concentration BPA exposure, the increase of PS amplitude and f-EPSP slope in hippocampal CA1 area of male offspring was lower than that of control group.High concentration of BPA could inhibit Nestin, Cyclin D1, bcl-2 and Rac1 in male offspring rats and the expression of bax and RhoA was promoted by BPA.In summary, our study indicated that BPA exposure during pregnancy and lactation could impair the hippocampal function of male offspring by affecting the growth and apoptosis of hippocampal neurons, which might be due to the abnormal regulation of RhoA and Rac1.
目的 观察急进不同海拔地区的健康人群急性高原病(AMS)发生情况及血清内皮素1(ET-1)、非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化,探讨在不同海拔地区急性暴露对健康人血管内皮功能的影响.方法 在平原地区招募健康志愿者45人,从平原(海拔400 m)出发,途经西宁市(海拔2260 m)、刚察县(海拔3260 m)及玛多县(海拔4270 m).400 m到2260 m通过乘坐火车到达,时间28 h,停留72 h后进行路易斯湖评分体系(LLSS)判定受试者AMS发生情况;2260 m以后乘坐大巴车迁移,途中时间分别为10、18 h,在3260 m、4270 m海拔各停留72 h进行LLSS评分.分别于从平原进入高海拔地区前24 h和进入不同海拔地区后72 h采集静脉血标本,采用ELISA法检测血清ET-1、ADMA、VEGF.结果 所有受试者在不同海拔地区均未发生AMS.随着海拔升高,受试者血清ET-1、VEGF、ADMA水平逐渐下降,其中进入海拔3260、4270 m地区时受试者血清ET-1、VEGF、ADMA水平低于进入海拔400 m、2260 m地区时,在海拔4270 m地区时血清ET-1、VEGF、ADMA水平低于进入海拔3260 m地区时(P均<0.05).吸烟者与不吸烟者进入不同海拔地区时血清ET-1、VEGF、AD-MA水平差异均无统计学意义.吸烟者或不吸烟者进入海拔4270 m地区时血清ET-1、VEGF、ADMA水平低于同组进入海拔3260 m地区时(P均<0.05).是否吸烟与不同海拔因素之间无交互作用,不同海拔对ET-1、VEGF、ADMA水平的影响与吸烟因素无关.结论 健康人由平原地区通过梯度海拔进入高海拔地区可能有助于降低AMS的发生率,在此过程中血清ET-1、VEGF、ADMA水平呈降低趋势.进入高海拔地区导致的血清ET-1、VEGF、ADMA水平变化与吸烟因素无关.
Background: Aggregates of misfolded proteins, which previously were shown to be related to preeclampsia, may be used as diagnostic marker by testing patients' urine. We developed an easy-to-perform POCT (point of care test) method for detecting urinary misfolded proteins we termed "Misfolded Protein Test", and validated its diagnostic utility in a large clinically relevant cohort.
目的 探讨采用硫酸镁+硝苯地平对妊娠期高血压疾病患者施以治疗后获得的临床效果.方法 80例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,通过数字奇偶法分为对照组与观察组,各40例.对照组与观察组患者分别施以硫酸镁治疗以及硫酸镁+硝苯地平治疗,回顾性分析两组患者临床疗效以及并发症情况.结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率97.50%显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率2.50%显著低于对照组的17.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床采用硫酸镁+硝苯地平的方法施以妊娠期高血压疾病治疗,不仅可以提高治疗效果,还可以降低胎儿窘迫以及产后出血等并发症的发生率,有效优化妊娠期高血压疾病患者的生活质量.
目的 分析妊娠合并隐性梅毒治疗与围生儿的预后关系.方法 104例妊娠合并隐性梅毒患者,依据妊娠期有无接受全疗程抗梅毒治疗分为A组(38例,妊娠<20周,早期治疗组)、B组(35例,妊娠20~37周,晚期治疗组)、C组(31例,妊娠>39周治疗组).对三组围生儿不良预后进行观察比较.结果 A组正常新生儿率92.1%(35/38),围生儿不良预后率7.9%(3/38);B组正常新生儿率85.7%(30/35),围生儿不良预后率14.3%(5/35);C组正常新生儿率64.5%(20/31),围生儿不良预后率35.5%(11/31).C组正常新生儿率显著低于A组、B组,其围生儿不良预后率显著高于A组、B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 妊娠合并隐性梅毒治疗对改善围生儿不良结局和预后具有重要意义,值得在临床中大力推广应用.
目的 观察改良新式剖宫产术后再次开腹手术的临床疗效.方法 86例剖宫产术后需再次开腹手术的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各43例.对照组予以再次新式剖宫产术进行治疗,研究组再次予以改良新式剖宫产术进行治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、术后并发症情况.结果 研究组开腹时间为(8.6±2.3)min,开腹出血量为(35.9±4.9)ml;对照组开腹时间为(15.9±3.4)min,开腹出血量为(58.4±6.4)ml;研究组开腹时间、开腹出血量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 改良新式剖宫产术后再次开腹手术可显著缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床借鉴和采纳.
目的 研究分析难治性妇产科大出血的临床治疗效果.方法 将86例难治性妇产科大出血患者作为研究对象(2015年4月24日—2017年4月24日收治),随机分成两组,每组43例.对照组予以髂内(子宫)动脉结扎术治疗,实验组患者予以经导管动脉栓塞术治疗,比较两组难治性妇产科大出血患者的24 h出血量、子宫保留情况、手术时间、术后阴道流血时间.结果 实验组难治性妇产科大出血患者的24 h出血量(587.38±86.31)ml、子宫保留率97.67%(42/43)、手术时间(42.80±7.08)min、术后阴道流血天数(10.11±1.83)d较对照组均更具优势(P<0.05).结论 对难治性妇产科大出血患者应用经导管动脉栓塞术治疗,能够有效改善患者出血症状.
目的 分析卡前列素氨丁三醇在预防和治疗剖宫产产后出血中的疗效.方法 112例剖宫产产妇,按照硬币法分为对照组和治疗组,每组56例.对照组给予催产素,治疗组在给予催产素的基础上另外给予卡前列素氨丁三醇,观察并比较两组产后出血情况和不良反应情况.结果 对照组产后出血率为16.07%(9/56),产后2 h出血量为(423.42±257.55)ml,产后24 h出血量为(519.42±294.36)ml;治疗组产后出血率为3.57%(2/56),产后2 h出血量为(310.25±221.18)ml,产后24 h出血量为(403.16±257.55)ml;治疗组的产后出血率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.9397,P=0.0262<0.05);两组产后2 h、24 h出血量均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.4946、2.2244,P=0.0141、0.0282<0.05).两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.3265,P>0.05).结论 卡前列素氨丁三醇对剖宫产产后出血具有良好的预防功效,可显著减少术后出血量,且安全可靠,值得在临床中应用和全面推广.
Objectives: To determine the D-dimer levels in pregnant women at term and the differences between pregnant women with different D-dimer levels.Design and methods: The plasma D-dimer concentrations in pregnant women at term were identified in a cross-sectional study. The clinical indicators that are potentially relevant to D-dimer levels were compared between the pregnant women with different D-dimer levels (i. e., normal, mildly increased, and severely increased).Results: There were always some D-dimer concentration outliers in the pregnant women at term regardless of the presence or absence of complications, and there were no significant differences in maternal age, gestational age, gravidity, parity, blood count, blood coagulation, or liver function between the pregnant women with different D-dimer levels.Conclusions: D-dimer levels may vary significantly during pregnancy for unknown reasons. This variation, particularly in pregnant women at term, might lead to questionable diagnostic information regarding coagulation. (C) 2016 The Canadian Society of Clinical Chemists. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), as a newly identified subset of the transcriptome, has been implicated in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. Metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript-1 (MALAT-1), a lncRNA that was initially detected in the metastatic lung cancer, was reported to be overexpressed in placenta previa increta/percreta (I/P), which is caused by excessive trophoblast invasion. However, the role of MALAT-1 in the regulation of trophoblast behavior is not fully understood. In this study, we first examined the expression of MALAT-1 in the placentas from the patients with preeclampsia, the pathology of which is associated with inadequate trophoblast invasion, and found that the expression of MALAT-1 was downregulated in the preeclamptic placentas as compared to the normal placentas. We further investigated the function of MALAT-1 in JEG-3 trophoblast cell line using short interfering RNA (siRNA) against MALAT-1 transcripts. Silencing of MALAT-1 in JEG-3 cells suppressed proliferation and induced cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase. Reduced expression of MALAT-1 by RNA interference resulted in enhanced apoptosis in JEG-3 cells, accompanied with elevated levels of the pro-apoptotic proteins including cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9 and cleaved poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1). Moreover, the migration rate and the invasiveness of JEG-3 cells were suppressed when MALAT-1 was downregulated. In summary, our results suggest that MALAT-1 may play an important role in the regulation of proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, migration and invasion of trophoblast cells, and under-expression of MALAT-1 during early placentation may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
To measure the levels of Zn, Mn, Cu, Pb, Cd, As and other trace elements in bodies of the mother and the fetus and to perform correlation analysis among trace elements. Total of 180 pregnant women hospitalized between October 2008 and Apr 2009 were continuously recruited in this study. Contents of trace element in maternal and umbilical cord blood including Zn, Mn, Cu, Pb, Cd and As etc. were determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry system. SPSS12.0 software was applied to establish database and conduct statistical analysis. Median concentrations of Zn, Mn, Cu, Pb, As and Cd in maternal blood were respectively 5747.0 mu g/L, 29.145 mu g/L, 1410.5 mu g/L, 32.105 mu g/L, 4.435 mu g/L, and 1.155 mu g/L, and median concentrations of corresponding element in umbilical cord blood were respectively 1793.0 mu g/L, 45.489 mu g/L, 464.4 mu g/L, 21.625 mu g/L, 2.976 mu g/L, and 0.142 mu g/L. Contents of Zn, Cu, Pb, As and Cd in maternal blood were significantly higher than that in umbilical cord blood (P<0.05). Levels of Mn in umbilical cord blood were significantly higher than that in maternal blood (P<0.05). All 6 trace elements in maternal blood had significant positive correlation to corresponding elements in umbilical cord blood (r: 0.169 similar to 0.378 and all P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that various trace elements in maternal blood were the main determinant of corresponding trace elements in umbilical cord blood. Some trace elements in maternal blood also had certain impact on the levels of other trace elements in umbilical cord blood. This study showed that toxic trace elements Pb, As and Cd existed at higher level in patients from China than developed countries, which is a problem not to be ignored. Trace element levels in neonate were closely related to that in the mother, while levels of trace element in maternal blood had some effects on the levels of other trace element in umbilical cord blood. Therefore, monitoring trace element levels during pregnancy and effective treatment in case of abnormal findings were still important components of eugenics.
目的:研究扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖(glycosaminoglycan from Scallop Skirt,SS-GAG)对感染单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(herpes simplex virus type,HSV-Ⅰ)小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:通过在无菌条件下给予小鼠注射扇贝糖胺聚糖SS-GAG,连续11天,并在给药第三天给小鼠腹腔注射HSV-Ⅰ病毒悬液建立小鼠感染模型,用MTT等方法观察SS-GAG对HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性的影响、对脾脏指数、胸腺指数的影响以及对脾淋巴细胞转化能力等免疫指标的影响.结果:与病毒对照组相比,扇贝糖胺聚糖SS-GAG低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组均能显著增强HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性和HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数(P<0.01),并且能促进其脾淋巴细胞转化增殖能力(P<0.01).结论:扇贝糖胺聚糖在体内有一定的抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒作用.其抗病毒作用可能与增强机体免疫功能有关.
Hg is an accumulative and neuro-toxic heavy metal which has a wide range of adverse effects in human health. However, few studies are available on body burden of Hg level in different bio-samples of pregnant women in Chinese population. Therefore, this study evaluated Hg levels in different maternal bio-samples in Shenyang city, China and investigated the correlation of Hg levels in different bio-samples. From October to December 2008, 200 pregnant women about to deliver their babies at ShengJing Hospital (Shenyang city, northeast of China) participated in this study. The geometric mean (GM) of Hg levels in cord blood, maternal venous blood, breast milk, and maternal urine were 2.18 µg/L, 1.17 µg/L, 1.14 µg/L, and 0.73 µg/L, respectively, and the GM of maternal hair Hg level was 404.45 µg/kg. There was a strong correlation between cord blood and maternal blood total Hg level (r = 0.713, P<0.001). Frequency of fish consumption more than or equal to 3 times per week during pregnancy was suggested as a significant risk factor of prenatal Hg exposure (unadjusted OR 3.5, adjusted OR 2.94, P<0.05). This study provides evidence about Hg burden of mothers and the risk factors of prenatal Hg exposure in Shenyang city, China.
