
This review summarized the importance of return to work to patients with hematologic malignancies and their families, the research status at home and abroad, the factors affecting return to work and their intervention status, in order to provide reference for more current research and intervention measures in China.
Objective:To understand the current research status and hotspots in this field based on the literature on early oral nutrition for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer in Web of Science.Methods:The literature on early oral nutrition for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer was searched on Web of Science from September 2012 to September 2022, and the annual number of articles, distribution of authors and countries, citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and keyword emergence were analysed using CiteSpace.Results:From 2012 to 2022, a total of 113 articles related to early oral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery were published, with an overall upward trend in the number of publications, and the top five countries with the largest number of publications were Japan, China, the United States, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The co-occurrence analysis of keywords and cluster analysis revealed three research hotspots: the safety research of early oral nutrition, the curative effect research of early oral nutrition, and the application research of early oral nutrition in accelerated recovery. Keyword emergence reveals that nutritional management was a future research trend.Conclusions:Early oral nutrition research in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer is currently in the stage of practical exploration and continues to receive attention. In the future, cooperation between regions and authors needs to be strengthened. Promoting the development of standardized and normalized early oral nutrition management strategies and exploring the role of early oral nutrition strategies in nutrition management can become a research trend in the future.
Injection fear is widespread in the population, which can cause patients to tolerate or avoid injection, reduce treatment compliance, and increase the burden of healthcare. Choosing appropriate injection fear assessment tools in clinical practice is helpful to understand the degree, psychological characteristics and influencing factors of individual injection fear. In this paper, the contents, characteristics and application methods of fear of injection assessment tools at home and abroad are reviewed, in order to provide reference for the application and development of fear of injection assessment tools for medical staff.
Objective:To describe the changes of post-traumatic growth and rumination in coronary heart disease patients at different time points after PCI, and to analyze the correlation between them in order to provide evidence for personalized intervention.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted, a total of 234 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI for the first time in the Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from December 2021 to October 2022 were studied by convenience sampling. The general data questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Event-Related Rumination Inventory and the simplified Chinese version of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory were used to survey before discharge (T 0), first month after surgery (T 1), and three months after surgery (T 2). Results:The total scores of post-traumatic growth at the time point of T 0, T 1 and T 2 were 53.08 ± 13.47, 54.77 ± 11.20 and 59.32 ± 7.95, the difference was statistically significant ( F = 78.45, P<0.01). The scores of instrusive rumination at the time point of T 0, T 1 and T 2 were 14.92 ± 6.07, 15.78 ± 4.64 and 12.31 ± 3.38, the difference was statistically significant ( F = 46.58, P<0.01). The scores of deliberate rumination were 14.63 ± 4.74, 15.52 ± 3.93 and 17.86 ± 3.70, the difference was statistically significant ( F = 76.20, P<0.01). Instrusive rumination at T 0, T 1 and deliberate rumination at each point were positively correlated with the total score of post-traumatic growth ( r values were 0.229 to 0.414, all P<0.01). Instrusive rumination at T 2 was negatively correlated with posttraumatic growth scores ( r = -0.351, P<0.01). The deliberate rumination at T 2 time point was positively correlated with the total score of post-traumatic growth ( r = 0.403, P<0.01). Conclusions:The level of posttraumatic growth in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI needs to be improved, and targeted intervention should be planned early to change patients′pessimistic cognition caused by the disease, promote the development of positive thinking, then promote their posttraumatic growth.
Objective:To explore the effect of functional exercise rehabilitation bridging mode on the functional exercise and self-management ability of patients after breast cancer surgery, so as to provide reference for guiding patients to achieve full process management and self-management and rehabilitation.Methods:Using a non randomized grouping quasi experimental design, 202 patients with breast cancer undergoing surgical treatment were selected from the breast surgery department of Yuhuangding Hospital in Yantai from March to July 2021 through convenient sampling. The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation guidance. The intervention group adopted a rehabilitation bridging mode for postoperative functional exercise on the basis of routine nursing care. The functional exercise compliance rate and self management ability of the two groups of patients after the intervention were evaluated.Results:In the intervention group, the rate of functional exercise reaching the standard, the rate of functional exercise knowledge awareness, correctness and compliance in self-management ability of breast cancer patients were as follows: 93.1%(95/102), 71.6%(73/102), 80.4%(82/102), 73.5%(75/102), which were higher than the control group 84.0%(84/100), 46.0%(46/100), 52.0%(52/100), 17.0%(17/100). The differences were statistically significant ( χ2 values were 4.18-65.06, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The rehabilitation bridging mode could connect the functional exercise needs of patients at different stages of rehabilitation, provide personalized, continuous, and standardized functional exercise guidance for patients, help them improve the effect of functional exercise, and improve their self management ability.
Objective:To systematically evaluate the lived experience and inner needs of patients with young-onset dementia and to provide a basis for developing targeted interventions in clinical practice.Methods:Qualitative studies on the lived experience and inner needs of patients with young-onset dementia were retrieved from PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PsycINFO, China National Knowledge Internet, VIP, Wanfang Database, and China Biology Medicine disc from the start to September 2022.Two investigators trained in evidence-based knowledge screened the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria independently and rigorously, and used an aggregative synthesis to integrate and categorize the results.Results:A total of 11 articles were included, 33 results were extracted. These results were clustered into 8 categories, and 3 integrated results were synthesized: patients faced difficulties and challenges in daily life, social activities and work,experienced severe psychological burden and stigma; there were differences in coping styles among patients with different emotional experiences, manifesting as avoidance, confrontation, and adoption of positive coping styles; patients had unmet needs in multiple dimensions such as poor communication between doctors and patients, lack of peer support, lack of age-appropriate services, and desired to obtain support from multiple sources.Conclusions:The community, hospital, and society should be fully connected to provide support for patients with young-onset dementia to reduce stigma, improve the diagnostic process, and encourage positive coping. More research is needed in the future to help healthcare professionals understand the experience and needs of patients with young-onset dementia, with the aim of improving the quality of life of patients.
Objective:To explore the application of collaborative nursing combined with medical integration model in minimally invasive surgery for pediatric urinary calculi, to provide clinical guidance for minimally invasive surgical nursing of urinary calculi in children.Methods:From December 2020 to July 2022, 90 children who underwent minimally invasive surgery for urinary calculi in Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University Medicine College were selected as subjects by quasi experiment. According to the time sequence of enrollment, they were divided into observation group ( n = 45) and control group ( n = 45). The control group was given routine nursing mode nursing, and the observation group was given collaborative nursing combined with medical integration mode nursing. The clinical related indicators, pain, anxiety and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:In the observation group, the operation time, the amount of bleeding during operation, the first time to get out of bed after operation, the rate of stone removal immediately after operation and the rate of stone removal 1 month after operation were (75.48 ± 5.92) min, (168.75 ± 17.28) ml, (6.12 ± 1.05) h, 84.44%(38/45) and 97.77%(44/45), respectively. The control group was (78.39 ± 6.75) min, (178.30 ± 19.25) ml, (6.84 ± 1.23) h, 64.44 % (29/45) and 82.22 %(37/45), respectively, the differences were statistically significant ( t/ χ2 = 2.17, 2.48, 2.99, 4.73, 6.05, all P<0.05). The Face, legges, Activity, Cry, Consolability Behavioral Tool scores of the observation group at 1 d, 3 d and 7 d after operation were 6.28 ± 1.21, 5.35 ± 1.37 and 2.87 ± 0.65, respectively, and those of the control group were 7.05 ± 1.55, 5.95 ± 1.25 and 3.21 ± 0.73, respectively, the differences were statistically significant ( t = 2.63, 2.17, 2.33, all P<0.05). The Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale and Frankl Compliance Scale Scores in the observation group at the day before discharge hospital were 55.28 ± 5.52, 3.60 ± 0.40, while in the control group were 60.02 ± 8.56, 2.82 ± 0.61, the differeces were significat ( t = 3.12, 3.02, both P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 2.22 %(1/45) in the observation group and 15.56 %(7/45) in the control group, the difference was significant ( χ2 = 4.94, P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of collaborative nursing combined with medical care integration model in minimally invasive surgery of urinary calculi in children has a significant effect.
Objective:To construct a symptom management model for colorectal cancer patients with preventive colostomy and evaluate the effect of health education strategy.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was used to facilitate the sampling of 92 patients with colorectal cancer receiving preventive colostomy at Jinhua Central Hospital from July 2020 to August 2022, they were randomly divided into control group ( n = 46) and test group ( n = 46). The control group was given routine health education, the experimental group was given symptom management model health education strategy, compare the disease symptom perception level, self-care behavior execution intention score, and quality of life score of two groups at admission, discharge, and one month after discharge using the Disease Perception Questionnaire, Self Care Behavior Intention Questionnaire for Enterostomy Patients, and Quality of Life Questionnaire for enterostomy patients. Results:The 43 patients in the control group and 44 patients in the test group completed the study.At discharge and one month after discharge, the scores of the patients in the control group were 50.95 ± 4.13 and 46.05 ± 2.87, respectively, compared with those in the trial group 48.72 ± 2.75 and 41.42 ± 2.39, respectively, the difference was significant ( t = 2.97, 8.12, both P<0.05). At discharge and 1 month after discharge, the scores of self-care behavior of the control group were 64.72 ± 3.47 and 68.13 ± 3.51, respectively, compared with those of the trial group 74.21 ± 4.55 and 79.89 ± 3.72, respectively, the differences were significant ( t = - 10.80, -15.20, both P<0.05). One month after discharge, the scores of physical, mental and mental health in the control group were 3.46 ± 1.09, 4.09 ± 1.19 and 4.72 ± 1.04, respectively, compared with those in the test group 5.07 ± 1.21, 6.27 ± 1.34 and 5.54 ± 1.16, respectively, the differences were significant ( t = - 6.47, - 8.03, - 3.52, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The health education strategy of symptom management mode reduces the level of disease perception, promotes the intention of self-care behavior, and improves the quality of life.
Objective:To investigate the correlation relationship between self-esteem and imposter phenomenon among nurses,and to provide reference for optimizing nurse team.Methods:A total of 836 nurses were selected from February to March 2023 in the Yongzhou Central Hospital of Hunan Province and the People′s Hospital of Longhua, Shenzhen. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on nurses using the General Data Questionnaire, Impostor Phenomenon Scale and Self-Esteem Scale.Results:The imposter phenomenon score of nurses was (48.97 ± 12.58) points and the self-esteem score was (28.93 ± 3.86) points. The total score of self-esteem was negatively correlated with the total score of imposter phenomenon ( r= -0.433, P<0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that with the increase of self-esteem score, the score of imposter phenomenon decreased ( B=-1.402, P<0.01). Self-esteem was an important factor affecting the imposter phenomenon among clinical nurses, accounting for 18.9% of the total variation. Conclusions:The self-esteem and imposter phenomenon of clinical nurses are both at a moderate level, the improvement of self-esteem is beneficial to decreased their imposter phenomenon.
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of 3 patients with Balamuthia mandrillaris infection after organ transplantation (1 case of secondary liver transplantation, 2 cases of kidney transplantation). Methods:The personalized nursing care was provided to 3 Balamuthia mandrillaris infected patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in October 2022 after organ transplantation. The key points of nursing care: understanding the disease and early identification of Balamuthia mandrillaris infection; disinfecting and isolating to prevent cross-infection; closely monitoring the changes in patients′ condition and implementing various treatment and nursing measures. Results:After active treatment and care,1 patient died,1 patient′s condition worsened and his family signed to give up treatment and discharged, and 1 patient was transferred back to the ward after being out of danger and in stable condition.Conclusions:Individualized and comprehensive nursing measures for these 3 Balamuthia mandrillaris infected patients can improve the prognosis and survival rate of patients.
Objective:To construct a Question Prompt List of information needs for patients with interstitial lung disease, providing a tool for patients with interstitial lung disease to actively obtain disease-related information.Methods:A literature study was conducted based on the three core needs (ERG) theory framework of existence,relatedness and growth. A purposive sampling method was used to select 15 patients with interstitial lung disease from Drum Tower Hospital, Medical School of Nanjing University from December 2021 to January 2022 for descriptive research. Based on literature research and qualitative research, the initial items of the Question Prompt List were determined through expert inquiry, and the items were extracted, discussed, and adjusted, and finalized the list of information needs and prompts for patients with interstitial lung disease.Results:The 19 experts participated in the consultation, with a positive coefficient of 100.0% and 94.7% for two rounds of consultation, an authoritative coefficient of 0.91 and 0.92, and the Kendall coordination coefficient of 0.31 and 0.23, respectively. Finally, a list of interstitial lung disease patients′ question prompts containing 4 primary indicators and 34 secondary indicators was formed.Conclusions:Based on the ERG theory, the research method for the Question Prompt List of information needs for patients with interstitial lung disease is scientific and reliable, and can be used in clinical practice to help patients inquire and obtain the necessary information.
Objective:To explore whether there is a mediating role of emotional intelligence between perceived stress and burnout in ICU nurses. Praide a basis for ICU nurses managers to develop corresponding intervention plans.Methods:Using a convenience sampling method, 683 nurses in 15 class A tertiary hospitals were conducted a cross-sectional surrey from January to April 2023 using general information, the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale, the Emotional Intelligence Scale, and the Burnout Scale.Results:Chinese version of the Perceptual Stress Scale Score (45.59 ± 6.70), Emotional Intelligence Scale score (57.06 ± 9.22), Burnout Scale score (54.50 ± 11.63); pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between perceptual stress and burnout ( r = 0.543, P<0.01); emotional intelligence was a negative correlation ( r = -0.465, P<0.01). A negative correlation was found between perceived stress and emotional intelligence ( r = -0.585, P<0.01); emotional intelligence mediated the effect between perceived stress and burnout, accounting for 24.2% of the total effect. Conclusions:Emotional intelligence is a mediating variable between perceived stress and burnout among nurses in ICU. Nursing managers should pay attention to their perceived stress and emotional intelligence levels, regularly assess them, and target take timely interventions to improve emotional management ability and develop resilience to cope with stress, so as to reduce the burnout level of nurses in ICU.
Objective:To explore the effects of online supportive disclosure therapy on the self-expression level, professional identity, dimission intention, and turnover rate of pre-dimission nurses, in order to provide a reference for nursing managers to stabilize the nursing team.Methods:A quasi experimental research method was used, and a convenient sampling method was used to select 192 pre resigned nurses from Shandong Provincial Third Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University, and Shandong First Medical University Affiliated Provincial Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group by random number table method, with 96 nurses in each group. The control group received routine exit interviews, while the experimental group received online supportive disclosure therapy intervention based on this. The self-expression level, professional identity, dimission intention, and turnover rate of two groups of nurses before and 1, 2 months after the intervention were evaluated.Results:Finally, 94 nurses in the control group and 92 nurses in the experimental group completed the study. There were no significant differences in the self-expression level, professional identity, dimission intention before the intervention between the two groups ( P>0.05). After 1 and 2 months of the intervention, the scores of the Pain Self Disclosure Index, Nurse Professional Identity Rating Scale, and Resignation Intention Scale of the experimental group were 36.33 ± 5.13, 73.88 ± 8.72, 14.18 ± 1.12 and 34.22 ± 6.78, 98.26 ± 11.29, 6.16 ± 1.19, respectively,and the control group were 28.06 ± 8.23, 64.72 ± 10.39, 17.82 ± 1.37 and 44.26 ± 7.62, 79.82 ± 8.66, 9.18 ± 1.06, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups ( t values were -13.54 to -2.11, all P<0.05); there were statistically significant differences in the inter group effects, time effects, and interaction effects of the scores on the Pain Self Disclosure Index, Professional Identity Rating Scale, and Resignation Intention Scale between the two groups ( F values were 5.12 to 14.82, all P<0.05). The turnover rate of nurses in the experimental group was 1.09% (1/92), lower than 8.51% (8/94) in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=1.59, P<0.05). Conclusions:Online supportive disclosure therapy can improve the self-expression level and professional identity of pre-dimission nurses, and reduce their willingness to resign and turnover rate.
Objective:To comprehensively describe the experience of economic toxicity in breast cancer patients by systematically integrating qualitative studies.Methods:Search the qualitative research literature on the economic toxicity experience of breast cancer patients from the PubMed, Web of Science, PsycINFQ, CINAHL, Embase, Cochrane Library, EBSCO, China National Knowledge Infratructure, Vip Network, Wanfang Patent Database and SinoMed from the warehouse until April 2023. Unified criteria were evaluated for the quality of the included literature, and the literature results were integrated by the pooled integration method.Results:A total of 11 articles were included, and 41 research results were summarized into 9 categories into 3 integrated results: the impact of economic toxicity on patients and families; adjust self-response to economic toxicity and achieve role growth; the needs and expectations for economic toxicity.Conclusions:Medical staff should pay attention to the economic burden and psychological pressure borne by breast cancer patients and their families during treatment, implement active psychological nursing intervention. Hospitals should build special social assistance channels, and social security departments should improve relevant medical insurance policies to reduce the economic toxicity of patients from multiple levels.
Objective:To explore the application effect of self-made pillow for infants with prone position ventilation after open heart surgery.Methods:This study was a case-control study. A total of 50 infants with congenital heart disease admitted to Cardiovascular Surgery ICU, General Hospital of Northern Theater Command, Chinese PLA from July to December 2020 were selected as the control group, and 50 infants with congenital heart disease admitted from January to June 2021 were selected as the experimental group. The control group used the traditional tool for prone position ventilation, and the experimental group used the self-designed pillow for infant in prone position ventilation. The incidence of adverse events (pressure ulcer, unplanned extubation, tube discount), operation and duration, and blood gas analysis (PaO 2, PaCO 2) indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the experimental group was 2%(1/50), which was lower than 14%(7/50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=2.78, P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of unplanned extubation and the incidence of tube discount between the two groups (both P>0.05). The operation time was (4.25 ± 2.46) min in the experimental group and (6.73 ± 3.25) min in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t=-2.24, P<0.05). The duration of the experimental group was (62.67 ± 18.45) min, and that of the control group was (38.53 ± 20.74) min, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t=6.98, P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of self-made pillow and traditional tools in pediatric prone position ventilation can effectively increase PaO 2, reduce PaCO 2 and improve lung oxygenation. However, the application of self-made prone position ventilation pillow can greatly reduce the operation time of nurses, increase the duration of prone position ventilation, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
Objective:To investigate the latent classes and influencing factors of vicarious posttraumatic growth among emergency nurses.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select the 498 emergency nurses of 20 public general hospitals in Anhui province as the survey objects. The general information questionnaire and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory were used to investigate. Latent class analysis was used to classify vicarious posttraumatic growth of emergency nurses, and the influencing factors of latent classes were analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results:There were two latent classes of vicarious posttraumatic growth of emergency nurses including high growth-high fluctuation group (24.1%, 120/498) and low growth group (75.9%, 378/498). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that professional title, average monthly income and self-rated health status were the factors influencing the latent classes (all P<0.05). Conclusions:There are obvious classification characteristics of vicarious posttraumatic growth among emergency nurses. Nursing managers should formulate and implement targeted intervention measures according to the classification characteristics and influencing factors to improve their vicarious posttraumatic growth level.
Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological capital, career decision-making difficulties, and employment anxiety among undergraduate nursing students, in order to help them improve their employability and mental health.Methods:From December 2022 to January 2023, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on 543 undergraduate nursing students from five medical colleges in Shanxi Province interning at the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, selected through convenience sampling method, using a General Information Questionnaire, Psychological Capital Scale, College Student Career Decision-making Difficulties Scale, and College Student Employment Anxiety Scale. Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship among them, and hierarchical model was used to explore the predictive ability of undergraduate nursing students ′ psychological capital and career decision-making difficulties on their employment anxiety by stratified regression analysis. Results:The score of College Student Employment Anxiety Scale of 543 undergraduate nursing students was 36(30, 44). The results of correlation analysis showed that employment anxiety was negatively correlated with psychological capital and its four dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism), while employment anxiety was moderately correlated with career decision-making difficulties and its three dimensions (lack of preparation, difficulty in information exploration and conflict)( r values were -0.291 to 0.564, all P<0.05). The hierarchical model showed that psychological capital and career decision-making difficulties independently explained the 46.1% variation of employment anxiety after controlling the influence of general data. Conclusions:The score of employment anxiety of undergraduate nursing students is in the middle level, and the difficulty of career decision-making has a positive impact, while the psychological capital has a negative impact. College educators can continuously monitor the psychological capital and provide career development counseling for undergraduate nursing students through positive psychological intervention and effective management measures, so as to reduce the degree of employment anxiety of undergraduate nursing students.
Objective:To explore the categories and influencing factors of family caregivers′benefit finding in patients with esophageal cancer based on latent profile analysis.Methods:From May 2020 to February 2021, 255 primary family caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer in the First People′s Hospital of Changzhou and Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected for the study using a cross-sectional survey method. Surveys were conducted by the General Information Questionnaire, the Benefit finding Scale, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and the Event Related Rumination Inventory.Results:The benefit finding among family caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer was divided into 2 latent profile classifications, low benefit rumination group 33.3% (85/255) and high growth adaptation group 66.7% (170/255), and the results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that caregivers with high school education or above ( OR=0.053, P<0.05) and higher deliberate rumination scores ( OR=0.778, P<0.01) had a higher degree of benefit finding; caregivers with higher intrusive rumination scores ( OR=1.163, P<0.05) and higher anxiety ( OR=1.323, P<0.01) and depression scores ( OR=1.128, P<0.05) had a lower benefit finding. Conclusions:There is heterogeneity in the caregiver′s benefit finding of patients with esophageal cancer. Health professionals and nursing staff should develop targeted psychological support and interventions to improve the caregiver ′s benefit finding according to the different sub-types of caregivers.
Objective:To explore the application effect of adjustable body position protection belt in patients undergoing not painless colonoscopy.Methods:A randomized and controlled trial was used, a total of 180 patients who planned to undergo not painless colonoscopy in the Endoscopy center, the First Hospital of Jiaxing from January to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional method of colonoscopy body position placement, and on this basis, the experimental group used the adjustable body position protection belt to assist the patient body position placement. The maintenance rate of body position in colonoscopy, the cecal intubation time, the degree of intraoperative pain and the acceptance rate of re-examinationunder the same operating doctor and nurse were compared between the two groups.Results:The maintenance rate of body position in colonoscopy was 97.78%(88/90) in the experimental group and 58.89%(53/90) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 = 37.84, P<0.05). The cecal intubation time was (7.84 ± 4.39) min in the experimental group and (10.13 ± 5.85) min in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t = 2.98, P<0.05). The intraoperative pain score was 2.96 ± 1.39 in the experimental group and 4.28 ± 1.42 in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t = 6.31, P<0.05). The acceptance rate for re-colonoscopy was 88.89%(80/90) in the experimental group and 72.22%(65/90) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 = 7.98, P<0.05). Conclusions:Use of adjustable body position protection belt to assist body position placement before the patients undergoing not painless colonoscopy, it can improve the maintenance rate of body position during not painless colonoscopy, shorten the time of cecal intubation, reduce the intraoperative pain degree, and patients also have a higher willingness to undergo colonoscopy again.
Objective:To investigate the psychological feelings of parents of children with fracture of ulna and radius during radiological examination, and to provide the basis for taking scientific and effective intervention program.Methods:Using the purposive sampling methods, a total of 30 parents of children who were treated in the pediatric orthopedics department of the emergency department of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. A descriptive research method was adopted to conduct semi-structured interviews with parents of children, and Colaizzi′s phenomenological analysis was applied to analyze, refine, and summarize the interview information.Results:Four themes were summarized: negative emotions, information needs, seeking multi-party support and post-traumatic growth.Conclusions:The medical staff should pay close attention to the psychological status of the parents, meet their needs for information during the radiological examination, and provide targeted support measures to promote the prognosis of the children, improve the psychological adjustment and quality of life of the children and their parents.
