Objective An experiment was carried out to study the effects of different profenofos levels on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in Rapes.Methods The activities of SOD and the content of MDA were determinated by visible spectrophotometry.Results The results showed that the activities of SOD and the content of MDA were all increased but and reduced along with the response time.Conclusion The activities of SOD and the content of MDA which were all highly improved could serve as the sensitive biomarkers under profenofos stress in rapes.
