以牛奶、甜菜根汁和辣木粉为原料制作功能型希腊酸奶,研究发酵时间、甜菜根汁添加量、白砂糖添加量对产品品质的影响.以感官鉴定为评价指标,进行单因素试验和正交试验设计,确定产品最佳工艺.结果表明,牛奶添加量100%,菌种添加量0.2%,白砂糖添加量6.0%,发酵时间9.0 h,辣木粉含量2.0%,甜菜根汁添加量8.5%,发酵温度42.0℃时,产品色泽饱满、气味纯正、组织细腻,综合评价最高.
In this study,12 primer combinations of SRAP with characteristics of rich polymorphism,clear bands and good repeatability were selected from 288 primer combinations for 113 accessions of cultivated soybean(Glycine max) and 20 accessions of wild soybean(Glycine soja).The 12 primer combinations were used in the PCR amplification,and the abundant and distinct DNA finger printings of PAGE were obtained.251 DNA bands were obtained,220 of which bands were polymorphic,amounted to 87.6% of the total amplified bands,and 18.3 bands were obtained with each primer,averagely.Result showed that the selected 12 primer combinations could be effectively applied to SRAP analysis of the germplasm resources of Glycine max(L.) Merr..
Medium compositions and fermentation conditions for lipid production by fermentation of corn straw hydrolysate with IFFI01368 strain were explored,and the lipid composition was identified.The optimal conditions were determined as follows: 4% added sugar,yeast extract and(NH4)2SO4 as nitrogen source,mass ratio of carbon to nitrogen 100∶1,initial pH 5.5,50 mL corn straw hydrolysate in 300 mL erlenmeyer flask,fermentation time 4 d.Under these conditions and 150 r/min and 27℃,the biomass reached 23.5 g/L,oil content was 42.7% and the oil production capacity was 10.03 g/L.The main fatty acid of the oil was palmitic acid,oleic acid and stearic acid.
Under certain condition,borax is served as both catalyst and modifier,thus terpolymerized phenolic resin was obtained.The product was stable and exhibits heat resistant capability.Attempts have been made to determine the influence catalyst species on heat resistant capability.Thermal analytical instruments are introduced to analyze the heat resistant capability.

The optimized technological parameters for extracting salidroside from rhodiola with microwave irradiation and water as solvent were studied.The key factors,including the ratio of solidto liquid,microwave power,microwave irradiation time and times of extraction,were studied for the extraction yield.The mechanism of extraction of microwave was discussed.The methods of organic flocculation,inorganic flocculation and highspeed centrifugate were applied to clarify the extract.The clarifying effect of this method is far higher than that of single flocculation method.
Mixed micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography was applied to the separation and determination of sex hormones.A mixed solution containing 30 mmol·L-1 SDS,40 mmol·L-1 lauric acid,110 mmol·L-1 ammonium hydroxide and 2-propanol-water(15+85) solution was used as the electrophoretic medium.Separation voltage applied was 20 kV and wavelength of detection was taken at 214 nm.Under the optimum conditions,9 sex hormoneds was completed within 13.5 min.Values of detection limit(3S/N) of the method found were in the range of 0.2 to 2.7 mg·L-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of sample of Penis et Testis Cervi,giving values of recovery and RSD′s(n=6) in the ranges of 85.0%-109.0% and 2.5%-5.5% respectively.

Parasitic nematode infections of human continue to impose a significant public health and economic burden worldwide.Murine models of intestinal nematode infection have proved to be relevant and tractable systems to define the cellular and molecular basis on how the host immune system regulates resistance and susceptibility to infection.Results indicate that susceptibility to chronic infection is propagated by T helper cell type 1 cytokine responses,while immunity to intestinal-dwelling adult nematode worms is critically dependent on type 2 cytokine response.However,the immune effector mechanisms elicited by type 2 cytokines in the gut microenvironment that precipitate worm expulsion have remained elusive.This review focused on new studies that implicate host intestinal epithelial cells as one of the dominant immune effector cells against this group of pathogens.Specifically,two recently identified type 2 cytokine-dependent immune molecules including the intelectins and the resistin-like molecules,and their roles in expulsing nematodes and cytokine regulation of intestinal epithelial cell turnover,were discussed.
The high-gravity technology,a new technology,is recommended to use for ammonia removal from waste water.This article briefly presents the principle and configuration of this new equipment as well as presents the exhaust ammonia gas which easily provides environment pollution was treated by tray column absorption.This technology has break through process intension compared with traditional ammonia removal technique,which is beneficial to harmonious circumstance and shows a broad marketable prospect.
