计算机视觉在安防领域发挥着重要作用,可以作为辅助手段对正在发生的暴力行为进行识别和报警,从而大大减少了视频监控对人的依赖.为了降低监控视频中暴力检测的运算成本并提高检测效率,在已有模型基础上提出一种利用迁移学习、长短期记忆网络(Long Short Term Memory,LSTM)来构建新的特征提取器,然后在新数据集上进行训练并微调部分参数,最终实现实时的视频暴力行为检测.提出的方法在RWF-2000数据集上取得了 96.51%的准确率,优于传统方法,并且处理帧率能够基本满足实际需求.
以小米、燕麦为原料,研制新型小米休闲麦片.在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化小米休闲麦片的生产工艺,并对其糊化特性进行研究.结果 表明:最佳工艺配方为小米与燕麦质量比7.4∶2.6,在80℃下蒸煮25 min,一次干燥温度与时间80℃、15 min,二次干燥微波功率与时间400 W、35 s.在此条件下制出的小米休闲麦片感官品质较好,加工过程中的最终黏度、衰减值、回生值、糊化温度均降低,峰值黏度增高,使小米休闲麦片具有更佳的稳定性和食用品质.
