针对加工特殊材料零件时通过外部冷却方法无法达到预期冷却效果的问题,提出一种内冷式旋转刀柄,通过冷却系统将冷却液直接通入刀具内部,解决冷却效果差的难题.
Eleven species of Anemone obtusiloba collected from 4 areas of Gansu [Hezuo(HZ),Luqu(LQ),Awancang(AWC),and Azi(AZ)] were analysed by inter single sequence repeats(ISSR) to elucidate the inherit diversity level and structure.Seven hundred and one bands were amplified by 13 primers and 392 bands were polymorphic,a polymorphic locus percentage(P) of 55.92%.The Shannon index(I) was 0.372 and Nei's gene diversity(H) was 0.250.Based on Nei's Gst value and analysis of molecular variance(AMOVA),showed that species inheritance of differentiation of A.obtusiloba existed mainly.In inter-populations: I was 0.183 and H was 0.114 at the population level.These data indicated that there were high inherent diversities in the population of A.obtusiloba.Using UPGMA,three populations were clustered: HZ,LQ and AWC,and AZ.Further analysis showed that there was no correlation between population genetic diversity level and altitude,water,extractable phosphorous or longitude and latitude,but there was a significantly negative correlation with precipitation.
Because of the architectural requirement,some cantilever trusses of Tianjin Grand Theater are just connected with huge trusses without the extension trusses.Consequently,the huge trusses should be designed to bear the torque.Huge truss covered with corrugated plates which is seldom applied before is designed.The stressed skin diaphragm was utilized to bear the torque.The basic concept of stressed skin diaphragm was stated and the method of stressed skin diaphragm on torsion truss was put forward.By the comparison among truss without steel plates,truss with flat steel plates and the truss with corrugated steel plates,the displacement and internal force of the structure were analyzed.The behavior of the structure can be improved when the thin steel plates covered the truss.Even though the internal force of truss with flat steel plates is lower than that with corrugated steel plates,the corrugated steel plates with homogeneous deformation can avoid the local deformation.
The genome DNA extracted by the improved method of CTAB from Anemone obtusiloba collected from Hezuo region in Gansu was used as mode to optimize the ISSR reaction conditions by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment. This study showed that the optimal conditions of ISSR reaction for A. obtusiloba were 20 μL reaction system, and it contained 10× Buffer 2 μL, Mg2+ 2.5 mmol . L -1 Taq enzyme 2 U, Genome DNA 2 mg. L-1, dNTPs 0.3 mmol- L-1 and ISSR primer 0.4 mmol .L -1. The process of PCR were 94 ℃ for 5 min, 35 cycles (94 ℃ 30 s,51 ℃ 45 s,72 ℃ 90 s), and 72℃ for 7 min, and the consult based on primer UBC 807.
对青藏高原东缘沙化区生物结皮土壤的化学性质与养分状况进行了研究,结果表明:青藏高原东缘沙化区生物结皮土壤介于碱性与强碱性之间,速效磷含量高,碱解氮与有机质含量极低一荒漠生物结皮能够降低土壤pH值,提高速效磷、碱解氮、有机质等养分含量。本研究为青藏高原东缘沙化区生物结皮的生长、开发和利用提供理论依据,对防沙固沙,治理沙漠具有重要意义。
通过对比实验研究疲劳.将参与者分为酒精组和睡眠剥夺组,酒精组每隔一定时间喝定量的酒,然后进行相关测试;睡眠剥夺组要持续保持28 h不睡,每隔一定时间进行一次测试.通过对比酒精组和睡眠组的绩效,以得出与特定BAC(blood alcohol concentration)水平绩效相当的持续保持醒觉的时间长度.
A drive system for mobile robots based on DSP is designed.In this system,motors are controlled by PWM signals from DSP,and CPLD is used to extend external sensor ports.The whole system,which is simple and reliable,will provide experimental support for algorithm about path tracking on mobile robots in the next stage.

γ-MPS [3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate] have been grafted onto the surface of TiO2 to form organic-inorganic hybrid 'macromonomers'.Poly(methyl methacrylate)/TiO2 nanocomposite particles were synthesized in high yield via free radical polymerization.The nanocomposite particles was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis and TGA.Quantification of γ-MPS and PMMA grafting has been determined.The influence of the relative amount of silane used has been studied.It is demonstrated that Poly(methyl methacrylate) shell is chemically bonded to nano TiO2 core surface with a high coating efficiency.

By using surface grafting method, the nano-SiO2 was grafted first with couplant(MPS) KH-570 at room-temperature and then encapsulated with free-radical polymerization of polymethylmethacrylate initiated by initiator. The morphology and chemical composition and microstructure of the organic encapsulation in the form of powdery layer were characterized by means of TEM and FTIR testing. The influence of reactionary conditions on microstructure and characteristics of the composite particle was studed with DSC and TGA testing, also. In order to obtain greater grafting rate, the nano-SiO2 was pre-processed with two couplants of different concentration. It was found that the grafting rate of nano-SiO2-MPS composite particles was increased with the concentration of couplant. Besides, the grafting rate of SiO2-MPS-PMMA composite particles as well as the convesive rate of monomers were remarkably increased with the concentrations of both the initiator and monomers.
