2019年9月12日, 备受关注的上海华政学子诉上海国际主题乐园有限公司(上海迪士尼乐园)服务合同纠纷一案在上海市浦东新区人民法院主持下调解结案,上海国际主题乐园有限公司当庭补偿华政学子50元. 在案件审理期间,上海国际主题乐园有限公司对入园规则中相关条款内容进行了修改:除少数特殊食品仍禁止携带外,游客可携带供本人食用的食品及饮料进入上海迪士尼乐园.
Blue green algae bloom is a common issue facing China's waters of late years.As a response,some response plans have been established by local authorities in China.Australia and the United States have many years of experience in the event of emergency response to blue green algae bloom.The present article took blue green algae bloom response plans of Coliban Water in Australia,Virginia,Lake Taihu in Wuxi,and Lake Chaohu in Anhui for example.The article analyzed the differences between foreign and domestic blue green algae bloom response plans,and drew inspirations about how to complement the response plan of our country.The article proposes that in the compilation of the blue green algae bloom response plans,we should improve the content of the response plans,attach importance to the release of public information,set up special regulations,strengthen the application of relevant scientific achievements in the response plans and strengthen the educational role of the response plans.
In this paper,Qingxi Area of Shanghai was taken as a case to study the effects of socio-economic development on the water environment and its countermeasures.The results show that:①the socio-economy has made a rapid development between 1992 and 2008,the annual growth rate of GDP and the gross output value of industry reaches 21.6% and 19.1% respectively,moreover,floating population increases significantly;② located in water source of upper Huangpu River,the area has made great contribution to the water source protection,however,it still faces pressure by industrial pollution,agricultural pollution and domestic pollution with the rapid development of the socio-economy;③some suggestions were put forward on the upgrading of industrial structure,construction of sewage treatment system,treatment of the rural non-point source pollution and establishment of eco-compensation mechanism,to coordinate of the regional social economic development and water conservation.
