在当前"MOOC"的大环境下,高等农业院校使用现代信息技术进行教学与学习非常重要.传统的教学模式没有针对性,教师重课程理论基础、轻案例实践,教学方式单一陈旧,已不适应当前教学的发展.本文结合作者实践,以基于"QQ课堂+超星学习通"混合式教学为例,谈论了利用现代信息技术进行教学的重要性.
高等农业院校是培养农村应用型人才的摇篮,在其教育教学过程中,只有改变传统的教学模式,加快信息化时代教育变革,才能推动高等农业院校教学与学习的变革创新.该文通过分析现代信息技术融入高校课堂教学的发展现状,分析了我国高等农业院校引入现代信息技术的现实意义,以促使高等农业院校要尽快加强与现代信息技术的融合.
This paper proposed a new algorithm using invertible matrix transformation XCJRCT to eliminate the spectral redundancy, as well as combining with lifting scheme discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) coding. The experiment results show that the capabilities of lossless image compression are far better than JPEG-LS, WinZip, ARJ, and DPCM. With Canal test image (Band Sequential) of Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) as an example data set, the average compression ratio increases about 43.09%, 38.17%, 36.08% 31.08% respectively compared with the above algorithms.
This paper proposed LSB Information Hiding algorithm which can Lift wavelet transform image. Furthermore, made the objective evaluation of image quality by the peak signal to noise ratio and normalized cross correlation coefficient. Achieving the purpose of information hiding with the secret bits of information to replace the random noise, using the lowest plane embedding secret information to avoid noise and attacks, making use of redundancy to enhance the sound embedded in the way nature to be addressed. The results showed that the proposed algorithm has a very good hidden invisibility, good security and robustness for a lot of hidden attacks.

In this paper,presents a detailed introduction on how to apply J2EE technology to build modern digital campus of universities.Based on tie original investment,J2EE technology is applied to make digital platform of each department become one entirety and to establish one comprehensive information system of university specific. Which adopts the concept of layered design and B/S communication technology,establish the basic information module database of university,and make database of universities become one entirety in order to avoid the information isolation. Users can directly utilize the platform to combine the functions according to their own demands without coding.

This paper clarifies the concept of information quality of university students.Then it states the important functions of cuitivating students' information quality under the internet context in library.At the same time,the paper also analyses the reasons of students' poor ability of information quality.At last,it gives some advices on promoting students' ability of information quality in order to help the library with its education.
