本研究要求两种认知风格的被试根据不同信息对模拟招聘中的候选人评分,使用多重测量方差分析,并做简单效应,对交互作用进行检验。结果表明,场独立型与场依存型被试在两种信息类型上均差异显著,客观信息在两种认知风格中的差异不显著,主观信息这一信息类型则差异显著,其中,场依存型被试在阅读主观信息时的评分显著增高。

儿童的世界充满着各式各样的游戏,因而游戏成了咨询师们走进儿童内心世界的一个重要媒介。在游戏治疗中,玩具是儿童的内心文字,游戏是儿童的表达语言,儿童通过游戏把内心的问题、经历、担忧和感受都释放出来。本文基于游戏治疗的发展概况,对游戏治疗研究中的经典成果进行梳理和总结,并从学校、治疗师和教师家长三个层面,为中小学幼儿园开展游戏治疗提供建设性意见。

Research of neural science and organizational behavior is now combined with the neuroscience research paradigm,which gives us a deeper understanding of the physiological mechanism of organization behavior.Through the current research of several examples,this article illustrated that how the neuroscience promoted the development of organizational behavior,providing the new perspective of traditional organization research paradigm and methods.
