After canine breast tumor cell line CHMm was treated with HMME-PDT.Growth curve of cells in each group was drawn after trypan-blue staining.The changes in the levels of IL-6 and IL-2 were detected with radioimmunoassay method after PDT at different times.The cell death rate of PDT group with trypan-blue staining increased more obviously compared with controls.The levels of IL-2 increased but IL-6 decreased after PDT as time continued.The lethal effect of PDT on canine breast tumor cell line CHMm might be caused by the change in the levels of IL-6 and IL-2 in these cells.

To provide external haemostat for animal,prothrombin,Fxa,FV,phosphate lipid and Ca2+ were used to make thrombin through orthogonal experiment designment and eventually thrombin was made into external haemostat according to demanding of veterinary clinic.We can draw the conclusion that the external haemostat made in this test is fit for animal external use in clinic,and is much more advance than other coagulant.
