本试验采用60只昆明系小鼠使用舒泰复合赛拉嗪麻醉后,随机分成纳洛酮(1mg/kg)组、氟马西尼(1mg/kg)组、氨茶碱(25mg/kg)组、多沙普仑(100mg/kg)组、阿替美唑(5mg/kg)组和对照组(生理盐水10mL/kg腹腔注射)。麻醉后30min,按相应剂量腹腔注射不同催醒药,比较各组小鼠苏醒时间(以翻正反射恢复为标准)的差异性。结果发现,舒泰复合赛拉嗪麻醉小鼠后,腹腔注射阿替美唑、氨茶碱及纳洛酮能明显缩短小鼠的苏醒时间,且与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),其中阿替美唑的催醒效果最好,其他几种药物催醒效果不明显(P>0.05)。
为了研究犬用抗真菌药伊曲康唑凝胶剂对皮肤的毒理学作用,探讨其使用安全性,试验采用一次给药的方法,将低、中、高3种浓度的伊曲康唑凝胶剂涂抹于大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤处,观察大鼠皮肤急性毒性反应;通过一次给药及多次给药方法将伊曲康唑凝胶剂涂抹于家兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤处,观察家兔皮肤刺激性反应;用伊曲康唑凝胶剂、空白凝胶及阳性致敏物涂抹于豚鼠完整皮肤处,观察比较皮肤过敏反应。结果表明:伊曲康唑凝胶剂对大鼠皮肤无毒性;对家兔皮肤刺激反应平均分值小于0.5,属于无刺激性药物;对豚鼠皮肤过敏反应分值为0,致敏率为0,具有弱致敏性。说明研制的伊曲康唑凝胶剂用于治疗犬皮肤真菌病是安全无毒的。
试验选用隆朋(4 mg.kg-1)-氟哌利多(0.4 mg.kg-1)-芬太尼(2μg.kg-1)-咪达唑仑(0.2 mg.kg-1)复合对猫进行一次性肌肉给药,观察复合制剂对猫的麻醉效果,并检测其对猫心肺功能的影响。结果表明,该复合制剂对猫的麻醉效果确实,但其存在镇痛时间短、对呼吸系统具有明显的抑制作用等缺点,可根据临床实际需要选用。
To study the apoptosis and redox balance with paclitaxel induced in canine breast cancer cells(CHMm),the cells were treated with paclitaxel in different concentrations and for different time.The results showed that the rates of apoptosis increased after paclitaxel treatment in a time and dose-dependent manner detected by AO/EB staining and transmission electron microscopy.The concerntrations of ROS and MDA were increased along with concomitant decrease in the activities of enzymic antioxidants(SOD,CAT),and the levels were also in a time and dose-dependent manner.In conclusion,the balance of oxidation-antioxidation function destroyed with decrease in the activities of enzymes antioxidants(SOD,CAT) induced by paclitaxel.
为了研究易皮康注射液的一般毒性,试验采用改进的寇氏法测定小白鼠皮下注射易皮康的半数致死量(LD50),通过剂量递增染毒法检测其对小白鼠的蓄积毒性和耐受性,用家兔进行局部刺激试验。结果表明:LD50为129.57 mg/kg,95%的可信限为106.66~157.40 mg/kg;对小白鼠无明显蓄积毒性和耐受性,有轻微的局部刺激反应。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the cardiopulmonary and Anesthetic effects with an intramuscular xylazine(4 mg·kg-1)-droperidol(0.4 mg·kg-1)-fentanyl(2 μg·kg-1)-midazolam(0.2 mg·kg-1) drug combination in cats.The results showed that this drug combination was potency,and irritation didn't occur in this study,but suitable for anesthesia in cats,this anaesthetic protocol significantly reduced respiratory function and shorter duration of analgesia.Therefore,this drug combination could be used selectionally according to demand in cats.

20多年前,人们根据多种肿瘤动力学研究中出现的细胞自然丢失现象,提出了细胞凋亡(apoptosis,AP)理论[1],近年来,细胞凋亡在医学细胞生物学界倍受关注,成为研究的热点之一.引起细胞凋亡的因素很多,现在研究发现激光光动力学作用也可以诱导细胞凋亡[2],并认为其可能是低强度激光照射产生临床治疗作用的基础.因此本文拟从He-Ne激光光动力学诱导细胞凋亡这一角度做一概述和探讨.
