In the analysis of the 480t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler's technical process and characteristics,this paper gives CFB boiler control system's function and composition based on the basis of DCS control andanalysis in detail some problems such as coal poor judgments,a reasonable distribution of wind in the proces starting and running,control of coal feeding system,avoiding the furnace bed material agglomeration,coking and burning,protection and coordination of the system control.The result of operating the CFB boiler control system presented in the paper shows this program can address the broken coal and coal blocking and the problem that CFB boiler is difficult to put into automatically using of coal,primary air,secondary air multi-variable integrated control,which is for the unit stable and laid the foundation for reliable operation.
