医学检验技术专业"临床检验基础"课程开展基于线上教学平台和虚拟仿真实验教学平台的线上教学,实践表明,目前虚拟临床基础检验实验室提供的示教视频、可交互实验操作及形态学图库可以基本满足大部分学生对实验操作和形态学的学习需求,能有效弥补"临床检验基础"课程线上教学的不足,可拓展应用于更多教学环节.
目的:探讨技能大赛引入医学检验技术专业实验教学过程中的应用效果.方法:在2013-2016级医学检验专业学生中连续举办四届检验技能大赛,并对学生和教师在赛后进行问卷调查.结果:学生和教师都对技能大赛持支持肯定的态度,并能促进学生很快融入临床实习各项工作.结论:技能大赛作为实验教学的辅助教学模式,对提高实验教学效果有一定促进作用,值得进一步改善和推广.
Objective To investigate the examination of dropsy of serous cavity by the blood model of XT-4000i automated hematology analyzer,and set the cutoff value of hint tumor cell in dropsy of serous cavity.Methods One hundred and sixty-eight dropsy of serous cavity specimens were detected by XT-4000i,and malignant samples were confirmed by microscope and tumor immunomarkers.Results There was 32 malignant samples were confirmed by microscope and tumor immunomarkers in 168.Analysis through ROC curve,the cutoff value of parameter HF-BF#(×106/L),HF-BF% are respectively 0.019 and 3.6.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy of HF-BF# to find tumor cell are respectively 100%,60.29%,37.21%,100%,67.86%.And the same of HF-BF% are respectively 93.75%,42.65%,27.78%,96.67%,52.38%.Conclusions Using XT-4000i body model,we think it can scan tumor cell in dropsy of serous cavity efficiently,but to these positive samples blood smear should be used to identify.
Objective To study the significance of atypical lymphocyte detection by the high fluorescence lymphocyte(HFL) area(HFL-count) from the XT-4000i hematology analyzer leucocyte differential(DIFF) channel,and compare the results of manual microscopy and epstein barr virus-viral capsid antigen(EBV-VCA) detection.Methods HFL-count was analyzed by DIFF channel in total 230 samples,and the results were compared with those of manual microscopy.Serum EBV-VCA detection based on the enzyme immunoassay.Results The false positive rate of atypical lymphocytes by XT-4000i hematology analyzer was 13.6%,and the false negative rate was 2%.Conclusions There is a certain validity for atypical lymphocyte detection by XT-4000i,and XT-4000i can improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis.
Objective To investigate the correlation between XT-4000i automatic hematology analysis and microscopy in the detection of immature granulocyte(IG),and set the critical value of IG for healthy subjects.Methods The IG of 182 blood samples were detected by XT-4000i through differential(DIFF) channel,and the count of IG was calculated by manual microscopy.Results There was a correlation value between XT-4000i and microscope in the detection of IG among healthy subjects(r 2=0.5000).In the determination of IG% by XT-4000i,the sensitivity was 68.7%,the specificity was 79.7%,and the critical value was 1.All samples of healthy group were found no IG by manual microscopy,and the IG% value range was from 0 to 0.81(±3s) by automatic hematology analysis.Conclusions When IG%≤1(or IG#≤0.1×103/μL) by XT-4000i,the sample can be regarded as normal.When IG%1(or IG#0.1×103/μL),it can be regarded as abnormal,and blood smear should be used to recheck.
目的探讨儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)免疫表型与无病生存期(EFS)的关系.方法对48例初发未治疗的儿童ALL,用免疫酶标法测其骨髓肿瘤细胞的免疫表型.治疗采用1993年北海会议制定的<小儿白血病诊疗建议>.结果 40例为My-BL,其首次诱导完全缓解(CR)率97.5%,化疗2年内EFS 82.5%,3年内EFS72.5%.4例My+BL,首次诱导CR率50%,化疗2年内EFS 25%.3例My-TL首次诱导均CR,但EFS与My+BL基本类似.结论目前儿童ALL的免疫表型测定在判断其疗效与预后方面有着重要作用.
目的探讨B淋巴细胞相关抗原在急性B细胞型淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)细胞表面的表达及其与细胞形态和治疗的关系. 方法采用ABC-AP免疫组化法结合选用多种B淋巴细胞相关抗原的克隆性抗体对301例初发(B-ALL)患者的白血病细胞进行细胞表面抗原检测. 结果 B-ALL患者的白血病细胞CD19、HLA-DR呈高阳性率表达;而CD20的阳性表达率较低.阳性表达率与FAB分类分型有一定关系.其中L1型CD 10细胞有高表达率近90%;L2型CD10细胞表达率为63.5%;L3型细胞则无CD10阳性表达. 结论结果均与B-ALL中B细胞的异常分化及细胞所处的阶段有相当大的关系.
