烟草专卖管理人员虽然主观上认识到假冒伪劣卷烟产品分布具有地域性,但长期以来却没有准确地得到统计报告.统计分析并直观展现假冒伪劣卷烟数据对于烟草专卖部门的执法办案具有特定的指导意义.本文分析了2016-2018年云南省假冒伪劣卷烟查获情况,制成了分县域的云南省假冒伪劣卷烟查获情况数据地图,为相似领域的执法部门、鉴定机构提供了一种选择案情查办重点的依据,为更加有的放矢地培养执法人员技能提供了参考.
Objective: Established a group of models used to quickly distinguish anti-counterfeit cigarette packaging paper. Methods: The model based on the same color oil on packaging paper from 3 different brands: Yunyan, Yuxi, and Hongtashan. The Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) spectrum were collected from 116 samples totally by Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR) accessary. 56 spectrum were used to build the models and 20 samples of each brand were used to verification. Spectrum were second derivative processed and spectral ranges were selected as 3 200~2 700, 1 800~1 580, and 801~720 cm-1. Results: Using Mahalanobis distance discriminant method to establish 4 models (3 brands and 1 multiple), all of the accuracy of models reached to 100%. Conclusion: This is the first time to use the same color oil FTIR spectrum to distinguish real and fake cigarette packaging paper which were highly improve selection efficiency for large number of samples.
本文针对云产卷烟条、盒外观识别指标体系的评价,采用基于群决策的层次分析法,构造判断矩阵,并采用几何加权平均法得出群决策比较判断矩阵,最终确定云产卷烟条、盒外观识别指标体系评价权重.
利用信息化手段和Spring Boot框架及数据库技术,为专卖人员提供卷烟真假外观识别在线培训考核平台,降低集中培训在经济和时间方面的成本,同时提高卷烟鉴别工作人员技能水平.
为探讨一种科学的鉴别卷烟真假的方法,本文采用d/8度积分球分光光度仪,D65国际人工日光光源,色温为6500K,CIE规定的10°观察视觉,测量孔径3.5 mm,检测包装条码空白区域光油CIELAB空间L*、a*、b*值,利用欧式距离-最近邻元素方法对样本进行系统聚类分析.结果显示,红塔山(软经典)真假鉴别准确率为100%.由此可见,本文所建立的方法简单可靠,可做为卷烟真假鉴定的有效实验方法和依据.
近年来,电子烟变得流行起来,其以时尚、炫酷等特点备受年轻消费者的追捧.电子烟的发展态势非常迅猛,市场占有率逐年增大,消费群体逐年增多且趋于年轻化.基于电子烟的发展历史和电子烟的分类,分析了当下电子烟的市场态势,从而为了解国内外电子烟市场发展动态和产品研发提供参考.
[目的]探讨一种科学的鉴别卷烟真假的方法.[方法]采用蓝光漫反射因数D65亮度测定法对其CIE白度(D65/10°)和D65荧光亮度进行测定,利用K-means算法对样本进行聚类.[结果]红塔山(软经典)、玉溪(软)、云烟(软珍品)真假鉴别准确率分别为100%、89.47%、88.24%,假负率(FNR)为0,出具假烟结论误判风险为0.[结论]该方法可以科学快速准确地鉴别出包装纸原纸不符合产品标准的假烟样品,为烟草专卖打假提供另一种科学客观的方法.
[目的]了解恒温恒湿调节箱内的气流分布,验证不同规格卷烟样品在调节箱内的调节效果.[方法]改变在恒温恒湿调节箱内卷烟样品的数量、堆积方式和摆放位置,使用热敏风速仪检测调节箱内特征点的强制气流速度;使用ISO 3402标准规定的平衡判定方法,对不同规格的卷烟调节效果进行了验证.[结果](1)行业常用的卷烟恒温恒湿调节箱内气流分布并不均匀,各个位置气流速度差异较大,某些位置甚至无法检测到强制气流;(2)卷烟在恒温恒湿调节箱的调节过程中,改变样品数量、堆积方式和摆放位置时,对箱体内各位置的气流强度有一定影响,影响效果并无明显规律,且对箱内整体气流分布均匀度没有明显影响;(3)当调节时间满足48 h时,烟支规格对卷烟调节至平衡并无影响,卷烟样品均能达到标准规定的平衡要求,3 h内重量变化不大于0.2%的判定方法符合国内卷烟调节的实际情况.[结论]该研究结果对生产企业以及实验室研究人员在使用卷烟恒温恒湿调节箱和卷烟样品平衡的验证都具有一定的指导意义.

Volatile flavor components of Rosa sterilis dregs was analyzed by SDE/GC-MS,72 compounds were identified.The main component is Ethyl stearate (15.03%),Ethyl Heptadecanoate (6.86%),and 2-methyl butanol (6.30%).There are 13 alcohol compounds such as 2-methylbutanol (6.30%),isopentanol (3.85%),2-Hydroxyheptane (3.70%);nine aldehydes and ketones compounds including β-cyclohomocitral (2.67%),phenylacetaldehyde (0.58%),furfural (0.29%);17 kinds of acid compounds including octanoic acid (3.76%),octadecanoic acid (1.84%),isovaleric acid (0.37%),and there are also 33 Phenolic compounds,esters compounds and alkene compounds.The study provides a reference for further study and the usage of Rosa sterilis dregs.
近年来,卷烟鉴别检验数量急剧上升,而办案越来越追求时效性,但省级烟草质检站辖区地域跨度大,难以满足快速准确提供鉴别报告的需求.省质检站尝试在各州市设立检验点,由于检验点受地域、品牌集中度限制,人员能力水平参差不齐,需要构建一个高度网络化集成枢纽系统来桥接质检站、检验点和委托方,实现对检验点鉴别工作流程的监管.
为建立烘箱法测定卷烟烟丝水分不确定度评定的方法,依据JJF1059.1-2012,分析不确定度的主要来源、相关性、灵敏系数等,建立不确定度评定模型,并对各分量进行量化,由不确定度分量可知:卷烟水分测量不确定度控制的关键在于对测试环境温湿度的控制.
Fifteen samples were tested to study stability and correlation of ISO/CD 3550-3、ISO 3550-1 and ISO 3550-2 results. Bootstrap numeric simulation method, correlation analysis and multi-factor analysis of variance were adopted to analyze data. Results showed that stability of the three methods was at the same level, and ISO/CD 3550-3 result showed a significant positive linear correlation with that of <br> ISO 3550-1 and ISO 3550-2, respectively. Different methods can significantly affect testing results.
[Objective]The study aimed to establish the rapid analysis method to determine water in tobacco essence by Karl Fischer method. [Method] After automatic pre-titration and calibration with cassette reagent, the moisture contents in 4 kinds of tobacco essence were titrated by cassette reagent, and the moisture content in environment was titrated in order to eliminate background interference. At the same time, the recovery rate was calculated according to measured quantity before adding standard, adding standard and measured quantity after adding standard. The relative standard deviation was calculated according to the determination results from 6 parallel determinations on tobacco essence. [Result] Analysis results of determining the moisture contents in tobacco essence by using Karl Fischer method were satisfactory, with the relative standard deviation at 1.65%-2.54% and the recovery rate of 93.46%-106.15%. The determination on the moisture contents in tobacco essence by using Karl Fischer method showed that the moisture contents in 4 kinds of tobacco essence had great difference, which was in 1.49%-5.74% and the result was satisfactory. [Conclusion] Using Karl Fischer method to determine water in tobacco essence was sensitive, accurate, well repeatable, and provided a reference for determining water in tobacco essence.
Based on a large number of data and comprehensively analyzing the influencing factors of cigarette draw resistance uncertainty, the set-up procedure of mathematical model for cigarette draw resistance uncertainty, analysis of individual uncertainty and its degrees of freedom, and the assessment of compound standard uncertainty, effective degrees of freedom and expanded uncertainty were introduced in detail.
