话语作为学习者之间最直接的交流载体和内在心理加工过程的外显表现形式,是研究互动学习行为的主要数据来源.为了深度发掘在线课程论坛中学习者互动话语行为的规律,文章以华中师范大学云课堂学习平台上一门课程的论坛发帖为研究数据,采用内容分析法分析了论坛中学习者的发帖行为,并进行归类.通过概率话题建模与词频分析,提取学习群体互动话语过程的热点学习话题,并比较不同学习成效的学习者在不同时间段的发帖量和情绪体验(正面情绪与负面情绪的差异).结果表明:学习者发表话题帖、回帖、普通跟帖及发帖总量这四种行为变量与其学习成效存在相关性;学习者在论坛讨论中最关注的话题是与大学生就业心理压力相关的问题;关于心理学课程中作业与考试方面的概率话题与学生整体学习成效存在着正相关性;学习者在其帖子中所表现出的正面情绪普遍高于负面情绪,而其情绪体验的演化趋势可以做为对学习者知识建构过程进行有效学习干预的依据.

The comments of the classic The Red and the Black of Stendhal have always stayed on the social level,so the paper uses psychoanalytic theory of the famous French philosopher Lacan to analyze the desire of the novel's hero.The writer thinks the ideal itself and the passive Narcissistic desire that the hero forms in the mirror stage are the cause of his split,alienation and struggle in personality.The absence of the desire subject makes it impossible to match the real desire object,because this is the inherent absence of human existence.The desire subject wanders between the imagination world and the symbol world,and in the pursuit of the desire object,there is always an objective others are watching——the so-called duty and business.This is the most important reason why the hero goes to death.

Under the constraint of bureaucracies' context,government knowledge management can't depend on process reengineering and organization restructure,and it's no good for government agencies to follow the path of creating learning organization like enterprises.Comparing with learning capability,this paper points out that as a context-embedded relative competence,the formation and development of absorptive capacity mostly depend on inter-organizational dyadic relation in a social network instead of intra-organizational structure,process and culture changes,and it's more appropriate as the strategic orientation of Chinese government knowledge management,and gives a model based on it.

我国城市社区居委会的制度安排与现实境遇之间存在着诸多冲突,其根源在于国家在不同的经济体制下对其实行的双层制度安排.双层制度安排之间存在矛盾的张力,这种张力又将影响居委会的未来发展方向和新的制度安排.当前,我国的社区建设正从国家主导的政府行动阶段向国家主导的社会行动阶段过渡,由"等级界定权利"的制度向"资产界定权利"制度转移是居委会制度安排的必然路径选择.
