根据化工原理实验课程具有工程性和社会性的特点,制定出一套切实可行的信息化背景下的化工原理实验教学内容体系,从信息化背景下化工原理实验资源库的构建、信息化背景下的实验课中和课前的有效衔接以及信息化背景下化工原理实验教学改革的实施着力培养学生科学的自主学习方法,进而提高学生的自主学习能力.
针对学生在实验中存在的工程语言表述不准确、不规范,工程交流能力差等问题,以培养学生综合表达能力为目的,从教师理念、学生主动性、教学模式、实验报告以及实验预习环节等方面着手对化工原理实验教学进行改革和创新.通过提高教师的自觉性,调动学生的积极性,通过设置"准现场",学生讲解实验、预习答题、小组讨论环节,以小论文的形式书写实验报告等措施,提高了学生整体实践能力,使学生的综合表达能力显著提高.
通常采用以氢氧化物作为造孔剂,过渡金属硝酸盐或氯化物作为石墨化催化剂的传统两步法策略制备多孔石墨化碳材料.然而制备过程中多涉及有毒和腐蚀性试剂,且多步骤的过程耗时较长.本文以双氰胺为原料通过热缩聚反应得到g-C3 N4,采用高铁酸钾为催化剂一步法实现g-C3 N4的同步碳化-石墨化,并研究其光催化性能.与传统的两步法相比,该方法耗时少、效率高、无污染.与初始的g-C3 N4材料相比,石墨化g-C3 N4衍生碳质材料不仅显著改善了可见光的吸收,而且大大增强了光催化活性.研究了不同石墨化温度对g-C3 N4衍生碳质材料在可见光下降解甲基橙溶液的影响.700℃下制备的衍生碳质材料的降解率为12.4 mg/g.光电化学测试结果表明,多孔g-C3 N4衍生碳质材料的光生载流子密度、电荷分离和光电流(提高了5.4倍)均得到显著提高.因此,该简便、灵活方法为提高g-C3 N4衍生碳质材料的吸附和光催化性能提供了一种有前景的、高效的途径.
Negative ion powder , tourmaline and medical stone were added in bone china blank .The effect of negative ion materials on the properties of bone china were discussed , and the negative ion materials and the addition were confirmed . Studying the influence of negative ion materials on the relative viscosity , thixotropy and gravity of slurry when added several negative ion materials to bone china glaze , the experimental results showed that the relative viscosity and thixotropy increased and the gravity decreased .It was obvious that medical stone caused firing shrinkage of the products .The electronegative ion realeasing concentration of the products increased when the addition of negative ion materials increased, and the influence of negative ion powder was most obvious .Whiteness of the products gradually decreased when the addition of negative ion materials .At the same negative ion materials content , the whiteness of the products which was added to negative ion powder was higher .When to bone china glaze were added several negative ion materials can release negative ions after glaze .
以石英砂、废玻璃和高岭土为主要原料,采用压制成形法制备过滤用SiO2多孔陶瓷.确定了造孔剂的反应温度,探讨了烧结温度对多孔陶瓷吸水率、气孔率、抗弯强度及显微组织的影响.结果表明:造孔剂在300~450℃快速反应;随烧结温度升高,多孔陶瓷的吸水率、显气孔率和液体渗透率逐渐降低,抗弯强度和致密度逐渐提高,最佳烧结温度为1 030℃.
