风险管理和业务连续性管理是以系统安全理念推进企业安全管理的核心内容.结合ISO 31000对风险管理的要求,剖析了风险管理的基本要素,分析了如何引入风险管理,从安全文化的高度来推进企业安全管理.基于ISO 22301的要求,剖析了企业安全生产业务连续性管理内涵,提出了企业如何将业务连续性管理体系嵌入风险管理,尤其是用风险评估的方法和工具进行业务影响分析,从而提高企业应急响应与应急处置能力.

Based on the analysis results of manufacturing procedure and techniques,10 major occupational safety hazardous factors in the wooden furniture producing industry are summarized,including wood dust,noise,organic vapor,mechanical injury,etc.Then how the hazardous factors influence the health and cause illness is summarized.Through spot investigation,the problems existing in the prevention of occupational hazards are pointed out,and some issues concerning the protective methods of occupational hazards,the selection of personal protective equipments and their usage are discussed.It is concluded that various hazard factors are present in the industry,supervision on work safety of the industry should be strengthened,and manufacturers should ensure the workers' safety through effective measures and adequate personal protective equipments.

Taking the emergency event that tens of thousands passengers were delayed at Beijing West Railway Station during the spring transportation of 2006 as an example, the causes, developing process as well as the response of the governor to it are analyzed in detail. Through the summary and analyses of the existing emergence management measure in Beijing West Railway Station, main problems is pointed out, such as lack of overall risk assessment, less preparation for the new emergency events, ineffective emergency management measures and lack of emphasis during recovery. Based on these problems, countermeasures are proposed, such as building up the mechanism of long-term risk assessment, strengthening the cooperation between railway companies and local government, rebuilding and innovating hardware facilities, perfecting emergency plan and intensifying the training and emergency rehearsal.

People's unsafe behavior is one of the greatest accident potentials.Based on relevant data,a large majority of injured and fatal accidents were caused by people's unsafe behaviors.However,whether a person's behavior is safe or not is mainly decided by his or her safety awareness.Thus,to study and evaluate safety awareness and its evaluation method can help to enhance people's safety awareness effectively.And it also plays a significant role in preventing and decreasing all kinds of safety accidents and reducing the casualties and economic loss in accidents.Based on the connotation and the structure of safety awareness,this paper established the evaluation index system frame.It also put forward a quantization model of safety awareness by using fuzzy comprehensive appraisal and provided an evaluation method of safety awareness.
